Collage Pera Hotel a Unique Boutique experience.

If you're looking for a quaint, boutique hotel with an accommodating staff that is walkable to retail and dining, THIS is the place to stay.

I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for its service and location. The staff was very friendly.

Onder was extremely helpful from the moment I booked the reservation until the moment we left. He contacted me several weeks in advance to ensure our accommodations would be satisfactory since my husband uses a wheelchair and cane. Additionally, he arranged transportation from airport to hotel, then hotel to Port of Istanbul.

The food was uniquely Turkish and the rooms were clean.

The best part was the location. Despite my husband needing the use of a cane, we were able to walk a few blocks to many, many dining and shopping options.

Thank you, Onder and Unik (?) for our wonderful stay in Istanbul.

We had a fantastic three-night stay here (£205), made truly special by the incredible team—especially Onder. From the moment we arrived, his warm welcome and attention to detail stood out. Onder was simply amazing—so friendly, helpful, and always happy to go the extra mile. He really made us feel at home.

The room itself was stylish, spotless, and comfy, with a great mini-bar, quiet air con, and a handy elevator for easy access (a bonus with luggage!).

A couple of small tweaks—like slow Wi-Fi at peak times and more hot breakfast options—would make it flawless, but Onder’s kindness turned these into minor blips.

We’ll absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel for its heartfelt, top-notch service

Good place to stay. Close location to the Center, to metro, etc. Rooms are good but some equipment doesn’t work well (high shower didn’t work). It’s our second time in this hotel and we definitely will stay there again as it is optimal cost/quality rate.

I’m requesting for refund for the two nights that we were staying due to the fact that this hotel it’s not a 4 stars hotel it should be considered a two star hotel. They have disco downstairs with the music on until three in the morning very noisy the lobby smells the toilet was leaking Carpet was all dirty pretty much very old hotel and the money was not worth it to spend so please make sure I get my refund back. Thank you greatly appreciate it.

The best part of my experience at the Collage Pera were my interactions with the staff. Ismael and Yunus were particularly friendly and hospitable. Both answered all of our questions thoughtfully and ensured we had the best experience of Istanbul.

Transportation to Istanbul airport was arranged by the staff, making our trip that much less stressful. Taxi was a fair price.

This is a joke of a hotel. The rooms are in a run down condition. We booked a SUPERIOR room and were given one with a window that opens to a maintenance shaft. Hence, no window. We had to pay extra to be upgraded.

Breakfast is a hostel standard one. Rotten apples. Unwashed cucumbers with mud on them.

The cleaning of the room usually took few minutes and consists of changing towels.

The staff at the front desk seem to have a side scam business going on. They book you a cab and collect the money in advance. This means that they take their cut from the taxi driver. They tried to take our train card telling us that it will expire in less than a month. We've been coming to Istanbul for years and been using the same card. Hence, another scam.

Final word of advice, stay away of this hotel.

Very pleasant stay

Was apprehensive before leaving but this is a very good hotel. Our room was upgraded to a suite, so plenty of room with the kids.

Breakfast was okay and all of us found something to eat. Very conveniently located and close to amenities.

Our room was at the back but we could hear faint music until around midnight on 2 of the 4 nights we stayed but it wasn't as bad I expected.

Special thanks to Onder, who couldn’t do enough to help. Thank you to you and your staff for making it a pleasant stay.

WISH I COULD GIVE A MILLION STARS,

By far best hotel I’ve been to in terms of the staff and help they gave us, it is a small hotel 4 floors each around 5 rooms each floor, new, rooms are huge with a bed and separate area with couch and sitting area and a full huge bathroom. Regarding the staff they are very helpful, once I needed to buy a gift and the reception walked with me outside and brang me to the place I could buy it, they gave us transit cards, they booked the taxi to the airport and at the last minute when we were supposed to go we figured we needed 2 taxis and they arranged it very fast for us. The breakfast is free and has a normal variety. The area is perfect in Beyoglu which is between Taksim and Sultanahmet.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The only disappointment we have about that place that there is no exhaust fans in the bathrooms and Restaurant downstairs plays loud music and it’s very hard to sleep with that noise. The hotel stuff was excellent. Ismail , Imran and kitchen staff Were very helping and caring.
The hotel is at walking distance to Metro Station I think called Shesane

I have to say that it is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in Turkey for over one month. Firstly, the photos which shown at the Hotel.com (and other websites) are wrong. I was given a room which is much smaller than the one shown at the photos. I was told that it is their mistakes for posting wrong photos but I reveive no apologizes or any compensations.

Secondly, the soundproof insulation is poor. You are going to be awakened very early by the noise of people talking or having breakfast at the courtyard at the morning.

Thirdly, I think the hotel is clearly overpriced and isnt 4 star hotel overall. The bed, the amenties, breakfast, and the services that they provided made them better be rated at 3 or 2 star. You are able to find a better hotel at this price

This hotel is like a garbage. It is better to say; the quality of the room and service was less than a hostel. This was one of the worst experience and hotels in our life. Smell bad, dark and dirty room, broken sink, dirty toilet, dirty bed, broken light. I booked a Triple Superior Room for my wife and her parents for one week and insured the reservation. When they got there, they gave them a standard room instead of Triple Superior Room which is much cheaper. I called Expedia to cancel this hotel and book another hotel for my family but the representative said they can not cancel it due to the hotel policy and I have to call hotel and ask them for cancellation ( simply Expedia ignored to support their customer). I called hotel and asked them to cancel the booking or change the room or at least clean the room and fix the sink and lights but unfortunately, they didn't do anything and ignored our request to give a Triple Superior room to my family. Meanwhile, I booked another hotel and my family left Collage Pera Hotel. I had to call expedia and hotel for three days and finally the insurance got involved and I was able to cancel it and get refund just for four days. Please Don't Trust the advertising about this hotel, mostly photos are fake and the hotel staff are so rude. Please don't waste your time, money and comfort with #CollagePeraHotel.

