I stayed in this room over the weekend and unfortunately my experience was not good. The cleanliness was very poor. When we checked the bed, there were stains and even lipstick smeared on the sheets and blankets, which clearly seemed to be left from the previous guest.
This was very unpleasant, because when you arrive at a place to stay you expect everything to be clean and ready for you to rest. The lack of hygiene in something as basic as the bedding raises serious concerns about the cleaning standards of this place.
I hope the management pays closer attention to these details, because cleanliness should be a top priority for any place that hosts guests.

😡Very disappointing stay. The Expedia listing says parking is $20 per day, but in reality it was $20 every single time you enter or exit the parking lot, regardless of how long you stay. When I asked the front desk about it, the staff member had a bad attitude and told me, “Well, I could just cancel your stay.”

Customer service overall was terrible. I asked room service if they had a charger I could purchase and they laughed and said no. The AC in the room did not work, the room itself was very outdated, and the parking garage smelled strongly like sewage, which was unbearable.

It also took over an hour for room service just to bring a bottle of wine. The front desk staff was extremely rude throughout the stay.

I do not recommend this hotel due to the poor service and misleading parking information.

El servicio al cliente fue muy malo. Pregunté al servicio a la habitación si tenían un cargador que pudiera comprar y se rieron y dijeron que no. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba, la habitación estaba muy vieja y desactualizada, y el estacionamiento olía fuertemente a drenaje, algo realmente insoportable.

Over my last three stays, the Executive rooms on the 31st floor feel noticeably outdated. The rooms are very basic, with small, uncomfortable beds, and lack the level of comfort and refinement you’d expect from an Executive category. What once felt like a higher-end hotel experience now feels closer to a budget motel. It’s especially disappointing because the lobby and pool area remain beautiful and well maintained, creating a stark contrast with the rooms themselves. Unfortunately, the Executive rooms are closer to a 2–3 star experience at best -some newer budget hotels feel more updated. I’ll likely continue staying at Quartz, which is disappointing, as I used to genuinely enjoy staying at the Grand.

I was on the 30th floor , enjoying the golf course view had booked the property for 3 nights .. the room looked a bit aged .. multi color curtains .. looked like the curtains were reused from different rooms .. but thought these were minor issues .. but the problems were about to start ..
A/c heater wasn’t working the first night .. had disabled the option to even increase the heater.. was too tired to call up reception in the middle of the night .. slept in cold .... the sink cold water tap wasn’t working .. the cordless phone would lose charge .. probably 20 years old .. can’t hold charge .. so all my complaining was constantly on the speaker phone .. I was offered another room the next day afternoon on the 22nd floor .. I should have checked out the room first .. packed my bags and once I got in .. realized the walk-in shower was gone .. got a dingy bath tub which was visibly not maintained and an old motel style shower stuck to it .. called the reception immediately to see if they had another room .. was offered another room on the 14th floor and the receptionist said that the room is missing carpets … I thought to myself to cut the losses and move back to the 30th floor room that I had before and requested the receptionist to refill the empty body wash .. had to call them multiple times to remind them to fix the heater and the body wash ..

Room was excellent. My advice is to dine at the lobby restaurant called Emma. The salad the maitra D recommended was amazing. I also got French Onion soup. It was the best I have ever had. The lobby bar was too much fun also. Great stay while getting my dentistry done!

The walls are too thin! I was on the 30th floor & could hear the traffic & the music from the nightclub. Also by the elevator which I heard going off all night long with foot traffic. We always get a king bed room & they are always located near the elevators for some odd reason. We dined at the cafe. Half my food was warm & half was cold. ??!! Makes me wonder if the plated it at different times & do t have a warmer. I didn’t complain bc I was hungry but it sucked. Other than that…this is a hotel we stay at every single time we visit TJ because of the security 100%! That’s #1 for us.
