This hotel was perfect for what was looking for. A minute walk to Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque, 10/15 minute walk to the Galata bridge for the ferries across the river.

The room itself was fantastic. Very comfortable bed, fridge, spacious bathroom with a great shower. The room was cleaned as and when requested with water being resupplied each time.

Both members of staff that I spoke to were very helpful especially the gentleman that I spoke to when I checked in at 9pm on Wednesday 12th February, I never caught his name unfortunately. He was happy to help me with a few Turkish phrases and words to help me out along with a good place to eat.

A small, cozy hotel conveniently located near the Metro M4 line (from the airport) and close to the city center. Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque are just a 5–6 minute walk away. The rooms are quite small but sufficient for a comfortable night’s rest. The hotel is right next to a busy street, which might bother some guests, especially during the summer when it would be nice to keep the window open. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Serdar and Inga are true hosts, always ready to share useful tips and recommendations. The breakfast could be a bit more varied, but you definitely won’t go hungry. Overall, it’s good value for the price.

Hotel Sultanahmet is located perfectly, only a few minute walk from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Tons of restaurants in the area and s grocery store on the same block. Very clean, good AC, VERY good breakfast! The staff is the friendliest i've seen in any hotel! Inga (the room service lady) helped us with everything we needed, she gave us an outlet adapter, corkscrew, and a public transport card free of charge, that was so nice of her! Thank you so much Inga! Will definitely be back!

Staff was friendly, the hotel is located in a good area easy to walk to almost all the main tourist areas in Istanbul. Breakfast options are limited. The transportation was good, they have spacious vans and in good conditions however, the drivers are careless when driving, over the speed limit and not slowing down in curves etc. we were very scared both times on our way from the airport to the hotel and on our way back to the airport.

The hotel is a gem boutique hotel.
The staff is super nice n friendly. The housekeeping also very honest and takes good care of our room n its always clean. The breakfast is like home cook.
The hotel makes u feel so welcome n u forget that u stayed is the hotel.

I will definitely go back in this hotel!! If you wanna be in the old town and with a reasonable priced hotel… this is the one! The location is excellent! Very close to Marmaray station and the tourist spots! The staff and i mean all of the staff are super accomodating and very helpful! They would please you to your needs! The view from the breakfast place ( deck) is fantastic! Definitely the rooms are clean… small but good enough for sleeping. I would recommend this future travelers! Thanks again for making my stay extra special!

Situated in the heart of Istanbul No12 is the ideal place to stay for a short weekend trip.
You are a 10 minute walk away from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia mosques. The Bazaar is a short walk away in the opposite direction and you have the local metro on your doorstep.
The hotel is small and clean and functional which is what you need if you don't plan on staying for more than a few days.

We had a lovely stay at No:12 Hotel Sultanahmet.

The service staff and desk staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Han.

The room was very nice and clean (and cleaned every single day!), but it was very small. This didn't matter much as we were out for the majority of the day so didn't need to use the room as much.

The hotel is very central, with everything close-by - Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia were 5-10 mins away via walk, lots of souvenir shops and tons of food options nearby.

The rooftop view is beautiful and there are many rooftop restaurants next door, so we stayed at these rooftop places until quite late knowing that it is safe to walk back to our hotel which was 1 min away.

Would definitely stay again!
