Paradise Hotel exceeded all of our expectations! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed.
The location is fantastic, with beautiful beach views and easy access to everything in the area. The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I was a solo traveler and I felt perfectly safe. From the pickup at the airport and every moment spent there was wonderful. My only point of discontent was that the sink and shower water is salty. Not as salty as the beach, of course, but enough that I didn't feel fully clean. I bought bottled water and rinsed off with that.

The beach view is beautiful! The rooms are dated. The outside is made of wood and are dirty. The faucets in the room have lime scale and not properly clean. The room has a smell. The towels were not clean. Received a towel with a red stain on it. The sliding doors did not all lock. Balconies were dirty and old. Can't get to your room without bringing sand with you. The property needs a renovation and more lighting. Electricity went out and the backup generator was very loud in the middle of the night. The gym was dated and did not have disinfectant to wipe after use, nor towels. They only had paper towels and a sink/ bathroom. Breakfast was just okay. Bar staff was friendly and attentive!

The Paradise Hotel is so well located, ran, and maintained, my husband and I felt we’d hit the jackpot throughout our stay in Roatán. The staff is very professional and helpful but also super friendly and polite. The hotel has two restaurants and an outdoor bar that faces the ocean. You can order cocktails and meals while you lounge under a sun umbrella and enjoy a cooling breeze and the view of shimmering ocean waters. It offers a lot of amenities and activities for adults as well as for children. And there are multiple tours and other activities that can be bought on the beach also. There are several other restaurants, some small stores, grocers, and a pharmacy within walking distance. We highly recommend staying at this great hotel.

The resort is clean and cozy. Room was small… the kind size bed was comfortable, but on side- very narrow, not much walking around.. but if you are not planning to be in the room- it was great! They do provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, but no shower gel..beach is great! Staff is very friendly. Breakfast a bit boring. We did not choose all inclusive, but their restaurant on a beach still would be extra cost and it is very expensive, no special. Next door- Bananarama- had cheaper options, daily specials for lunch and drinks, like 2 for price of 1, each day of the week - something different. We spent the majority of our time eating either at Bananarama or Argentinian grill. Great food and service. Paradise need to re-evaluate their prices and entice their guests to spent money at their restaurant!
Also, it is funny, that resort asks to reuse their water bottles, like you get one in your mini bar, but then if you need more- each water bottle is $2. A lot of Resorts at least provide their reusable bottles to help the environment, and guest usually do and keep as souvenir..

All the staff was amazing and very friendly/helpful. Breakfast was great and a great variety of food. Pool was very nice did not use it I would rather be in the ocean crystal clear water.

This was a great place to stay right on the beach in the middle of West Bay. Had a good pool and a beautiful beachfront with a lot of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast buffet was solid and the beach bar/restaurant was pretty good. I’d say the cocktails need a little help. This isn’t a luxury resort, but it’s a great place to stay for the value for sure. My room was set back a little, but was just a two minute walk to be on the beach. I’d stay here again.

We found breakfast to be good and never felt like using the omelette station as the options on the buffet were varied and excellent! Lots of fresh and perfectly ripe fruits, scrambled eggs, sides, toast,yogurt pancakes, french toast and more. We walked away full and content everyday.
Staff highlight was Michelle! She was awesome at breakfast and the beach bar, always aware of new people, checking on whether they needed anything and asking if food, coffee and service was ok. We always make sure to sit where she could see us to have her as a server. We cannot say enough about her and the level.of customer service she provides, she is the best.

The brekfast selection is just OK not great, there should have been a few more options. But the staff was super helpful and attentative. The showers don't have a shelf for shampoo or soap so you have to put everything on the floor inside the shower. I had the large villa and the cooking utensils were not suffcient for 6 people, only 5 sets of silverware and one small frying pan and small pot. No coffee maker in the room.

The beach is absolutely beautiful, and we were lucky as there was almost no seaweed during our stay. Only one day, right before we left, a lot of sargassum washed in.
We were barefoot most of the time since there’s sand everywhere, which adds to the relaxed, laid-back vibe.
The dive center is excellent — very friendly and they take great care of you. We had an amazing diving experience with them.

The staff were fantastic. They really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The resort itself is average. The food was okay. The breakfast buffet food in the hot plates was not very hot, but the woman making the omelettes made a very good breakfast. The people working at the front reception desk did not know much of anything about the resort. They could never answer any of our questions and they did not know anything about the events happening at the resort. I think the reception desk should be the go to, to get your questions answered. There were a couple of staff members trying to get people involved over the week with yoga, zumba, etc. but there was very little participation. The nightly music was not the best. If you want good music, travel down the beach to the other resorts. They had some really good music.

