Very clean larger rooms, and the bed is very comfortable.

We booked a Queen room with breakfast and everything was above average.

The staff are all amazing and very helpful.

The train is 45 seconds out the front door, and is very easy to get into the city, airport, or any place from there.

A lot of good places to eat at within a 4-10 minute walk.

We will be staying here again on our future trips to the Netherlands for sure.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Modern and with all the usual amenities. The breakfast was good. Plenty options. The water didn't get very hot in the shower though. The lobby from time to time would be a bit dirty as leaves and bits of paper would be on the floor. I guess they could up the anty relative to housekeeping during the day. But it was close to the train and shopping center right across the street. They were restaurants and convenience stores right around so its a good spot. We stayed Sept 10th-12th and it was a comfortable stay. Definitely recommend.

Bed comfort horrible. A sofa bed for 1 child suitable, this with 2 children!
You should inform clients , that a big group of single ‘nrefugees’n frin Africa is occupying the hotel..
Try to sit in the terrace outside in the evening between these special guests, smoking and not consuming anything.
Never go here again!

We happened to move the beds and we have never seen anything so dirty. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing. Everything was the cheapest bake-off. Furthermore, the staff couldn't keep up, so there were constantly missing clean cups and glasses. Moreover, many of the trays and bread baskets were empty.

Review:-
Full of refugees, paid for by the government.
The teen boys gather daily Outside the hotel from morning till night being loud and intimidating for ladies.
People drinking coffee in the lobby in their pajamas and slippers.
Due to the fact that the majority of residents are refugees, the hotel staff has been reduced to the bare minimum. E.g. The Check In/Check Out, Bar, Coffee Shop, Customer Services is only one counter on theBar!
No Restaurant.
Housekeeping is the minimum. If we don’t leave the room early, the room is not cleaned.
No cupboard in the room.
Clothes hanging space is for 5 pieces of clothes for a ‘double room’.
The towels are very small and worn out.
The hotel entrance is not on any road. So you have to carry the luggage from the nearby parking lot to the hotel entrance (about 80 meters). This is not practical for the old or people with medical conditions

Mix up at check in and room too warm

When arrived told we were moving to a different hotel which was very stressful. Spent several hours checking emails and making phone calls as hotel told us hotels.com tried to contact us ( said they thought we were Americans) then told mix up not moving but rooms were too warm 22 degrees and they couldn’t fix the room temperature so we couldn’t sleep and told no rooms to move us too

Partner and I traveled to Almere for 5 days to go see Dave Matthew’s Band at the AFAS Live arena. The hotel was really comfortable and clean and the staff were amazing and really helpful. We were able to get a restock of coffee and creamer with no hesitation. The Train station is directly opposite the hotel which we were delighted about after travelling with flights the last thing we wanted was to potentially walk or Uber there. The Venue was only a 25min train journey to Duivendrecht which there is a huge amount of restaurant, bars, as well as the Johan Cruijff Arena for the football. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! 5/5

The hotel is in a nice quiet area, 30mins train ride from the Amsterdam central station. The rooms are clean & huge. However, I requested room services for my room to be cleaned it was never done for 2 days and the lady at host the continental breakfast asked if I could read when I asked her if I can used the toast machine after I told her yes I’m a lawyer that I won’t passed the bar without reading she apologized. The duty manager was amazing. Overall it’s a nice hotel with not too friendly staff.

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and is conveniently located next to the Train/Bus Station.

Lot's of shops around it to fulfill variety of needs. Also, a few good restaurants around.

Staff was very courteous, helpful and always with a smile on their face.

Breakfast is standard and yummy.

The room was modern, clean, cozy and soundproof!
One thing to note, the room did not have neither a safe nor a fridge. It was confirmed to us by email that it should. At the end, we did not need either.

All in all, the stay was enjoyable and I would not hesitate to book there again.

Overall, it’s a really nice hotel. It’s right across from the train station (about 30ish minutes away from Amsterdam), and surrounded by stores and some grocery stores for your necessities. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast-included option is worth it (it’s like a small buffet with good food), and the rooms are clean and modern. I wish they’d have an option of having a mini-fridge/microwave included in their rooms, but that’s more of a preference.

