Everything to say is excellent!!! The owners were great as well. Premises was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely go back.

Ben and I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at Naboo Resort, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The entire team is made up of incredibly kind, hospitality-passionate people who go out of their way to make every guest feel special. (Extra limes for me every time!)

We would especially like to thank Iris, Marvin, and Ethel for their warmth, attentiveness, and beautiful energy. They truly helped make our experience personal and memorable — but honestly, every single staff member we encountered was amazing.

The food was phenomenal throughout our stay! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were consistently fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. We also loved the convenience of the laundry service, the professionalism and friendliness of the dive center team, and how helpful the staff was with recommendations and daily needs.

The location is another huge highlight. The resort is perfectly situated close to great shopping, lovely coffee spots, and the beach, making it easy to explore while still feeling peaceful and relaxed.

Ben and I had an incredible experience and created moment and memories we will treasure always. We are so grateful to the entire Naboo Resort team and would absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Roatán.

The entire experience was amazing! Owners and staff so friendly and helpful. Loved it when we tried to speak a little Spanish to them and would help us when we didn’t get it right. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable. A short walk to the beach with tons of restaurants and a few shops.

We had such a great stay with Naboo Resort and hope to return in the future! It was our first time visiting Roatan and we couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The property and rooms were clean, and the onsite food was wonderful. Pool was clean and relaxing when the beach was unavailable due to weather clean up.

The staff were excellent - all of the front desk team were helpful, remembered our names and were quick to respond with any requests. The restaurant team (Omar, Marvin, Iris + more!) were always attentive and helpful. Onsite breakfast buffet was different everyday but always a good start to the day.

We also did a wonderful day trip through Naboo and would recommend our driver/guide, Luther. He was attentive all day and made sure we were able to see the stops we wanted to see.

Overall would recommend. We are not scuba divers but the attached dive shop / dive excursions would be a great perk for anyone interested. The rooms on the upper floors do have fairly steep stairs, so keep this in mind if you have any issues with stairs. The beach is about a 5 minute walk away, but very easy to get to. Once the road construction is wrapped up it will be even easier/faster.

Everything was exceptional! I can’t just pick one. The owners are incredible people, staff amazing polite and attentive. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. Always smelled fresh and clean. Ac works as it should, bathrooms updated with very spacious showers. The grounds are very zen like and the pool area is a nice quiet area for relaxing by the clean pool. Last but not least the food!!!! Wow out of this world. Will definitely be back.

The friendly and helpful staff- including Michelle, Marvin, Edith, Kailee, Omar, and more, set the tone for a wonderful stay. The property was clean and well maintained, the food in the restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast buffet made a great start to the day. We were one of the few guests who were not snorkelling of diving, but still found plenty to do in a very safe area.

On the positive, the food at the restaurant was excellent and the restaurant staff were attentive.

However the quality of the furnishings generally are more suitable for a backpacker environment than a higg end luxury retreat.

Expect to be uncomfortable if you don't like hard heavy hand made seats and beds.

I could not sleep and when I asked for a remedy, tbey were not prepared to resolve the issue for me immediately, instead suggesting to me it woild be dealt with innthe morning.

This despite that I explained clearly that my back was very sore and the issue with the bed needed resolving that evening.

Ultimately I checked out early and stayed elsewhere. I addressed all of this with management and their attitude was quite cheeky. No compensation was offered of any kind. I explained that I would likely write a poor review and they did not seem to care. They basically told me to go ahead and do that, rather than offer me some kind of reasonable compensation. So that speaks to their lack of empathy towaards their customers. They are happy to take your money but they don't care about you as a person is the impression I am left with.

My advice. Don't stay here. There are many other better options. I enjoyed my stay at infinity even though it was a few dollars more. Go there instead.

The road that the hotel is on is currently under complete construction so in order to get to the beach I had to walk through a construction site with lots of men. They were cat calling me and made me feel very uncomfortable. One day it rained and the entire street where the construction was got followed and I had to walk through disgusting muddy puddles to get to the beach. I’m upset that there was no warning message before I arrived, had I know the conditions on the road where the hotel was located, I would’ve changed hotels.
Additionally the manager was extremely rude when I requested assistance booking a shuttle to the airport.

