The property was in the middle of a pedestrianised area which was not mentioned anywhere. If I had known I would not have booked it. At the end of a long drive alone on a very hot day I had enormous hassles just to find the hotel and then get to it with my luggage and then go back and park the car. The contact number on the Expedia booking in the app was no longer working so only found hotel thanks to helpful woman in a bar. When mentioned it to the receptionist at the hotel her tone made it sound like it was my fault. The room was dusty with a strange collection of mis matched furniture. \"Courtyard View\" - was a stretching a point with the description and the small balcony had 2 bed bases and 3 or so dirty mattresses propped up on it.

It's a very interesting place to stay. It immediately transports you to another era with all the old-fashioned design and the medieval-like structure. It provides as much as anyone would need. Easy access to restaurants, shops, bike rentals, and all the places in the old city. It was difficult to find though. The address is St. Francoise square , not to be confused with St.Francoise street which is in the new part of the city. It's next to a cathedral. The whole square is opposite the lake.

At check, the hotelier was confused by my arrival. Took a considerable length of time to find my booking, and several times suggested I didn't have a booking. Finally got there and arranged our keys, allowed us to leave our bikes in a back storage room which was helpful.

Room left a lot to be desired, with broken lamps and fridge (just remove if broken). And window did open to courtyard as advertised but to a tiled roof covered in pigeon excrement which lead to the neighbouring next building (approx 2 metres away). Was concerned a pigeon would enter the room when the window was open, simply by the sheer number of birds outside the window.

Charming character hotel in central Annecy

This hotel is an amazing maze-like place full of charm in the very centre of old Annecy. Indeed, access is via a door in the front of the picturesque Eglise St-François-de-Sales. Our room had wooden beams centuries old. Very friendly owner, who gave us a pass for free overnight parking nearby. We forgave the inadequate curtains!

A worst experience of lifetime!

So, this was the first time, I had such a bad experience on my stay.
1. There was no escalator / lift in the burung, I had back and knee pai. And hence requested the hotel to arrange a room on the ground floor, however he was reluctant enough and was not flexible.

2. The door of the room did not lock at the first instance and requested for help to guide us on the system and there was absolutely no support provided. Later youtube came to help!

3. I had booked the hotel including the breakfast and was told that we need to pay for the breakfast at the hotel. However, when asked, was told there is no breakfast... Really? The most pathetic response ever!!

4. There was no ventilator / fan in the room and it was warm. Not comfortable to sleep due to lack of ventilator.

5. The shower unit in the bathroom was not working properly and the water was almost just dripping. Wonder how are we expected to take bath in such a dripping water shower!!

6. The room was big but the walls look as if it's half painted and no maintenance. Honestly, I have never seen such a room / hotel. It felt like the extra room was co vertex into a guest room and sold to us.

7. The last but not the least, was not even given an invoice at the time of checkout. I handed over the key and was waiting for the invoice. But there was no check-in process and no check out process. Not sure what is finally charged to us.

Overall, the worst thing that can happen to a couple / anyone who visits a beautiful place.

Our only real problem with this hotel was finding it!!!! There should be some information about a) how to find it b)where you can park temporarily to drop off your stuff and c) where to park when you have done this. Apart from that it was in an absolute prime location in Annecy and the gentleman owner/manager was very helpful and spoke really good english. Turns out they also pay for your car parking at night in the Hotel de Ville Car park across the (very busy) road.

By far the worst hotel i’ve Ever stayed at. I’ve been trying to write a review since my trip but I’m just now getting to it and I can still recall how bad the service was. We paid for a non smokers room and the pillows and bed smelled 100% like cigarette. When we went to tell the front desk, he said the best he could offer was some cleaner pillows and air fresheners as if that would help. Then he had the audacity to Emphasize my religion in a negative way. They definitely had available rooms that they could have switched us to.it was a very small hotel and seemed to be locally owned which explains it all. It was to the extent where we tried looking for other hotels but none had any rooms available since this was in the summer. Would not recommend at all.

There was confusion with the booking process and the hotel had no details of our prepaid booking. However the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very basic but clean comfortable beds. The room was very hot and the toilet seat was totally broken. As it was 2 star and very cheap for its central Annecy position it was fine as a bed for a few hours , however would not recommend this hotel for a longer stay.

Old hotel located at one end of the old city.

Old hotel conveniently located to explore this charming old city. The manager spoke excellent English, but his assistants had a rather limited grasp. Our towels were replaced every day. Air conditioning not available in room. The hotel is located in a pedestrianised area and the nearest free parking is about 300 metres away.

Hmmm... Where to start?

Ok, we booked this pretty last minute and it did have some positives but for a couple of bikers arriving in Annecy for one night, this hotel was not for us.

