The hotel is very clean, updated, and well kept. I was received well by the staff upon arrival. I arrived well before check in time and they advised a room could be available to me right then for a small fee.

The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. I love the shower and sink located outside of the bathroom itself to allow someone to get ready or brush their teeth while bathroom is in use. I will be returning!

The front desk staff is friendly and the rooms are very nice. Nicer than what I was expecting actually. They give you two free bottles of water in your room. Just don’t forget to use the bottled water for brushing your teeth! I almost forgot!

Things that stood out: the lovely scent as you walk into the lobby and you're greated by friendly staff. There was a parking attendant who was sweet and helpful too. The room was clean, updated, and the bed was insanely comfy. This is the moat important part for me as sleep, especially after dental work, is so important. I thought the location was nice and quiet, but still close to things. I would stay here again and again.

Overall my stay was good. The hotel is modern and up to date. The location is near the boarder and is easily accessible. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance. The down side is there is no lobby bar, I would have liked to have a drink and it not be in my room.The room service and food was good. Staff was accommodating with great customer service.

As I stayed several nights i would have liked a small in-room fridge without having to move to another i believe pricier room. Great breakfast in hotel restaurant. NIce servers. Felt welcomed. Bathroom and sink areas could use hooks for towels and robe. Grab-bars needed in shower for safety. Also, must rememebr to fully close door to room whenever exited or entered otherwise door to room has tendency to remian open and unlocked.

We love this hotel! We stay here often as we travel to TJ for medical appts. The staff is always so friendly. They underground parking has an attendant 24/7. The breakfast at their in house restaurant is wonderful! Buffet style or you can order a la carte. The lobby is beautiful! A great place to unwind.

The hotel is located in a quiet area. Parking structure is gated and secured. They have someone checking cars in and out. So that gives you peace of mind. The hotel is beautiful as soon as you step in. Clean, stylish and very modern. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, you are welcomed with your name on the TV screen. I will say you can hear your neighbors opening and closing the door. Other than that it's a really nice hotel to stay at. I will be staying there again on my next trip.

The sheets were a bit rough, and the walls were so thin that I could hear the person in the room next to me. The towels also smelled unpleasant and felt rough.
On a positive note, the shower was nice and the water felt much softer and good pressure compared to other nearby hotels. However, this establishment doesn't seem geared toward English-speaking American guests, as everything-from signage to TV channels—was only in Spanish.
The buffet, though, was good.
Lucerna and the K Tower are very nice and geared towards English-speaking individuals

Close to where we had to goz but th construction and the smell was unbelievable. I almost threw up being outside. The sheets and everything you touch, buy, eat smells like sewage and very very bad air quality. When I Came back to LA, I couldn't stop going outside and just breathe normally. No I e talks about the quality of air and the smell in TJ. It's just WOW!
