This isn’t a luxury accommodation. Rooms aren’t big, but they’re clean, safe, friendly staff. I arrived at 1 am and front desk was staffed. You’ll get a bed, a fridge, a shower with a rain attachment and great coffee shops, kebab places and other food options nearby. There’s a cab stand a 5 minute walk down the street, you can see the subway when you walk out the door.

The Place was located right next to sishane station and the galata tower and taksim square were reachable by foot. They called us to tell us that the ac and hot water wasn’t working but we still went and it worked? - it was very loud at night and the room was very small. The location is more for young party people than for couples… The stuff was nice and we went home to a mostly clean room every night.

Ibwas located me in a terrible room first floor right next to the elevator right next to the window and the window was not sealed very good so I could hear every little thing on the street it was impossible to sleep the room was small very small and there was no place to even to put my luggage

I stayed at this hotel for a total of 3 nights. Starting from the second night, I noticed that there was no hot water in my bathroom. When I called the reception to ask about it, I received an unprofessional response, such as, \"Oh, we forgot to tell you.\" The next morning, when I went down to reception to ask again, I was shocked to hear, \"It will take 3-4 days to fix, but it’s okay. You’re leaving in 2 days anyway.\" Instead of offering me a solution, they suggested that \"You can go to the nearby public bath (hamam) to take a shower.\"
Also, on the first day I entered the room, the supposedly \"clean\" bed had several hairs on it.
In short, the location is nice, but the staff and service quality are extremely amateurish and unprofessional. The staff were polite — I have no complaints in that regard. However, hotel management should place more emphasis on professional training for its staff.

It’s okay if you are only staying for 2-3 nights. Bathroom very small. Room size okay, bit on the small side. Very limited storage area. Only one lift. It wasn’t an issue on our trip. Excellent area to eat out and travel around. Metro station only 1 minute walk away. Overall not bad experience. Enjoy it

I spent there 2 nights it was really nice. Staff is polite and helpfull. İt is very close the metro station just a few steps. Room is clean and comfortable. I rocomended this hotel all of my friends. I will not forget them.

Room had nut shells and a cigarette butt on the floor, very unclean when we arrived. Although next day they had cleaned the room. Our room stank of cigarettes for 3 days. A very basic hotel only good thing is the location.

Odamız aşırı küçük, biraz da küf kokusu vardı. Sadece akşamları uyumaya geldiğimiz için sorun etmedik. Onun dışında güzel. Konum olarak çok güzel bir yer Pera. Çalışanlar oldukça yardımseverdi.

Helaas was onze kamer qua hygiëne onvoldoende bij aankomst.
Nadat er een melding van is gemaakt is dit wel rechtgezet door het personeel die op dat moment aanwezig was, er was geen poetspersoneel aanwezig om 1u ‘s nachts (wat begrijpelijk is).
Om specifiek te zijn waren onze lakens niet proper en de kamer was wat stoffig. De lakens zijn onmiddellijk vervangen na de melding, maar met een astma persoon aanwezig was dit uiteraard geen fijne 1e avond omdat er veel stof vrij komt bij het verversen van de lakens.

Ich bin das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel gewesen und finde es für einen Istanbul Kurztrip super. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die U-Bahn Station befindet sich 20 Meter entfernt. Man ist in paar Minuten auf der Shopping Strasse Istiklal Caddesi, auch Galata Kulesi ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Zimmer bzw. das Bad ist klein, aber für einen Kurztrip völlig okay. In der Nacht kann es laut werden, was uns aber nicht gestört hat ( Wände sind wirklich undicht).
Das Personal ist nett, auf der Rückreise wurde uns ein Taxi für einen humanen Preis gerufen.
Wir haben ein Mädelstrip gemacht und haben uns in diesem Hotel sicher gefühlt.
Die Putzfee hat unser Zimmer auch jeden Tag aufgeräumt und sauber gemacht.
Ich kann es sehr empfehlen.

Das zugewiese Zimmer (503) war eigentlich okay jedoch der ausblick war auf einen ummauerten Kanal mit feuertreppe der nur eine kleine Öffnung hatte . Für ein wenig Licht . Saubere war es aber ... Zwei mal mussten wir die Handtücher tauschen lassen weil sie noch fleckig waren . Es gab einen Strom Ausfall was an sich kein Problem ist jedoch der tip der Mitarbeiter war : gehen sie in ein Lokal . Statt in der lobby ein paar Kerzen aufzustellen und den Gästen mit einem Getränk die Zeit zu vertreiben . Habe keine großen Ansprüche aber selbst die kleinen sind nur mangelhaft erfüllt worden .

Deze hotel krijg een 6,5 van mij. Het is best gehorig je kan dus heeeeell veel dingen horen. Bed is niet heel comfortabel. Als al omdraait kraakt het bed. Voor de rest is het personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Goed ligging. Een budget vriendelijk hotel.

Otelin konumu çok güzel fakat odalar o kadar küçük ki banyoya lavabo sığmamış ve yatağın yanına lavabo koymak zorunda kalmışlar. O lavabonun gideri de maalesef çok kötü yapıyor. Dolap bile sığmamış odaya. Eğer biraz kilolu bir insansanız wc yi de rahat kullanabileceğinizi düşünmüyorum.
