The hotel is located in the Medical District which is quiet and away from the craziness of downtown. The artistically beautiful artwork and finishes give a luxurious vibe throughout the building. The amenities are worth the price, with a gym and spa. The staff were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

This is one of the two best hotels we’ve stayed at in Houston by far. First off, the valet was amazing. Check-in was a breeze. The room was gorgeous. The bathroom was even more gorgeous. Even the little things like having espresso instead of coffee in the room was wonderful. 100% will return. My only regret is that I don’t think I’ll ever be able to find out what brand of mattress they have. My husband and I agreed on the comfort of it so I need that mattress! 😆

I went to the restaurant upstairs and their server charged my card for the meal then later on at check out I was notified that for the same meal I had already paid for, the server decided to charge it to the room as well. So I paid twice without noticing because when you make a charge to the room they automatically bill you without giving you a physical receipt, then on top of that the first charge he did to my card was 167 when it was only suppose to be 107. That restaurant is a scam. I’ve been calling for months trying to get in contact with the director Paul Dadamo. He has yet to return my calls or give me an update on what the financial department has found on both charges.

Staff was super friendly and helpful and the valet drivers were so nice and accommodating. I loved that the hotel wasn’t in a super busy area or on a high traffic road. Clean room, entire hotel was immaculate. The gym was fully equipped with treads, bikes and weights. I loved the bar/lounge area. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful hotel. My room was very clean and spacious. The staff were really nice and helpful. My only complaint is the valet service takes forever. The roof top pool is really nice and the bar upstairs has a nice chill vibe to it.

As a family pack with two kids, I used to love staying at Blossom anytime we visited Houston, but this was our last stay. There were several people pulling up in “hot boxed” vehicles (which to each their own but not family friendly), but the catalyst was coming downstairs at around 9pm to find a group of women twerking by the stairs with their full behinds out and sensitive areas exposed. I believe one of the women was filming. Staff were at the front desk and enabled the behavior. Again, to each their own but not something I need my children to see or be around. So long Blossom.

My stay at Blossom Hotel Houston was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The service was exceptional every staff member was warm, attentive, and made me feel truly welcomed. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully put together.

The amenities were top-tier, and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious yet relaxing. Everything exceeded my expectations, from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless, upscale experience in Houston.

The place is clean and beautiful. Food at the restaurant was great. The massive rain shower head was phenomenal. I only had a few issues in my room, the front door was jammed and had to shoulder check it to open and close, the shower wand didnt work.
Besides that, for the price it was great and close to MD Anderson.

Everything was perfect except the network system! Multiple times throughout my stay where I was not able to get in touch with the staff when on AND off the location. I needed a later checkout and could not reach them. After multiple times of using the phones in the room I was not able to get room service.

Stayed in Houston to visit some family. Clean and spacious room. It’s an odd location, however, and appears to just be close to hospitals (my fault as I didn’t really look into this). Not a great spot if you want to do any sightseeing or something touristy so would keep that in mind. Was a bit blindsided by the $50/night valet charge—no real other options for parking so would add that to your daily rate.

Hotel pulled the bait and switch. Booked a King room and when we arrived was told practically scolded that we have 2 queens and Expedia was the problem. Then proceeded to lie about the reasons. Never have i ever in all the years of booking hotels have been treated in this manner. I went on their website and they had plenty of King options. Pics for proof. We had a formal dinner to get ready for and i had no time to find another hotel. Walls are prtty thin FYI. Room carpet needs sealed off.threshold isnt flush and is a foot hazard. Reno gone wrong.

The room was not ready at 3 pm. There was a very large crowd of people waiting in a very small lobby without enough seating for their rooms. I had to wait until 4:30pm to get the room. The shuttle to the hospital is advertised, but is either not available or too slow to arrive, so I used an Uber. The staff are not interested to help. The hotel is also showing signs of aging even though it is almost new. The bed linen was fraying and the towels were old.

We wanted to love this hotel, but we were disappointed the second we walked in to the room. There was a nasty stain on the wall, cords hanging out of the ceiling, and the air would not go below 72 (I’m on steroids and chemo so I get hot). We reported everything to the front desk and requested a cancellation of the next night’s stay, which the front desk lady said she could not do because it was made through a third party app, but the manager figured out how to fix it. They did offer to change our room, and when we got back up to our floor the maintenance staff had let themselves in to start looking at our complaints. The maintenance man was extremely rude and said the temp is 2 degrees lower than what the screen said. He tried to prove his point by blowing on the sensor, which made the temp rise (duh- this only further proves the temp was reading what the temp in the room actually was). Then, my husband went downstairs to ask a question and found the maintenance man trash talking us to whom im assuming was the manager. The manager saw husband coming and tried to stop him. We were moved to a new room and half of the lights were out in it and there was brown liquid coming out of the unused (by us) coffee maker.
Smaller issues that some may want to consider before booking- valet parking is mandatory. We were fine with that, but I’ve read where others were not. We were told they were out of toothbrushes and toothpaste (we wouldn’t have minded paying for these, and a cup of black

They didn’t have extra blankets. The bed had stains on it and some one else hair. Gross me out. They need to take their time cleaning those rooms. I had forgot my disinfectant spray. But I put a T-shirt over my pillow because of the hair and stains. My first my experience was really nice this one was not. I was very disappointed. Also I think I was over charged for the valet parking. I’ll call and check tomorrow on that!

The hotel was very clean and cute. The staff was a bit dry and nonchalant. I let them know I paid an $80 fee to be eligible for early check in or late check out & their response was very much that’s a YOU problem. Because I booked with Expedia that they add fees sometimes they’re unaware of and can’t do anything about.

Also the power in the restroom went out in the middle of my shower. Was back by morning. The hotel was very nice, just didn’t have the best experience.

2 night stay in the 2 room suite for our trip in for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. 5 star experience from check in to check out. On had the hotel shuttle service take us to Rice Village to check out the shops and grab some dinner. It was so convenient and when we were ready a quick text to the hotel shuttle to pick us back up and return to the hotel. We had a cold snap so no pool time for our trip but the pool area was clean and inviting. We tested out the bartender's skills at the plum sky bar on thr 13th floor and he did not disappoint! Perfect stay close to NRG for our concert event and we used Omega Royal Transportation for our car service from the hotel to NRG and back, which was flawless! (Highly recommend their car services!) Perfect quick get away- we will definitely be back!

This place was recommended by one of my friends who had a great experience when she came to the Houston Rodeo couple years ago.
I called in the morning to let the staff knows that we would like to check in earlier than 4pm, the front desk man told me no problem and that he would put it as a request under my reservation. When we first pulled in in the valet, we encountered our first issue with the bell staff. They seemed more concerned about conversations with themselves than helping us with our luggage. Once we got our own cart to put our stuff, it was a bit after 330pm, so I went to the front desk and the guy told me that the room was not ready and that I had to wait until 4pm. Once 4pm happened, I went again to the front desk man, and he told me that I still had to wait for at least 20 minutes since the room was still not ready. After we waited at least 30 minutes, he finally came to check us in. When we went to our room, the power of the fridge, the tv was off, so we called the front desk to let them know. a maintenance man came and had to deal with the breakers, he came by the room and left. after he left the power went off again, we tried to call the front desk without any success. There was no shuttle available and we had to take a Uber. before we left, we told the front desk about our issue with the room. When we came back from the rodeo our power had not been resolved. Had to call 3 times in order for them to bring a maintenance guy to fix it.
