I had to go up to the manger that was a the far end of the hotel at his desk to ask to be helped.

Requested one more and it never showed up. This is my 3rd time staying here in the past month. I will try another place for my overnight visits.

I had a great stay, made even better by the exceptional service from Manager Vigilio. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout my visit. Vigilio went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly and that any questions or requests were handled quickly and kindly. I had a great experience at Real Inn Tijuana! The service was friendly and attentive, and the bar is absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere is vibrant and stylish, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a night out. They offer an impressive selection of cocktails that are not only delicious but also very affordable—honestly some of the best prices I’ve seen!
One standout drink was the Margarita, which was perfectly balanced and refreshing. If you enjoy cocktails, you’ll love the variety and quality here.
That said, there were a couple of downsides: the shower floor in the bathroom looked brown and dirty, which was disappointing, and even though I requested two extra pillows, they never arrived.
Overall, the bar and drink experience really stood out and made my stay enjoyable. If you’re looking for a great spot to unwind with amazing cocktails, this is the place!
