Our stay was very good. It was just wonderful. We had very good service, the service staff was wonderful that the the room was very clean. The restaurant was very good food. Relatively good price, we would stay there again if we went there.

Bathroom tub was an accident waiting to happen - tub floor was very slippery. Need safety hand rails in tub area.
Toilet size was for children - very low to the ground.
Had breakfast in hotel - food was average.
Water temperature was very hot - accident waiting to happen.

The hotel looks a bit worn - they need a refresh. The bathroom in our room was in need of a deep cleaning - there was black stuff (mold?) stuck to the tiles. The heater/air conditioner was very noisy. Staff was very nice. Probably would not stay there again.

The good: room was clean, but that’s to be expected really when you pay over $150/night, right? (We stayed over the weekend so rates were actually higher).
The not so good: it’s not better than a Comfort Inn.
They don’t even provide a water bottle in the room. I know Vancouver has great tap water, but do you expect all travellers to know that? You get to your room before or after a flight and the first thing you need to do is google search Vancouver tap water quality, I’d say this is not how you should greet visitors. And of course they do not provide slippers or bathrobes.
The room has a Keurig coffee maker (another disappointment), and the section we stayed in had bathtub with plastic shower curtain (terrible).
The airport shuttle does not run overnight so if you land after 10:30 pm you need to take an Uber (quite inexpensive as it’s only a 10 minute drive) or a taxi.
It’s quite a disappointing experience staying at this hotel.

The television in the room was inoperable, and despite a technician's assurance of follow-up, no resolution was provided. Additionally, the absence of a microwave in the guest room, a commonly expected amenity, was noted. Furthermore, the lack of a water dispenser throughout the premises necessitated the purchase of bottled water from vending machines. Given the room rate, these deficiencies in facilities were quite disappointing.

The room itself was clean and well-maintained.

We really like this hotel. Rooms are clean, the restaurant is very good with a great happy hour. Walking to the skytrain station Brighouse/Richmond takes 12 minutes. His was our second stay.

The breakfast had to pay not included but was really good. The shuttle was a not good waited out side Airport 45 minuets never can call never got to a real person had to uber there. They said the shuttle stops at 10:45 our fly landed at 11. I one reason i choose to stay was the airport pick up.

Enjoyed the visit; I think a warning about the food portions would be helpful as too much for one person. The hotel is also extremely old; while I loved the comfort of the beds; upgrades should reflect 2026 with better outlets; USB options; and better bathrooms. The staff was amazing; and the service was excellent all over.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The check-in was easy and our room was very nice. We ate at the attached restaurant. The food was tavern-style which was all we needed. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was very helpful and we used it several times. We were able to store our bags at the hotel until it was time for our flight departure.

Room was large and comfortable. Very poor lighting in the room.
The downgrade was with respect to check-in. I was asked to check-in on line and complied. Then when I arrived at the hotel they insisted I check in again on their tablet, providing the exact information that was previously provided, including photo id. Then the tablet froze up so we had to go through it all again at the front desk, by which time a lineup had occurred. A total waste of time.

Wonderful, kind staff who helped check me immediately upon arrival and also upgraded me to a beautiful room with a kitchen. Great location not too far from the airport and within walking distance to delicious restaurants. A clean room with a balcony, great amenities and a wonderful view. I would certainly stay there again!

Front desk gave poor directions to my room that was in a different building. Carpets on floors make it impossible to roll a suitcase and you have to drag them instead wrenching your arms. Restaurant food was terrible, though staff was pleasant. Outside of building showed wear and tear, like pealing paint visible from my window. Bed in room was a hazard as it rolls away from you when you sit down. Bed was too hard, pillows too soft. Only good thing was the complimentary shuttle.

Just came from a cruise so didn’t want to eat almost the same menus from the selections of their breakfast. The room that was advertised was 2 bedrooms w/ 3 baths but only 2 baths. The free shuttle starts at 6 but our flights are b/w 7 to 9 so not useful to us w/c I think was deceiving for an ad & bellboy is also not 24 hrs. If we can’t wait til the next one on duty comes, we’ve to push our own luggages w/c is a long walk to the elevator. The kitchenette is not equipped w/ kitchen wares. Toilet in bathroom 1 slow to flush & clogged up after 1st use. Luckily maintenance resolved the problem after front desk was called. Lastly, bathroom at the lobby is locked up so unable to use while waiting for our ride for an early flight. The thing that I can compliment is an hour early check in after several requests & waiting in the lobby & we’re also willing to pay extra.

Airport shuttle servixe is great and has a great pace (every 30 min) but at the airport when it gets busy, make sure you walk to the bus if you want to hop in howere if its too busy (not much parking because too many bjses) he may justndrive by and keep going so you'll have to wait for next turn. Get to the curb and waive!

Horrible experience, called in advance to plan our adult children's early arrival, prepaid rooms, provided credit card for incidentals and parking etc. Provided names of the kids, confirmation # all as requested. Front desk was completely incompetent and could not read room notes. Turned our children away after being all arranged. Had to essentially yell to be given a manager to speak with. The manager was excellent to deal with and sorted out the situation to allow our kids to get into our rooms. Then upon my arrival the front desk still could not comprehend anything. Asked for my credit card again to charge incidental holds even after it was already done. Gave me the wrong room keys and could not figure out room assignments. We will never stay here again. My children when asking for sugar for coffee was told they wouldnt send to room and they needed to come to front desk. They were given glare stares and made uncomfortable. Horrible experience, never again. Hotel layout is ridiculous for elevator access and parking when navigating luggage and bags.

Breakfast is a seperate option. Not Great options in menu. Most of the guests are ordering through Uber. Good location Parking is extra in the other end of the main building. Airport shuttle is a plus but only upto 10:30 p. M. Should have been upto 12:00 a. M. For late arrivals. Property shows age. Rooms are spacious. Washrooms need some modern updates.
