We stayed at this hotel 9 days since the moment we arrived the staff was super friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, not to mention the view to the Bosphorus, the locación is perfect close to a lot restaurants, bars and different shops, close to public transportation but if your if your using a taxis and Uber you’re going to have to walk for a pick up location.

The proximity of this hotel was amazing. However we were in the first floor which was noise due to being closer to the street. This is the busiest Avenue (Istiklal Caddesi) in Istanbul! We kindly asked at check in if we could be in higher floors. The request was denied.

The decor is modern. We were impressed by the electronic messaging pad in the wall that informs housekeeping whether you want your room cleaned etc!

Concierge / front of house staff had a welcome smile and helpful at all times. Check-in went very smoothly and the porter explained everything in the room. Bedding was exceptional quality, room and bathroom was very clean, plenty of soaps, shampoos and more. Anything you wanted, they obliged, especially iron and bottled water. The room hot tub was welcome after a long day walking! Book the 7th floor room with balcony if you can. Relaxing hotel in a busy street, and I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is at an excellent location and the view from the room was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better location at the price. The service was a bit tardy at times but the overall friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and overall condition and the comfort of the stay more than made up for it. There are ample restaurants and shops around, the place is always bustling and the metro is just around the corner. Highly recommended and will visit again for sure.

All the service at the hotel was great, sour part was when I’ve discovered that money were stolen from my back pack and from the safe box. Really sad, it was $3000 in total worst part is the reaction of the management when they received my complain. No attempt for call to contact with me to explain what action they are taking to solve the situation . Only explanation was that “ we don’t run business like this” who ever did this had access to key for safe box. They could have start there, but they were protecting there staff without solving the situation for the customer. When police showed up, they found that cameras were not working only thing they had is the record of access to my room. Hope you can draw conclusions about the place. Don’t leave money in the room, or for similar price or less get safer hotel for your self.

We reserved a twin room, but they got us a double, and the team separated the bed into 2 :) After relocation, there was only one problem, one of the beds was located next to the lamp keys, and in the middle of night, the lamps were turned on due to my pillow :))

Ótimo hotel custo benefício. Moderno é muito bem localizado para quem gosta de ter ao lado grande variedade de lojas, bares, restaurantes. Hotel básico porém bem moderno e cuidado. Local do café da manhã é em um rooftop lindo com vista para o mar e torre Galata. Janelas com isolamento acústico fizeram total diferença.
