Very small basic room supposed to be deluxe room. Not at all as shown in the photos.
No welcome drinks

Very smelly bathroom. No nice toiletries. The water leaked on the floor after shower. So puddle all the time

The room was so cold. We were told this is the best theycould do

Located in a small narrow road where it can be over looked by the people across the road.

Lots of little tourists restaurants with extremely loud live music. Couldn't sleep at all.

Very very dark. There was only half curtain in the window. So no privacy.

The wall papers were peeling.

The TV didn't work
The only thing was good was the staff. Amazing staff

Great location. Murad is a great lad, he allowed us to check in early and helped us find a taxi for our transfer.

I’d suggest Gritti Pera to work on their breakfast.

We were impressed with the overall quality of this hotel. The staff was chatty and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was decent size and very stylish. Clean bathroom was also impressive. No complaints.

Price was so higher than other hotels. $10.00 per night. Too small room. I was in Peak hotel last year and this year was cheaper than this hotel. The on line photos wasn't real.

Charming little hotel

Nicely located in the middle of the bubbling city. The surroundings are a bit noisy as it is located in a street with lots of restaurants and terraces. Reception is very friendly and helpful.

Well located.

Arrival - Ayse was on the front desk and she was warm and friendly , approachable and always ready to offer assistance, made phone calls on our behalf regarding lost luggage. Samit was also on duty at times and equally helpful. Both spoke quite good English. Rooms are relatively sound proofed from each other but not from the noisy restaurants on the street below which also meant that we could not open our windows. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke which may have come in via the air conditioning system ?? They offered to move us to the back of the hotel but the room would have been even smaller so we declined. Room sizes are as per description. Most unusual is that for a 5 night stay our bed linen was never changed yet each day we received fresh bath linen. Breakfast: offered a large cold selection with various jams, cheeses, meat, vegetables, cakes, one cereal and one hot selection which varied each day, more than sufficient.

They double charge me whilst checking in. They did not try hard enough to resolve it. The manager did not seem to be caring enough to resolve the problem and left the matter to inexperienced and unauthorised staff. They still did not give satisfactory paperwork that my money refunded to my bank. I will not stay there again although I travel to Istanbul often.

Under no circumstances should you consider staying here over the weekend unless you intend to head out partying, as you will not get any sleep. There are a lot of extremely loud bars near this hotel. You will feel like you are sleeping in a nightclub until 3am/4am (I am not exaggerating). It's a shame as the hotel itself is fairly nice with attractive decor and is competitively priced. The rooms are tiny though (and we had a deluxe room). They should provide a complimentary street map to tourists (they try to sell you one). They also advised us at check-in that breakfast was not included, even though our booking stated it was included, so I can't comment on whether it was any good.

I would say the front desk clerk on duty from the time we arrive to the time we departed really made out trip worth wild. We would walk down every morning and we would tell him what we wanted to do for today. The front desk clerk gave my wife and I perfect directions to all locations using google. Come to think of it, we were like locals, knowing where we wanted to go and how to transit in and around the city without even asking for assistance from anyone. This front desk clerk was a true professional and is a big part of this hotel operation. I only wish I could remember his name I would single him out in this review. As a token of our appreciation, my wife gave him a tip upon our departure. I then told him that I plan on coming back to Istanbul over the Christmas holidays with my son and would love to book 2 rooms for this period.

Yükses sesten uyunmuyor ancak konum ve otel iyi

Herşey gayet güzeldi ancak dışarıdan gelen sesler sebebiyle dinlenme konusunda (otelin konumundan kaynaklı) rahatsızlık yaşadık. Dışarıda eğlence neredeyse sabaha kadar devam ediyor ve bu durum yüksek ses yüzünden uyuyamamanıza sebep oluyor.

