Went to the hotel, found the sign and it seemed like it was closed or under construction, no amount of knocking or calling any number that I could find would help, just a Spanish message telling me to leave a message. There was construction tools and vehicles in the garage and no humans in sight. Very disappointed standing there with my wife and out luggage just to have to get a cab to another hotel and just pay front desk prices to get off the street.

The hotel was very unprofessional and careless. They dont have a reception desk and wont answer their calls from the number they provide after a certain time in the day. If you have any issues or concerns you are on your own, or maybe deal with the third-party hotel service and even then theyll have issues reaching them.

0%Recomendado, está horrible la limpieza de los cuartos, sábanas, colchas y el cuarto en general demasiado sucio, nose como pueden rentar algo así, aparte ninguna habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado, por lo tanto hace un calor horrible y no hay shampoo ni jabón para bañarse, ni siquiera jabón para las manos TERRIBLE NO SE HOSPEDEN AQUÍ jamás me volvería a hospedar en este lugar de mala muerte.

It was really nice! Altho my room didn't have hot water or soap of any kind. And they said they wouldn't be able to fix and bring the items at 8 am I left at 9 and use my own soap to take a cold shower and used the blankets to dry up. Other then that the lady is super nice and tentative. Just make sure to asked them to double check their amenities are stocked.

Having a kitchen and a refrigerator in the suite was a big plus as we were able to cook most meals without depending on restaurants or food delivery apps. Our only complaint was the very limited amount of kitchenware available (thus the 4 star rating).

The stove did not work they were supposed to fix it never came we had no toilet paper room wasn’t ready until 6pm and place was still dirty only on cooking spoon a spatula and no lid for the blender reached out and until now no response took me so long just to check in since I didn’t receive a code life entrance and room a lot of ppl were going through the same problem owner wouldn’t answer and they had a hard time honestly the place is ok but I don’t recommend it if you don’t want to stress it’s very stressful also there is no ac be prep for it to be hot

I booked it with my girlfriends... and our arrival was 2am, which we communicated to the host.. he or she gave us codes to the doors.. we get there, the code is wrong.. i text the host, call and call and no answer...in fact, they declined one of the calls. Some creepy guy comes up to ask asking how much the hotel charges... then he stayed at corner nearby..super sketch.. after almost an hour of being outside at 2am!!! We finally left. The host finally replied with correct code... no apology... didn’t acknowledge the fact that 4 girls had to be outside in a sketchy street in the middle of night.. getting a refund was a nightmare bc its non refundable...even though they were at fault. Smh .. i would be willing tonlose my money if expedia would ban them... this is completely unacceptable... i go to TJ often and never experienced such a horrible host

1) Getting back to this place is a cluster of confusion. It’s right at the border so google made us go thru the lanes going back to San Diego. We got lost and went in circles trying to get back, and several times having to drive tall the way to ask the Federales if we could make a U turn back into TJ.
2) I experienced bad communication with the host, needed clean towels and it took 2 days for them to reply back and get me towels.
3) sent pictures of damages to host and got no acknowledgment back from them. There was some sort of grease squirted on the ceiling, walls were dirty window being held shut with a piece of string.

My main issue was getting to the building, Google maps does not route you accurately - this should be optimized and improved for the guests to find the place easier.
Also, the pavement on the street is BAD, I would encourage the people in the street to go government and request to get it repaved.

Mi experiencia en TJ Border Suites Tijuana fue muy decepcionante. Reservé para tres personas y únicamente nos dejaron una toalla de baño. No había toallas adicionales ni siquiera toalla para secarse las manos.
Además, solo dejaron un rollo de papel higiénico, una botella de agua, un jabón y un shampoo, considerando que la reserva era por cinco días. Durante toda la estancia nadie se acercó a hacer limpieza: ni camarera ni personal del lugar.
Las cobijas y sábanas estaban percudidas, y los controles de la televisión se sentían sucios y pegajosos, como si nunca los hubieran limpiado.
Honestamente, ha sido el peor lugar que he reservado. No lo recomiendo.

Lo mejor de esta propiedad es su ubicación, pero solo eso, porque las instalaciones están en mal estado, las sábanas estaban sucias y llenas de tierra, no había aire acondicionado y el calor era insoportable, no te dejan insumos como shampoo y jabón, el host no contestó cuando le hicimos la observación de las sábanas y solicitando limpias.

La propiedad estaba sucia, las camas des-tendidas, las toallas usadas, había basura en las recamaras, pareciera que la habitación fue usada previa a nuestra llegada y no tuvo la limpieza requerida. Por otro lado a la hora de bañarnos se nos acabó el agua.

El lugar ya esta muy maltratado y el refri no funciona, hablando con la encargada menciona que lo revisarannpero leyendo otros comentarios parece que lleva tienpo asi.

No sabía que tenía que contactar al host con anticipación al llegar, tuvimos que ir a tomar un café para esperar que nos pasaran accesos, y el lugar descuidado, con un terrible olor a drenaje, con un par de almohadas miniatura y para el clima habría estado bien una cobija más gruesa.

Fui robada por la camarista en complicidad con la encargada del hotel. Se llevaron todas mis compras, aún cuando les pedí no entrar a mi cuarto, se llevaron todas mis cosas a esconder entre toallas sucia , ya todas mis cosas estaban empacadas en bolsas negras.

Pude recuperar algunas cosas bajo amenazas de llamar a la policía y por qué les arme un escándalo y todo los huéspedes se enteraron y por qué les mostré la fotos que tomé de todo lo que compré y dejé acomodado y también los mensajes que les mandé evidenciándolos,Nunca me había pasado que me robaran,

En general el lugar está decente en relación al precio. La habitación estaba limpia, sin embargo no contaba con agua caliente ni amenidades básicas como shampoo o jabón. Deberían considerar poner cobijas o calefacción ya que en la noche hacía mucho frío, la cama solo contaba con una sábana y un cobertor muy delgado. Los huéspedes vecinos muy ruidosos. Aunque el estacionamiento es sobre la calle, la colonia se siente segura puesto que está a un lado del cruce fronterizo y está bien vigilada.