Overall great stay, hotel transportation is a plus, buffet breakfast was tasty and had several options. Room was great size and beds were comfy. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The grounds are always kept clean as well. We did have a leaky restroom faucet and burned light bulb, but both were fixed quick. My only cons were the restroom window - it’s frosted so you can definitely be seen while showering. I just made sure to shower with the lights off. Additionally their bed pillows are hard so that caused some neck pain.

Booked because of free shuttle for airport/ferry. No driver at ferry when I got there, called the property, a driver was there about 10 minutes later. Could have been hung up with traffic but there was no communication as to why he wasn’t there. Room wasn’t ready until 3:10, no shower pressure, patio door would not shut all the way and could not be locked. Place is good otherwise, but the food and drinks were overpriced. Spent my time next door at banarama for good cheap drinks and food.

Resort is in a good area to explore up and down the beach for shops and restaurants. Prices were definitely inflated because it is in the middle of a tourist area. Definitely would recommend!

We were blown away by our upgrade to the Ocean One Villa condo's!! The place was perfect with friendly staff and amenities. The pool at the Villas was a welcomed surprise.

This is not the place to stay if you are looking to relax. Here is a list of issues I had that made me check out after 1 night;
1.) Incredibly loud! I went diving in the morning and wanted to take a nap and the plaza next door was blasting music non-stop all day long. Then at night Banarama was blasting drunk karaoke until 10pm. The following morning at 6am the plaza next door was blasting music again. The workers arriving at 6am were yelling back and forth to each other down the alley. Finally at 7am the construction noise started!
2. Damp hotel room, horrible broken shower, apparently you can't flush toilet paper, and the tv is all fuzzy Spanish channels. Now you may think \"I'm not going to watch tv on vacation\"....well there will be rainy days, you will want to chill out at night, and you will want something to drown out all the noise around the resort.
3. Rude bartender....the workers need to be told that although people cannot speak Spanish fluently they are able to understand it. I heard one of the bartenders repeatedly refer to another guest as \"puta\" which if you know even a little Spanish is not a very nice thing to say.

Paradise Beach was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The room(honeymoon suite) was clean and comfortable with a huge balcony that came in handy during some rainstorms. The cleaning staff was efficient and kept the room super clean throughout our stay! There was a fantastic breakfast buffet each morning with different things to try each day. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was great. We enjoyed the beach and the snorkeling was just a quick walk away! There were plenty of places to eat and drink nearby when we wanted some variety. The cruise passenger invasions during the day were a bit overwhelming, but the good news is, the leave every afternoon! Great stay!

The staff was friendly, but the hotel is a safety hazard. There is stone all throughout the perimeter of the pool, with slippery wood in some parts. The staff could have done a better job announcing whatever events the hotel was holding - they were not as inviting as the surrounding hotels. Our room smelled like sewer water and the water coming out of the sink smelled like that too. Luckily the water that came out of the shower was okay, so that’s what we used to wash our hands and brush our teeth. Though we will return to Roatan, it will not be to this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Paradise Hotel! The room was cleaned every single day, which made my visit feel very comfortable and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed — their hospitality truly made the experience even better.
The only thing I would love to see improved is the gym equipment, as it could use some updates. Other than that, everything was great and I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Roatán!

I really like that the staff rake and clean the beach front when all the debris were wash up onto the beach area. The room is very nicely decorated and the cleaning staff did a great job. On all everything was great, but I have to say that the food option was not large and was not the best food. We end up eating at other resorts and other restaurants because the options were not a lot and was not very good.

I loved this hotel. It is clean, family friendly, the beach is just a couple steps away. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The place is well maintained. We stayed here for the first time 6 days with breakfast included just because we did not know if we were going to like the food. Next time we visit I would definitely book the all inclusive package bc food is delicious and fresh. I didn’t like the restaurant that they have at the beach, but I only had dinner one time. Maybe I should have given them another chance.

Very accommodating staff. My son broke his phone charger and the front desk (Jamie) lent him one for a few days. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. There is plenty of security up and down the beach and they ensure safety. The beach access and towel system are wonderful. Chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas are included and the security watch the belongings when you’re in the water. Excellent service and staff!

The staff was very attentive to my family and family member with disabilities. The staff made sure we had all the accommodations and services. Excursions were offered to us and the staff made sure we were able to do the excrusions with my family member who uses a wheelchair and had the assistance we needed. The staff made sure to make a pured/blended meals for my family member in the mornings due to her special diet. Everyone was friendly! The beach is beautiful and right at the property. The pool is a gorgeous jungle feel and great for kids and adults who might not know how to swim. Thanks to Byron and Brent Fischer who set us up with excrusions to do around the Island and accommodations for wheelchair accessibility.
