Honestly, the staff were totally unhelpful. I am disabled and cannot carry my bags around for obvious reasons- the front desk refused to store them nor did they claim they had a storage room despite my stating I would extend my stay if my bags (with expensive medical devices) could be stored in another room- which I would literally use for a few hours. The apartment is awesome but the staff and ability/willingnesss for them to be helpful, especially someone with a disability, makes it unlikely I’ll return

It was a nice place. The directions and picture to get in is not correct and unmanned. Entry is actually on other side of building next to Boba shop. Internet didn't work, but TV still got internet. Door lock is confusing and ran out of battery. It was exceptionally clean. Very comfortable. What we did like is that once you leave the building, all that is around there is restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and tchokies sales. But don't miss out on Caesars restaurant and their caesar salad! We would stay here again.

Balcony view is amazing. Cleanliness and security is top notch. Only issue I had were the elevators. You are only allowed to use certain elevators so the key card did not work but security saw us having a hard time and informed us which elevators we were supposed to use.

I have stayed here several times and always had a good experience. You are in a great spot on Revolucion Avenue and walking distance to a lot of good restaurants, coffee shops, cigar lounges, bars and breweries. Blanca does a very good job of communicating and handling any problems that may arise. Very secure and well equipped! This has been a great place for me to book and will continue staying here for my Tijuana trips!

This was my second stay at this property. The first day was simply overnight, this time around it was a four day stay. I think that the property needs to have some modification for stays more than a day or two. Example the property has an espresso machine, only one pod for a four day stay? There are no cleaning products, such as paper towels, or a general purpose cleaner to wipe down counters and other items as they were used. The facility has a washer and dryer, but no products to utilize them finally after four days I became acutely aware at the quality, (or lack there of ) of the mattress. I think in order for me to have an extended stay at this location. I would need these things as well as washcloths and extra towels, or at least some way of washing and drying the towels provided. These are not complaints. Just merely suggestions as I found the property to be exceptional and the owners representative helpful and courteous. I highly recommend booking this facility bearing these things in mind.

The unit was nice and for the most part quiet. I really didn't hear any street noise and the noise I did hear was from people being a little loud in the wee hours of the morning either in the hallways or possibly coming from the balconies above the terrace area.

It is clean and in a nice area. Shower is either very cold or super hot, can't take proper shower. Our unit was missing hair dryer and I notify them right away but they never brought one to me. Bathroom vanity smells like sewer. Doesn't seem like it has P-trap and due to that unit smells very bad specially when the door is open ir fan is on.

Extremely loud traffic and music from 11a to 4a...
This area of Tijuana is like staying on the strip in Vegas - like on the actual street. The unit is directly above (one floor above street level) a very busy street that does not slow down until about 4a and then starts back up at about 11a when businesses open. Every business plays music out on the sidewalks, very loud motorcycles and cars with their music playing very loud is experienced in the apartment as if you were standing on the street. I had to leave and find another place to stay.
When I tried to process a refund for the end of my long trip, I gave a full day's notice that I would be leaving and the property manager said they could not help and kept sending me back to Hotels.com. Hotels.com said they reached out to the property and they denied a refund. I was disappointed at their unwillingness to help when I had 5 nights left on my reservation and their original cancellation policy was 24hrs notice. :( The bathroom also smells really bad - like sewage - and the shower is just as described in other reviews - even though the property manager told me it was fixed before I booked.
This might be a good option if you are just going to party and will be wasted when you come back to sleep. Despite the amenities, it is not conducive to managing or recovering from medical treatment.

This is in a very secure beautiful high rise condo/apartment building. Secure parking and nice amenities. Also very modern industrial decor. My wife and I come down to TJ every couple of months for weekend getaways. We’ve stayed at most of the hotels in centro (Revolucion) and after finding this building, I may just continue coming here. It’s centrally located to clubs, shopping, and restaurants. The host was very easy to work with and made a special accommodation for us. My only complaint is the apartments this host has only has one TV per apartment. We prefer to have one in the living room and bedroom. We had to move them back and forth. The same hist or at least company has multiple apartments in multiple buildings, and all hunky have one TV. I recommend this host, building, and apartment!!

1. Noise from clubs - used ear plugs to sleep.

Maybe its not their fault but it was a bigtime Inconvenience for me so I need to report it honestly. I booked a room over a week prior to showing up and when I did there was a self check in, nobody in the building was of any help, I drove 3 hours to get to this location for an event nearby. Opened the door to the loft and someones belongings were in there. I did not receive any notice until after trying to check in that there was an incident with the rental, I was able to get a hold of the person in charge for the booking 30 minutes to an hour after trying to check in and she told me that there was a plumbing issue with the unit but clearly I saw that somebody was staying there! i'm not sure what the real reason is behind me not being able to get that room but she tried to offer me a room that was way out of the way and it was definitely a downgrade. I requested a refund which she was nonresponsive and not available for three days after my request. I had to go to another hotel and book and I also had to wait for a refund. It was an inconvenience to me and I lost about three hours trying to relocate and contact her for a resolution. It was a very bad experience for me and it affected my weekend in a bad way. maybe this was a one time occurrence but that was my experience and it wasn't good.

For some reason we (security staff) could not find the parking spot for the room I was staying in but they were nice to allow me to park in another spot. Other than that, great place and amenities. Recommend bringing a couple extra of your own towel’s if you’re staying for more than 2 nights.

Probably the nicest place I’ve stayed at in downtown TJ. Close to everything. Very comfortable, spacious and clean. Just like in the only minor negative is that I had a hard time finding the front entrance. It’s on seventh Street not on Revo and it’s the last door of the building down that street. Everything was really good. I liked the look of the unit and how it was furnished. It was really convenient for what I was in Tijuana. I didn't get a chance to look at or try the amenities in the building. Lots of places within walking distance and only heard outside noise when I had the window open. I would definitely stay again.

The real advantage of this place is its location. It is a secure building right around the corner from Avenida Revolucion. If you want to go out and have a safe pied-a-terre easy walk from where you are, this is a great choice.
The apartment itself is very modern in feel, and has all the things you would expect. The building staff and security were very courteous and helpful.
Unfortunately, I can't give it 5, or even 4, stars overall, despite the general responsiveness of the manager, for the following reasons:
Hotels.com was unable to reach the rental agent to make changes. I was able to reach her using Whatsapp, but they can't.
There was a strong smell of sewer gas coming from the bathroom sink. I ran all the taps to make sure the waste traps were not dry, but that did not fix it.
The hot water kept shutting off and then restarting while showering. The Tankless heater kept resetting.
The nightstands need lamps.
Overall, a good place, although I have found the Quartz Hotel and Spa a better value and better run when in TJ. If you want to be centro, and a base for a party, this is probalby one of the best bets.

The room is very modern design and comfortable. Feel very secure. Some people said in their review about loud music from dance club across the street at night until 4 am, but it did not border me. The hotel provides earplugs on bedside table. The only downside is the shower. The temperature was not stable, very hot to very cold, up and down, up and down. The last day it was only cold.

Blanca fue un anfitrión increíble.