Besides that, the actual hotel was fine and the included breakfast was good. Quick 5 minute walk to the beach (if you don’t mind walking through a construction site)

I had an incredible stay at Naboo Dive Resort in Roatán. The diving experience was top notch. Tori, Coco, and Manu were outstanding dive masters. They were attentive, highly skilled, and made every dive feel safe and enjoyable. Their passion for the ocean and care for the divers really stood out. It was also a quick and easy walk to the boats, which made getting to each dive smooth and stress free.

The hospitality did not stop there. The restaurant and bar staff, Omar, Eduardo, and Marvin, were fantastic. They made every meal and drink feel special, always greeting us with warmth and making sure we had everything we needed. Their friendliness truly added to the overall experience.

The resort itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Between the amazing dive crew, the convenience of the boats, and the outstanding service from the restaurant team, Naboo exceeded all expectations. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Roatán, and I cannot wait to return.

It was a very nice. The rooms are very nice and the balcony is a very nice size. The pool is always clean and a nice place to just hang out. The food was okay, could have had more season and wasn't better than other restaurants on the beach. The bar tenders were very tenative, had the best rum punch on the island and were friendly and catered to the guest at all times. It was a great place to stay and I would stay there again or recommend it to others.

We absolutely LOVED our time at Naboo Resort and will be back for sure! The premises and accomodations are lovely, the pool and hottub are such a treat after being in the ocean, the AC works really well in the room and kept us comfortable the entire week and the food at the resort restaurant is great! It's a short 2 minute walk to the beach and is nice and quiet compared to the resorts right on the water. We were able to go down to the beach whenever we wanted to enjoy the ocean, beach, diving and snorkeling, and then could retreat to Naboo in the afternoons for a more relaxing and quiet time away for the crowds.

Everyone is happy to be at Naboo and the restaurant staff and service were excellent all week, they are so attentive to your every need, and would often check on us by the pool to see if we needed anything. Incredible!

The Dive shop is also amazing, we were always one of the first boats to go out on the island, the staff were super caring and friendly and knowledgeable! Best experience was getting PADI certified down there! Special shoutout to Tori who was an excllent instructor!! She is so knowledgeable and patient! 5 Stars!! And Coco and Matti were fabulous dive masters as well.

It was our favorite vacation yet!! We will be back for sure! ♡♡♡

Naboo is three minutes walk from a gorgeous beach where we were picked up by the dive boats. Restaurant, front desk and cleaning staff were wonderful. First off all of the staff are amazing! They keep the place running smoothly. A few times in the morning after breakfast, we would go out for a short walk or to the store. By the time we would return our room was already clean and it spotless. The hotel restaurant exceeded my expectations and was one of the best meals I had on the island.

Perfect for a solo diving trip

The perfect hotel for my first solo diving trip! The hotel was perfectly located, everything you need is walking distance! The staff is welcoming and kind, always ready to help, thank you Kenneth, Omar, Elio, Marvin, Eduardo, and Edith to only name a few. The hotel is very clean and made in a way that it is so easy to disconnect and relax: the pool, the jacuzzi, the beach chairs, the onsite restaurant, etc. The fact that it is adult only helps hehe. The rooms are spacious and modern with a big private balcony to enjoy the evenings. The diving shop is in the hotel and diving with them is so easy and fun! Thank you Elise, Wilfredo, Ryan, Manon, Emmanuella, and Tori! Will definitely come back!! I felt safe at every moment traveling as a solo woman, and I will not hesitate to come back! We stayed 8 nights with the intent to dive as much as we could and I thoroughly recommend the resort to anyone coming to Roatan for the same purpose. The rooms were very clean. Although AC only runs when you’re in the room (room key interlocked), it works very well and kept us very cool at night. The food and service is on par with the rest of the island. The hotel will also shuttle you to/from the airport for $25 each way, so that’s one less hassle to deal with.