Utrolig god beliggenhed, kort til parkering, tog og by centrum. Havde datter på 13 år med, og havde derfor brug for ekstra opredning, som vi ca. betalte 250 kr. for, men fik samtidig et større værelse.
Dejlig morgen buffet, DOG manglede der bacon og pølse, og pandekager hvis den skulle være fuldendt.

Had a Queen size bedded room on 4th floor which was lovely. Super clean and new. Staff v friendly. Breakfast was good, lots of choice and food regularly topped up on the buffet. Public multistorey car park opposite was only €2 a day. Car v secure due to security gates.
Found excellent Chinese restaurant round the back called New Town. Area is sort of an retail park in front and clothing shops behind the hotel. Right beside Almere Buiten station so easy to go to Amsterdam. I would recommend but it is not a romantic,rural destination.

Good hotel, nothing fancy, but nice, clean and new. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Parking is just across the road and perhaps the cheapest public parking in Europe, since 24 hours cost 2 Euro! Hotel is far from Amsterdam, but train station is literally just outside the door from the hotel. From the main entrance to the platform is perhaps 40-50 meters. You don't hear the trains from the hotel-room. Train leaves for Amsterdam two times every hour. Ticket are expensive, though.

Very comfortable stay

The information about the room cleaning service was not well communicated at the check-in. However, upon request it was done excellently. The room was very comfortable and the ability to adjust the room temperature gives it an extra advantage. The location is right next to the train station making moving around very easy. Only downside was that my card was charged an extra €250 accidentally which took a whole process to get it canceled. Despite this, I would surely stay here again.

Helaas liep de douche niet goed af, er viel water waar het niet had moeten vallen, De scherm was niet genoeg. de bed was wel groot echter het dekbed niet. Het ontbijt was goed. Voldoende keuze. Jammer dat de tweede dag de deur was afgegrendeld. Naar beneden dus en alles opnieuw regelen. Al met al een flop dus. Had wel meer verwacht van mijn overnachtingen.

We hebben een zeer prettig verblijf gehad.
Wat betreft de brandmelding die wij gehad hebben, was top dat het omgeroepen werd, alleen jammer dat er onduidelijkheid was en chaos bij verzamelpunt. Er werd door andere gasten van het hotel geroepen dat er niks aan de hand was en wij weer terug naar boven koneden. Dit had eigenlijk gecommuniceerd moet worden door dienstdoend personeel.

Een degelijk hotel

Het is een splinternieuw hotel dus alles is netjes en schoon. Het ontbijt is voldoende. De ontbijtzaal echter is te klein en ook de tafels. Je kunt niet fatsoenlijk met 2 personen aan tafel ontbijten. Minpuntje is dat een deel van het personeel zeer gebrekkig Engels spreekt en al helemaal geen Nederlands.

Hotellet ligger perfekt til besøg i Amsterdam når man ankommer i bil. Der er også togforbindelse til både schipol lufthavnen og Amsterdam lige uden for døren.
Vi havde bestilt et værelse til 2 voksne og 1 barn, men blev forsøgt opkrævet for en ekstra seng, hvilket vi afviste og fik det alligevel. Alt i alt så er det et billigt hotel tæt på Amsterdam og og er ok.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel : établissement propre, personnel gentil et à l’écoute. Mon fils a fait pipi dans le lit, ils sont venus rapidement tout changer et nettoyer avec efficacité. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, propre et bon. L’hôtel se situe à 30 minutes d’Amsterdam en voiture, avec également le train, le bus et des magasins à proximité. Une plage se trouve à seulement 10 minutes. Franchement, je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs.

J’ai réservé pour 3 jours et dites vous que les 3 jours la climatisation fonctionnait pas je me suis plains par rapport, de me changer de chambre rien n’a été fait c’est un agent de nuit que je remercie au passage qui m’a donné un ventilateur pour le séjour, les draps n’ont pas été changé pendant les trois jours la dame de ménage qui est juste venu passer l’aspirateur et ranger le lit deux jours après sans les changer et les toiles d’araignées et une grosse araignée cachée derrière mon rideau avec ses enfants je suis dessus franchement à ce prix
