Property is nice and modern, however the room was dirty - lots of cobwebs outside, lots of cigarette butts too. Table tops were dirty and had to get cleaner to re wipe.

Some of the towels were dirty and the tea bags provided looked very old.

Hairdryers in the bathroom didn't work and had to ask front desk for a handheld.

Staff were well presented, but rather snooty and rude.

Disappointing for 4 star hotel.

It was below our expectations. We booked a royal suite as it was my wife's birthday, however when we were there, they kept us waiting until they cleaned the suite and they didn't even treat us for a welcome drink or anything.
Besides, there was a lot of maintenance and too much noise on our floor. Plus, the elevators weren't working and we got lost to reach our suite. When we arrived at the suite after taking the stairs, the keycard didn't work!!!
In the suite, there were no tissues and no toothpaste.

Bad food at the restaurant

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned and disinfected, bad smell, very noisy guests talking on the hallway at 11:30pm, AND I got poison food from their burger!
Bad experience with the restaurant overall.
It’s a nice hotel but the staff from the restaurant should be more careful and serve fresh food.
No go next time!!!

What a wonderful gem in Almere!

Everything was wonderful from check-in to the room itself. I had the opportunity to eat in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere and food were fantastic, as was the service. I will definitely stay here again and look forward to my stay the next time I’m back in Almere!

I really liked this hotel. Nice big lobby and quick check-in; big spacious room and bathtub with room for two! Ate at the restaurant in the evening as they are always good and high quality at acceptable prices. Breakfast was great as well. Will definitely stay again on my next visit!

dont stay if you think you can charge a Tesla here

nice hotel, poor staff, no knowledge of electric car charging that was offered on booking. No help offered, one even said maybe its closed on the weekend. I asked if all the petrol stations are closed at weekends - no reply.
Staff need to be trained properly not just to say its nothing to do with them ( even though its on their property and offered as a service by the hotel)

We booked this hotel for a golf match at Naarderboos golf course. It's only a ride by max. 15 min. The hihway connection is close.

Not much to do around the area, but that didn't matter to us as we chose to stay there as a cheaper alternative to Amsterdam. Highly recommend it!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The room, beds and bathrooms were very clean and excellent! We enjoyed the pool, spa and fitness area. All were very clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful! I wish we could have spent an extra night in Almere. We stayed in several hotels around Europe over a 2 week period and this hotel, by far was the best lodging we experienced!

Amazing Stay

The hotel room and bed were HUGE. The 2-person bathtub was HUGE. The walk-in rainfall shower was HUGE. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the autobahn and its ample parking, but we were completely blown away by the cleanliness/quality of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. It has a nice restaurant with indoor/outdoor seating and a very large breakfast buffet. Our room windows opened onto a quiet stream, but the hotel is also just a short walk to a convenience store if needed. This hotel greatly exceeded our expectations.

Our third stay here, good value weekend break. Disappointingly given a lower floor room overlooking car park rather than the water view promised when booking. A minor quibble, more than made up for with the super evening meal and breakfast and good service throughout. Spacious room and huge bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower.

5 star Hotel.

We were impressed with this Hotel. We had a car and it was about 20 minutes drive from Amsterdam. That was fine for us because we did not want to stay in the crowded atmosphere of Amsterdam and did want to see some of the Countryside. The room was large along with the Bathroom and decorated with quality fixtures and decor. We had a bonus outside our window and there was a waterway that had 2 Swans hanging around. The indoor pool was very nice and the Breakfast was superb. The Hotel had a beautiful Restaurant. The Lady that checked us in gave us many tips on where to go to eat, etc. The day we were leaving She gave us the address where the Tulips could be seen and the old windmills and we put it in our GPS and found both of the places. Wonderful stay, wish we would of stayed longer.

Great hotel for visiting Amsterdam

This room was a great surprise. The hotel was modern, clean and the staff was extra helpful. The room was the largest I have been able to get in Europe. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was huge with a deep bath tub! The first night we took advantage of the pool and it was great. The temperature was just right and it is beautiful. I highly recommend it.I had a lot of questions and the staff was great. Breakfast was not great, but it was good. Location was excellent. We drove to Amsterdam for the day and it only took 20 min.

Impressive Out of town hotel

Although out of town this hotel is a must if you want premier quality. Our room was spotless, like the rest of the hotel. Both breakfast and dinner where good value when you consider the quality and quantity. This hotel is ideal for business meetings ect. There where I believe there was 3 weddings in house whilst there. One of the best things about our stay, one week, was the staff, who were all happy smiling people who really enjoyed their work. A 100% stay and thoroughly recommended hotel!

A very nice hotel designed in the style of a Boutique Hotel. Very large rooms with equally large bathrooms. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the walk-in shower AND bath tub with enough room for two! On the negative side, the restaurant is over-priced for the quality of food. They try their best to be upmarket but the chef is not particularly good. A further negative point was the receptionist who was rather cold when we turned up at 12:30 to be informed our rooms would not be ready until 2 pm! No conciliatory tone in her voice at all. Overall, this hotel is outstanding value for money and we will be definitely going back there!

The best hotel!

We were on a roadtrip through Europe. The parking was large and free. There was also some parking under the hotel, which was nice on hot sunny days. The rooms were large, clean, stylish and had both bathtub and shower. Free wifi in the rooms was the fastest I've ever used. Breakfast buffet was delicious, with juice from fresh fruits and live cooking. One word to summarize this hotel: outstanding!

This hotel is really beautiful.
The showers are huge and the room was great.
I would say that as far as staying at this hotel for visiting Amsterdam is too far out but it is perfect for a romantic get away from your daily rutines. The outdorr smoking area is a nice touch since you are not allowed to smoke inside.
Me and my boyfriend had a great stay.

Super hotel, ik zou zeker terug gaan. Desondanks enkele minpuntjes:
- zwembad technisch defect en dus niet toegankelijk, dit was deels de reden waarom we dit hotel kozen en dus erg jammer
- kamer en badkamer proper, maar het stof werd niet afgenomen
- zijkant bed bladdert af, goed bed maar geen mooi zicht
- tv is te klein, ondertiteling konden we niet lezen vanuit bed
- cocktails in waterfront kloppen niet. We bestelden een mojito en pornstar martini (€ 23), aan het kleur van de pm kon je al zien dat het niet juist was. Beiden smaakten gewoon naar suiker. Jammer van het geld.

Verder niets dan positieve punten:
- vriendelijk personeel
- prima en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt met kwaliteitsproducten
- lekker gegeten
- lekker geslapen
- gratis parking
- mooie inrichting restaurant, bar en inkom
- grote kamer met goed bed en leuke zithoek, goede en stille frigo
- super badkamer en productjes

Très dispendieux comme hôtel. Les déjeuner sont une option à 26$ CDN par jour.

Très propres, immenses chambre. Personnel acceptable.

J’ai décider de partir 2 jours plus tôt, ma sélection non remboursable m’a fait perdre 2 jours de location soit 500$. Ils m’ont quand même fait payé le déjeuner à 26$ la journée de mon départ hâtif! Incroyable.

Je reste satisfait des installations, mais les politiques et les prix sont très élevés.