Very bad for the price

The view from the room was horrible, facing a dark place between the buildings with no possibility of natural light or fresh air. The carpets on the floor and sheets on the bed looked and felt dirty. There was a loud sound in the room coming from the pipes behind the walls almost all the time.

L'emplacement est magnifique, lhotel est proche de istiklal street, station de stram, arret de bus et la tour Galata.
Il ya pas mal de petits bars, phrmacie et supermarché a cote.
Les chambres sont confortables ( par contre la premiere nuit on m'a mis dans une chambre a la cave qui sentait la cigarette ! Mais on me l'a change le l'endettement)
Le personnel est très sympa et a l'écoute. Mention spéciale au Mr qui sert le petut dej le matin ( dommage je nai pas pu retenir son prénom) il me préparer chaque matin une tisane avec du miel parceque j'étais enrhumée.
En gros je vous conseille cet hotel et je n'hésiterai pas dy revenir next time.

The hotel (door seen left almost off the photo, the main entrance is a bar) is rather a small and cozy 4-storeyed place with friendly staff. Despite of bars and caffees all around the location is quiet. Istiklal is 2 minutes away walking. Lots of tourists and cats)
We walked from here to Galata, Taksim, even to ferries to the other banks, overall this is a nice place to stay at.

My second time staying here. Location is excellent, there is a parking garage within 5/10 mins walk which charges 35 TL for 24 hours. All of Istiklal/ Taxim/Galata easily accessible from this hotel. Also great value for money. Will be back again.

This hotel is in a really good, central location. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated with a great bathroom. And a fab view. Unfortunately the bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked.

Breakfast had a good range of options and there was plenty of food.

Hotel is very convenient to bottom of İstiklal street in a quiet street. Public parking within easy walking distance overnight for TL35.

Buffet breakfast was good but fairly small selection, included in room rate which was very reasonable for location.

A generously sized room and bathroom in a perfect location. While the room's view (opened to a wall and fire-escape) and breakfast (two egg varieties, cheeses, cereal, and flavored breads) were underwhelming, the larger rooms and the bathroom's rainshower go a long way.

Great hotel in a great location

The hotel is in a brilliant location, walking distance all the sights and in a buzzy part of town. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were really helpful as we had to organise getting to the airport in the middle of the night.

Comfortable hotel in a great location

We were given a free upgrade and the room was quiet and spacious. Good shower although the bathroom did have a slight dank smell. Breakfast was fair, and the location was a perfect base for exploring all of the sights as it’s very close to the metro/tram. Also there are so many nice bars and restaurants in the immediate area.

A hidden gem!!

The place exceeded our expectations, the room is so spacious which is never the case in this area, super super clean, they serve nice breakfast and great coffee. The area is surrounded by restaurants and pubs, and so safe and lively, but dont worry they got their windows soundproof. The location in 1 minute from shishane metro station and 8 mns walking to isteklal street, 10 mns to galata. The receptionist Ismail speaks english very well and was so helpful

Very close to Istiklal Street but on a steep cobbled hill and does catch the passing noise from traffic and late night owls. Mehmet & Ismael are superb staff who really care about their guests. Overall an enjoyable break in a fascinating cultural scenic city.

Great staff and services but not the bed!

The hotel is sitting in the key leisure areas with very well maintained facilities and fast WIFI. It has great services and staffs are helpful. However, the double beds are two single beds putting together where there is no ventilation in the shower room which could be better. Overall i think it is still good for the stay

Central but peaceful - good service and style

I have just returned from my 4th stay at Collage Pera. I prefer small boutique style hotels for their personal service and stylish decor and this one has both. The location is a couple of minutes from the Sishane metro and Tunel funicular, and also from the end of Istiklal Cd., the main shopping street.

Great Hotel

The Collage Pera Hotel is in an excellent location, near transportation subway, Tunnel and Tramway, a few meters from Istiklal, and the Galata Tower. The Hotel is very well maintained, the rooms clean and newly renovated and the staff, very friendly. When I return to Istanbul, I will stay at this hotel again.

Otele girişte çok iyi karşılandık. Erken gitmemize rağmen odamız hazırdı ve hemen girişi yaptık. Çalışanlar, özellikle İsmail bey ve Aynur hanımın güler yüzlülüğü, samimiyeti, ilgisi çok memnuniyet vericiydi. Kahvaltısı yeterli. Otelin konumu harika, her yere yürüme mesafesi. We got the offer for an Upgrade to our room. We agreed. Room was located to the backyard. One of the ugliest saddest views ever. The same view had to be endured during breakfast. Apart from that the smell of fried fat entered the room every evening despite closed windows. One good thing was the location: Central, urban, vivid neighbourhood

Fue una cantidad cuando se reservo y no la respetaron cuando hicimos el check out, cobraron cantidades de más, casi 200 euros por 3 noches. Además nos salieron chinches en el cuarto y lo comentamos en recepción y nos cambiaron de habitación a una suite, aunque ya no se durmió igual.

Nach Anfragen wurde uns super ein Transfer organisiert somit mussten wir nicht herum recherchieren welches am zuverlässigsten ist. Der Kontakt war von Anfang an sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Herr Önder hat uns sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein tolles Zimmer gemacht. Er hat uns auch am Tag des Abfluges kontaktiert und uns informiert das der Transfer am Flughafen SAW auf uns wartet und auch nach Ankommen immer wieder nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Es ist ein schlichtes aber sehr nettes Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Werden nächstes Jahr definitiv wieder kommen. Danke an das liebe und nette Personal. Alle sind sehr freundlich