Most importantly, the dive shop is run by a truly incredible staff who go above and beyond to give you the best experience possible. Our personal gear was well cared for, and daily we were only responsible for fins/masks and booties. BCD and regs were moved between shop and boats, rinsed and dried, by the staff. I never had to hook up my gear once on the trip, but you will want to verify they have routed your hoses etc the way that you prefer. They were also very respectful when handling my camera.

The guides are truly second to none and we saw something new and exciting on nearly every single dive we did. Manu, Coco, Tori and Elise made these experiences possible with their professional knowledge of the area. I had no idea Roatan was so biodiverse and the reef topography is truly unique and must see. If your travel dates allow it, the night dive on a moonless evening is a truly magical event you can only see here, but I don’t want to spoil the experience.

Come to Naboo to dive and you will be blown away!

This was our second stay. Both times were wonderful. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We tried several things on the menu at the restaurant during our two week stay and found that everything is prepared with fresh ingredients and looks as good as it tastes. The restaurant staff filled our insulated cups and ice bag with ice every day.
The cleaning staff have the place shining. It always smells clean in the common areas.
The front desk staff were also great helping us get whatever we needed (taxis, extra towels).
The owners are on site daily, talking with guests, and working to make your stay the best possible.
We loved spending time on the balcony or at the pool/spa area where it feels like you have the whole place to yourself.
The beach, restaurants, shops, and even West End are all within walking distance.
We want to especially thank Omar, Kenneth, Eduardo, Elliot, Amy, and Sue (not her full name but she is at front desk). Although we didn’t get names of cooks or cleaning staff, we also thank them.
I dive and the dive shop, divemasters, and boat captains can’t be beat!

Everyone that works there are very helpful and rooms are cleaned daily.
Only downside the beds are a little on the hard size for our taste and would love to have microwave in the room with a coffee maker. It does a have mini fridge though. Be aware no elevators.
The resort itself is minutes from beautiful beach( very easy short walk) and lots of dining options. We would stay here again without hesitation.

A Pleasant stay!

Naboo “resort “ has a beautiful staff and owner who pay attention to detail and the comfort and service of their guests.The manager, Ms.Edith, and the other team members like Amy, Eduardo, and Soulaka , were very attentive and cordial! The layout when one walks in is very upscale. The restaurant which has great decor and views of the pool are a great design. Instead of a resort, it’s really a hotel with a pool and restaurant. Although the rooms are quite clean and comfortable, they are underwhelming compared to the entrance, restaurant and pool area. The rooms are really plain. I forgot to say that breakfast is amazing daily with different options daily. Overall, I’d still give this hotel a 10 out of 10.

This is a wonderful little hotel, an oasis of peace and cleanliness in a busy area. We felt very relaxed here. The breakfast was wonderful and all of the dinners we had at Naboo were great. If were were to return to Roatan, we'd definitely come back to Naboo.
The public alley/small street outside (Banarama) is a different matter. There may be nothing the hotel can do about it, but the road is a mess and reflects the low investment in public sanitation common throughout Roatan. The road is not paved, water line breaks keep the puddles constantly fed (an issue on an island where dengue and malaria circulate), and trash was strewn about on the lower segment toward the beach every single day we were there.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service—everyone, including the owners, was incredibly attentive and kind. The hotel itself is spotless, well-organized, and beautifully designed, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The restaurant was a true highlight of our experience. Every dish was homemade with high-quality, fresh ingredients, and the flavors were simply outstanding. The fish, in particular, was fantastic! Restaurant servers Eduardo, Anthony, Omar, and Eliot were fantastic!
Although we didn’t get a chance to try the diving center this time, we’re definitely considering it for our next visit. Overall, everything about our stay exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return!

Naboo is a beautiful retreat just a few steps from the beach and a few little shopping and eating spots.
The rooms are very simple but extraordinary care is taken to make sure they are clean and maintained. Every inch of this property is kept in tip top shape.
The food that comes out of Naboo’s own restaurant is second to none. BEST FOOD on the island. BEST STAFF on the island!!
Omar and Eduardo are superstars!!

I like the scale of the property. Only 18 units. A convenient restaurant. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The staff are polite and helpful. I like that it is a family business, and that the owners are on-site. The location is great. Not too far from the beach. But also not too close. Thus, it is a quiet oasis.