Otel hoş ve çalışanlar güleryüzlü idi. Tek bir sorun var ki, otelle değil konumla alakalı. Beyoğlu şamatasının göbeğinde olduğu için geceleri gürültüden uyumak zor olabiliyor. Sabah erken kalkmanız gerekiyorsa, bir miktar yorgun uyanıyorsunuz.
Bunun dışında keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi idi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Konumu güzel tercih edilebilecek bir otel

Yaptırmış olduğum oda detaylarında balkon yazmasına rağmen, rezervasyonumun durumu hakkında oteli aradığımda balkonsuz oda olduğu söylenmesi hiç hoş olmadı. Tabi yardımcı oldular balkonlu odaya ancak başka insanlar da aynı problemi yaşamamaları için, balkonlu ibaresi seçilmiş olan ve balkonu olmayan oda detaylarından kaldırılmalı. Kahvaltı 3*** otele göre biraz zayıf, ancak sadece kısa süreli konaklamalarda tercih edilebilir. Faruk bey’e teşekkürlerimi iletmek isterim.

Der Einziger Pluspunkt ist die zentrale Lage wenn einem die extremen Partygeräusche nichts ausmachen. In den Zimmern fließt kein warmes Wasser und man muss kalt duschen. Die Zimmer sind verstaubt und die Betten stinken nach Zigaretten. Reklamationen werden vom Personal nicht erstgeboren und man wird belogen. Unbekannte Handwerker kommen einfach (angeblich ohne Kenntnis der Rezeption) mit einem Generalschlüssel ins Zimmer ohne sich anzukündigen. Alles in allem das schlechteste Hotel das ich je besucht habe.

Otelin konumu mukemmeldi, odamiz temizdi ancak biraz kucuktu. Bu durum bizim icin bir onemli cok onemli olmasa da belirtmek istedim. Calisanlar yardimsever ve guler yuzluydu. Kahvalti yeterli olcudeydi. Kahvalti sonrasi ikram edilen turk kahvesi hosumuza gitti.

Great Location, Good Price, Can be Noisy Around

If you are looking for a place in the heart of Istiklal, Taksim, Galata and Sishane metro station, this is the place for you. If you are looking for a clean place, this is also it. And I don't think you can get any better place around that location in terms of the price. So, the price was great, as well. The only problem is the noise; especially during night hours of the weekends. This hotel is surrounded by lots of bars, restaurants, clubs, etc. So, there will be lots of noise at nights and there is nothing anybody can do about that. However; there is also a noise from the inside of the hotel due to the restaurant they have. I was staying in the 5th floor so I could hear the music, people chanting easily, but, as I said, there is already lots of noise coming from outside so the noise at the hotel doesn't bother much. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are great. It was a lot better than I expected.

Otelin felsefesi,kurumsallaşması iyi görünse de,onca otel arasından seçmiş olmama rağmen,benim odamı,bana ayrılan yeri satmış olmaları;affedilemez ticari bir hata...Mazaretleri ise hiçbir şekilde ticari,akılla bağdaşmayan türde;sadece \"haklısınız\" diyerek,benim benimsemeyeceğim başka bir otele kalmaya razı ettiler. Böyle bir hizmeti hiçbir zaman onaylamadım onaylamayacağım. Biraz araştırma yapıca,otel sahibinin ve otelin geri hizmetlerinde çalışan insanların kesinlikle oldukça yapıcı,üretken olduğunu öğrendim. Bütün mesele,kayıt işlemlerine bakan insanların iş ahlakına karşı yeterince bilgili olmamalarındandır diye düşünüyorum...

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, nicht sehr weit vom Taksim-Platz und auch nicht weit von der Galata-Brücke, die auf die andere Seite der Stadt führt, entfernt. Die nächste Metro-Station befindet sich gleich um die Ecke.
Der einzige Nachteil des sehr gut geführten Hotels mit einem sympathischen Team besteht darin, dass es bis in die frühen Morgenstunden starken Straßenlärm gibt.

Hotel acceuillant excellent emplacement

Personnel très accueillant et souriant, hôtel propre et situé dans le quartier taksim dc très accessible: emplacement idéal pour visiter, passer des soirées et lfaire du shopping. Très propre. Je le recommande. Juste un peu bruant le soir.

Albergo carino in posizione strategica

Siamo stati 4 notti e la posizione dell'hotel é ottima per raggiungere tutti i punti della cittá. La sera uscivamo nel quartiere dove ci sono molti locali carini. Solo le stanze erano un po' piccole, ma complessivamente direi che sará socuramente un albergo dove tornare. Buoni prezzi.

