Airport hotel… hard to sort out getting the shuttle to so took a cab. Shuttle from was convenient. Right on the metro to get downtown. Not the most up to date hotel, a bit drab. Friendly staff.

Close to airport- and very close to Aberdeen station and bus stops but that’s it about location.
Hotel staff is good but that’s it- not very well maintained, quite poky rooms, zero view .
Just good enough for a couple of nights as close to airport- not really a good place to enjoy Vancouver

I like to book a stay at hotel to be closer to the airport for early flight. Although I live in Vancouver, I would prefer to stay nearby the night before to reduce travel stress.

I simply need a place to sleep before heading to the terminal just need a clean & safe room and Radisson do the job.

Clean, comfortable rooms but a little noisy at times in the evening given proximity to Vancouver airport.
Front desk staff was very efficient and responsive but not overly friendly. Perhaps not a totally fair comparison given we'd just came from a long stay at a similar hotel in Tokyo.

Also, apparently there's an unwritten rule at this hotel that if you leave your room after 11AM you may not have your room cleaned unless you call the front desk.
Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Airport shuttle service and driver was top notch!👍

It was a perfect distance to the airport and there was a very close by mall with food court (almost entirely Asian food). We used the hotel shuttle to get to the airport and were impressed they had coffee ready before 5am!

Friendly staff greeted us at check-in. One of the main elevators was down but they offered the service elevator to all guests. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked clean and spacious, located near the fitness room. You do have to take a long set of stairs to get down to the pool, however. Lots of airport and cruise travelers coming through and there were many shuttles onsite. So conveniently located across from Aberdeen Centre and the skytrain terminal. Finding food or entertainment was never an issue. There’s even a E-spot arcade that’s fun for the whole family in the same parking lot. We will be back!

For the price of the hotel it was a bit disappointing that it didn't include the breakfast buffet. On top of that, the breakfast buffet offered had 2 different prices. Also parking isn't free.

We always stay at the Radisson Airport as its close to all the great eats. Train station is right outside as well and they have a free shuttle from the airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean and staff are welcoming.

Great staff. Accommodating staff. Nice room. Fantastic temp pool and hot tub. Had a dirty glass tumbler. One elevator is down for repairs and other one broke for a couple of hours. Leaves staff freight elevator to use. Felt safe as you need a room card to access floors in elevators but you could just walk up the steps. Convenient to Aberdeen SkyTrain station. Would absolutely stay again.

The soundproofing in the room was very poor. I could clearly hear the next door talking early in the morning. Starting around 8:00 AM, there was also very loud construction noise from workers on the platform outside the window. I arrived at the hotel very late at night, only to be woken up early by the noise, which made it impossible to get proper rest.

It is most convenient to everything including all culture eateries, shops, legal firms, immigration consultants, light rail to other key centres, great bus service to natural beauties, even the principal casino, as well as churches, temples, synagogues , mosque , etc.

The airport shuttle was convenient. The location of the hotel was great, right next to two shopping plaza. It’s also a short walk away from Skytrain station and very easy to get to airport or waterfront cruise terminals. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed in the accessible king room. Aside from space to navigate around, this room was not designed with a wheelchair user in mind at all. Could not reach the hand soap, nor see in the bathroom mirror, and the towels were high up above the toilet. There was what looked to be a drying line in the W shower, but again you could not reach it as a wheelchair user. The tub clogged and would not drain as you used the shower. There was black mold lining the bottom of the curtains. The bed was clean and linens were as well. For a one night stay if you’re an able bodied person or have one accompanying you, or if you’re an ambulatory wheelchair user, it’s fine. Otherwise, I would not recommend staying here.

Stayed one night at the Radisson Vancouver and it exceeded expectations for a stopover. The room was immaculate and the bed genuinely comfortable — slept better than expected for a late-night check-in. The neighbourhood is quiet, which helped. What really stood out was the staff arranging an airport shuttle at 2 AM when my flight ran late — no fuss, no hesitation. Check-in was smooth and quick. Exactly the kind of hotel you want when your travel day doesn't go to plan.

Arrived to find out Hot tub not working - one of main reasons for choosing this hotel; staff did comp my parking for the 5 day stay as compensation.
1 of 2 elevators not working (one day both down, had to use freight elevator)
Bathroom sink water pressure was barely more than a dribble, seriously!
Black bits coming out of bathtub faucet every time; looked like course ground pepper.
Hotel looks like it may be updating (hopefully), but not currently worth the $500 CAD/night average cost.
Location worked for this stay, but will likely choose differently next time.

The location was the only thing good about this hotel. I rented an ADA room, but they did not have any ADA rooms. The shower was inside a step in bathtub which is impossible for both my husband and I to use. We had to go for two nights without a shower. The room was dark and poorly lit. The walls, furniture, and headboard were black or gray. We actually lost things in our room because we could not see them. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were terrible. The bar was uncomfortable, and was the only place they were allowed to serve drinks. I am furious that Expedia lead me to believe that I was renting an ADA room, when the hotel does not have any ADA rooms. I will never, never use Expedia again.

The staffs are great and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. As for the location, there’s absolutely nothing to complain about — there’s a supermarket next door and tons of restaurants nearby. If I had to mention one downside, the bathtub drained very poorly, so the shower time wasn’t very pleasant.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The sheets were like plastic, I couldn’t sleep because it just kept making paper or plastic sounds every time
I moved. The room smelled awful, there was no water, you couldn’t even provide a bottle of water for guest to drink? The room was noisy, the lobby was dark.
I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Friendly staff. Free Airport shuttle was convenient. Driver came quickly after a phone call at the airport exit. Check-in was quick. Clean room and comfortable beds. Microwave is in a common area but not inside the room. Pool was nice but hot tub was out of order when we were there. Great location for food and shopping. Sky train is across the street for a downtown trip. There is a walking path by the river. Great hotel over all.

Great location, amazing services and friendly staff. The front and back of the hotel are shopping malls and restaurant. Very convenience. The sky train is just a block away. We were able to do a late check out at 1 pm, use the parking lot until 2 pm and take the hotel shuttle to the airport at 2 pm. The parking is only $26 per day with unlimited entrance and exit through the day. This is our third time staying in this hotel.