Positives: it Is slap bang in the middle of the Old Town Annecy. good for getting about, shopping, drinking and a quick walk to the lake. We did manage to get a decent WIFI connection. We parked our bike in the nearby Town Hall car park over night and with the hotel's ticket this only cost €1.80. The hotel staff were very pleasant and we were able to leave our luggage in the reception area after check-out while we were out and about for no extra cost.

Negatives: it is slap bang in the middle of the Old Town (pedestrian area) Annecy. This was very inconvenient for us unpacking our luggage off the motorbike and it was extremely noisy at night. We had NO AIR~CONDITIONING and had to have the two windows open in our third floor room. We got to bed about midnight and were disturbed pretty much all night by drunken holiday makers, a feisty domestic brawl right outside the hotel, recycling trucks arriving early doors and delivery vans and guys doing the rounds keeping their engines on all morning.

Annecy 의 주요 지점을 아주 편안하게 즐길 수 있는 위치. 차량을 가져갔었는데, Hotel de ville (시청) 주차장에 무작정들어갔었고, 결국엔 그것이 최선의 선택인것을 알게 되었습니다. 4인 가족이 숙박을 하였고, 침대는 아주 넉넉. 시설은 약간 노후 하였지만, 비교적 잘 관리 되는 편이고, 무엇보다도 호텔 주인 아저씨가 너무 친절하고 상냥 하여서 기분이 좋았습니다

Bonjour nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 adultes dont un couple, nous avions besoin De plusieurs pièces séparés enfin de passer notre séjour convenablement. Lors de notre arrivé nous pensions avoir souscrit et payé un service!!!!
Finalement nous nous sommes retrouver a quatre dans une seule pièces d env 20m2 avec 4 lits qui ce chevauchée. Apres plusieurs relances et appel personne n a pu nous venir en aide.
Nous deconseillons fortement aux futur clients de ne pas faire appel a cette établissement sous risque d avoir de très mauvaise surprise.
A bon entendeur.

Au niveau propreté c'était moyen.
Au vue de la chaleur a l extérieur ( canicule), heureusement il y a une clim dans la chambre, le pire c'est que l on ne peut même pas en profiter, car la clim ne fait que faire disjoncté le tableau électrique, et si on ouvre les fenêtres, c'est de l air chaud qui rentre!! Même si la taxe de séjour m as été offerte, je suis mécontent de mon séjour !!

Fangen wir mit dem Positiven an: Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Das Bett war sauber.
Das wars dann aber auch. Der Rest ist einfach nur katastrophal.
Okay, das Hotel ist alt, was nicht so schlimm wäre.
Die Gänge und Treppen sind eng, was auch noch in Ordnung ginge bei so einem alten Haus.
Die Zimmer sind klein, meines sogar winzig. Auch das wäre noch zu verschmerzen...

ABER: Ein Zimmer zum \"Hinterhof\" bedeutet, man wohnt in einem Taubenschlag, wortwörtlich! Nur wenige Meter bis zu den Mauern der Kirche, alles vor dem Fenster voll mit Taubenkot. Steht das Fenster offen flattern die Tauben wild herum, Federn und aufgewirbelter Taubenkot fliegen zum Fenster herrein. Lüften bedeutet also Dreck.

Die Austtatung des Zimmers ist uralt und komplett abgewohnt. Das gilt für die Duschwanne mit den Spuren vergangener Jahrzehnte, das gilt für die Duscharmatur, das gilt für den (nicht angeschlossenen) kleinen Flachbildfernseher, dessen Kabel und Reciever lose herumbaumelten und das gilt für die Möbel.

Die Zimmerdecke ist mit Deckenplatten verkleidet gewesen, diese waren teilweise ausgebrochen, nicht bündig verlegt, so dass man in den Dreck darüber schauen konnte.

Die Lampe über dem Bett funktionierte nicht, beim Nachschauen fand sicb Dreck und ein alter Schokoriegel.

Die Tür zu meinem Zimmer klemmte und musste laut krachend zugezogen werden. Außerdem ist sie zu klein und danach kamen Stufen, die zu hoch sind. Also Stolpern oder Kopf anstoßen ...

Für 70 bis 100€ eine Frechheit!

Hôtel vieillot, en particulier l'accès qui ne donne pas envie d'entrer, une fois ce passage franchi l'intérieur nécessiterait un coup de jeune mais le ménage est satisfaisant. Cet hôtel a l'avantage d'être situé en plein cœur de la ville mais ce qui a entraîné, pour nous, un accès très difficile lors du weekend de pentecôte où les parkings étaient saturés. L’accueil est sympathique et le personnel serviable.
Je rajouterais que la photo de présentation sur votre site ne reflète pas du tout l'hotel lui même et peux fausser les attentes imaginées par les potentiels clients.