매우 시끄러운 위치. 편리한 위치. 좁은 객실.

2틀을 보낸 호텔 그리티페라.. 탁심의 메인거리와 가까운 점은 매우 좋았습니다. 다만 객실이 좁고, 침대가 그냥 그랬습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 식당들이 있는데 새벽이되면 사람들이 붐벼서 시끄러워집니다. 오히려 낮에 더 조용합니다. 밤이 될수록 시끌벅적 ㅎㅎ 낮에 자고 밤에 노실분들은 이 호텔 괜찮습니다. 하지만 밤에 자야한다면 이곳은 좀 힘들 것 같아요. 쇼핑할 곳도 도보로 모두 가능하고 식사할 곳도 정말 많습니다. 다른 곳에 비해서 직원들의 특별한 친절함은 모르겠고 보통이었습니다. 조식또한 보통입니다. 그냥 쏘쏘.. ㅎㅎ 결론은 밤에 놀기 좋은 호텔이라는 것! 즐거운 여행되세요^^

金曜・土曜はうるさくて眠れません。

新市街の繁華街に近く便利ですが、金曜・土曜の夜は、近くのディスコの音楽がうるさく、眠れません。ほんとうるさかったです。室内は壁紙がはがれてたりして決してきれいとはいえません。

Un Hôtel bien situé mais attention : ultra bruyant

L'hôtel Gritti Pera se situe à une minute de la rue Istiklal, à 5 minutes de la tour de Galata. Jusque là tout va bien. Le seul problème : deux boîtes de nuits/clubs dans la rue parallèle. Résultat : impossible de dormir jusqu'à 5h du matin : les murs vibrent tant le son est fort. En plus, la chambre sent la grillade de 19h à 1 heure du matin environ. Et pour couronner le tout, pas d'eau chaude. Après de multiples négociations, une autre chambre m'a été donnée le lendemain. Elle donnait sur la rue de la porte d'entrée. Bruyant mais possibilité de dormir avec des boules quies. Réceptionniste charmante, manager avec lequel il faut beaucoup palabrer. Petit déjeuner correct.

Great hotel (mukkemmel otel)

It is very small like 10-15 rooms but great hotel they have thought of everything but hair conditioner in the rooms. Stufff is just great. Room and the stuff made us feel like home deffinetly stay again short or long term. Hotel is very close by to Istiklal from there you ca go to anywhere either by bus, metro or even ferry. what you pay is for 2 star hotel but experience was 6. (Kucuk bir otel yaklasik 10-15 odali; odada sac kremi haric hersey var. Calisanlar sanki uzan zamadir gormediginiz ama cok sevdiginiz dostlarinizmis gibiler tek kelimeyle evinizde kadar rahat olmaniz icin ellerinden gelnin fazlasini yapmak icin ugrasiyorlar. Hem trde hemde yurt disinda kaldigim oteller arasinda servis olarak mukemmel ve bu kadar kucuk bir otelden beklenmiyecek kadar hersey dusunulmus kesinlikle tekrar kalirim. Istiklale 5 dk uzaklikta ve ordan heryere gitmek kolay. gonul ferahligiyla kalabileceginiz bir otel. fotolardan cok daha iyi :)

Très bien mais bruyant

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel début mai. L'hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont nettoyées chaque jour, le personnel est très aimable et serviable.Au niveau de l'emplacement, c'est à côté de l'avenue principale, c'est parfait. Le seul problème est le bruit des restaurants et bars qui se trouvent dans la rue de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, donc beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à 1h ou 2h du matin, mais nous avons acheté des boules quies dès le 2ème jour et nous n'entendions quasiment plus rien.L'hôtel est très bien, mais pour ceux qui cherchent un séjour au calme, ce n'est pas le bon !

Grymt mysigt hotell mitt i Istanbuls puls

Hotellet var toppen, väldigt litet och trevligt. Här ska du bo om du gillar att hänga i någon av de många barerna runt omkring. Närhet till massor med bra restauranger. Personalen var mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående.
