El hotel está muy bonito pero la habitación que nos toco no tenía toallas llamé varias veces a recepción pidiéndolas y me decían ahorita mismos las llevamos tarde 5 horas pidiéndolas hasta que baje por ellas me entregaron dos, la habitación no tenía jabón ni shampoo en el baño avía gotas negras en el piso como si no hubieran trapeado y la habitación tenía mucho polvo en el piso y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba

My wife and I stay regularly at Wellintown. We appreciate how immaculately clean this hotel is. The staff is very nice and professional. We especially appreciate how nice and professional Guillermo, the manager, was to us. We checked in at about 1pm and the receptionist told us we must wait until 3pm. If there is a room ready.....they should check the guest in.....irregardless of the time. Guillermo got involved and got us into our room right away. We always like the top level restaurant/bar. Good food, drinks and a lot of space with comfortable chairs, tvs and pool tables. We will continue to stay at Wellintown.

Rooms were good size, and clean. Parking is very limited. Their parking lot was full when we arrived. There is a multi level public parking directly across the street if there’s no parking available on the street. They will ONLY issue you ONE room key. Half a block to El Centro, our room had street view, you would hear the music from the clubs at night.

Room was spacious and clean and the staff were so helpful and courteous. The hotel is in a central part of Tijuana, walking distance to good bars & restaurants. The hot tub water didn’t look very clear so we didn’t use it but it might have gotten cleaned during the day. Valet staff is very kind, bring peso/dollars to tip, they are worth it. Overall great stay!

My wife and I have stayed an Wellintown a number of times. The hotel is extremely clean. Very comfortable hotel. We love the upper patio level restaurant/bar. Great service, drinks and food. The hotel staff is very friendly except for one particular female receptionist. The receptionist that checked us in is not friendly at all. Does not smile. She acts like she does not like her job. The other female receptionist, however, that checked us out on our departure was very friendly and nice. All the other staff is very nice and friendly. We will continue to stay at Wellintown.