Hôtel vétuste.
L'entrée de l'hôtel est dégueulasse et dangereuse.
La vue de la chambre donne sur un mur et une toiture qui est très sale (excréments de pigeons) et des toiles d'araignées sur la fenêtre.
La photo de l'illustration sur l'annonce ne correspond pas du tout à réalité.
Il est étonnant que la mairie d'ANNECY et les services de secours incendie laisse cet hôtel ouvert !
Par contre la personne à l'accueil est sympa.
Je pense que ( HÔTELS.COMREWARDS ) ne contrôle pas les hôtels qu'il met sur son site.
Je ne ferais plus confiance à ce site !

Nous sommes très déçu du séjour, les photos de l'hôtel sont mensongère. Nous déconseillons cette hôtel car vraiment insalubre pour le prix et pour le nombre d'étoile. Vous trouverez en pièce jointe les photos de l'état de la chambre. Le seul bon point de l'hôtel est l'emplacement. Nous espérons avoir un dédommagement car cela nous a laissé un goût amer.

Un séjour romantique qui a fait tout oublier ou presque! La chambre était d’allure propre! Néanmoins les rideaux défraîchis, la poussière faite succinctement l’insonorisation n’est pas au top mais correcte…
Dommage cet établissement manque cruellement d’entretien mais la localisation idéale!
Le ménage fait à fond, l’entretien aussi… et vous aurez un lieu atypique!
Comme direz les professeurs: PEUT MIEUX FAIRE!

Eine sehr einfache Unterkunft

Das Hotel ist einfach und alt. Das ist grundsätzlich kein Problem, es war leider auch nicht sauber. Staub unter dem Bett und es riecht auch nicht sauber. Das Fenster musste zum öffnen und schließen fast aus den Angeln gehoben werden. Keine Klimaanlage nur ein ventilator. Eine leere minibar. Keine Ersatzrolle wc Papier im Zimmer. Möbel uralt. Sehr ringhörig. Wenn vor der Tür jemand spricht ist es als wenn er im zimmer wäre. Tür fällt nur ins schloss wenn mit viel Schwung zugeschlagen. Was nicht so lustig ist bei null Schalldämpfung. Die Umgebung ist zwar extrem zentral aber auch extrem laut. Was ohne Klimaanlage mit offenem Fenster in der nacht unerträglich wird. Marktleute machen ab 5 Uhr lärm vorm haus. Personal ist freundlich. Frühstücksraum in der Reception ist nicht sehr einladend.
Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Nur als Notlösung.

Notre chambre était très petite vieillotte et sans aucun charme, le lit double aurait dû être changé depuis de nombreuses années car c’est une torture de dormir dedans… Pas vraiment de service à disposition (un frigo vide et pas très propre) et une tv…

Horrible, matelas trop vieux, je sentais le sommier dans mon dos, interstices entre la plaque qui cache les dessous de la baignoire et le sol, impossible d ouvrir la fenêtre, joints manquants dans la douche. Seul + le lieu, petite compensation suite à ma réclamation et un écran plat fonctionnant. Photos à l appui. Mais trop lourd pour les publier

Hôtel de Savoie

Mon séjour a été correct, cependant il serait bon de mettre sans ascenseur dans le descriptif de l'hôtel plutôt que dans les conditions. Je n'avais pas de serviettes, je m'en suis apercu le lendemain matin. Chambre petite même pour 1 personne. Pas de possibilité de suspendre le pommeau de douche crochet cassé. Rien à dire sur les personnes .

Chambre très petite, douche bouchée, lavabo bouchée, la porte de la douche ne ferme pas complétement, pas de pression d'eau
1 seule serviette pour 2 personnes, 1 Goblet pour deux, trous dans les murs, la télévision ne capter que 2 chaînes

Hôtel avec très bon emplacement , très bien situé au centre du marché de Noël. Accueil et petits déjeuners bien , par contre hôtel vieillissant et malpropre, ménage dans la chambre pas fait et en très mauvais état.

En plein centre du vieux Annecy, zi vird du Lac.
Stationnement facile malgré le marché de Noël sur la olace devant l hôtel.
On a visité et déambuler dans Annecy à pieds, c était parfait.
L hôtel est calme, très propre et on est très bien accueilli.
Seul point négatif, il hôtel aurait besoin d un petit rafraîchissement mais c'est un avis propre à chacun

En voiture allez directement au parking de l'hôtel de Ville. Pas d'accès en voiture jusqu'à l'hôtel.
