Great quality-price ratio.

Excellent customer service from the get-go. Room was clean and spacious enough with some complimentary water bottles and drinks in the fridge. We had an issue with the water not draining out in the shower and the young receptionist came to try and fix it as their maintenance person is not on-site every day. Hotel is in a not-so-desirable neighbourhood but only a 10-minute walk from many popular restaurants and attractions. Great quality price ratio. Would definitely stay again!

The actual apartment was very nice and perfect for our requirements. I wasn’t too keen on the area, at night, and felt nervous. Communication beforehand was excellent. The gentleman at reception, on our first day, was cheerful and helpful. However, I couldn’t give full stars as, on our checkout day, the staff on duty were sour faced and lied about the closing time. I can understand they are concerned about individuals collecting their luggage but it could have been mentioned that, if we were not back in time, we can’t access our luggage (instead of a bare-faced lie).
I doubt I”ll stay here again. Yes, only for that reason.

The property itself is good. Customer service is good too, as it offers very detailed check-in user guide by WhatsApp. Moreover it provides free drinks in the fridge. What's not so good is the noise from the street -- the property should improve its sound insulation.

Are 5 night stay at Connect studio &apartments was fantastic! Easy check in, amazing junior suite with a great view over the city and some drinks and snack already there awaiting our arrival. Extremely friendly staff who messaged us to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay there again

The apartment was a perfect size for three of us (adult family). Although the area nearby wasn't so pretty, it was easily walkable (10-15 mins) into the lovely streets of Psyri where there were plenty of places for eating, and then onto central Athens. It was also only 5 minutes' walk from the metro, with easy access to the airport. Communication via Whatsapp and at reception was great. Thank you!

The property has a secure entry and presents well overall. I received good communication from them with details of how to get there and enter the room as I was arriving outside of reception hours, which was no issue.
Unfortunately, the shower drainage system had an issue where the water would leak out into the hallway carpet. I told the reception about this and they said it was part of the design and weren't bothered at all in saying anything else about it. This was unpleasant but we used a hand towel to try and block the water soaking the carpet during our stay.
The property is not fully soundproof as we could hear people talking in the room next to us, and traffic outside, but overall the noise pollution wasn't bad.
Everything else was in working order and room itself was well put together with good storage space and very comfortable bed.

-Convenient location, just a few minutes walk from Metaxourgeio metro stop
-Rooms are spacious and clean
-Kitchen is modern and well fitted with appliances and basic plates, utensils, etc.
- A/C units worked well
- Friendly employees at Reception

**Be aware before booking**
-Very small elevator in Lenorman 12 building: if you have a lot of luggage and/or a big group, it will take several trips to get to the upper floors.
-No blankets on beds: the beds only have thin sheets, no blankets. Apparently this is the hotel's policy during summer months but it is not communicated on their website.
-No lighting in stairwell: when returning to the hotel after dark, be careful as the stairwell is pitch black and dangerous. Might be difficult for families/elderly guests.
-No smoke detectors: we noticed this after seeing 2 building fires during our week in Athens. There are no smoke detectors, nor any fire escapes (that we could see) from the higher floor rooms.
-No complimentary cleaning: cleaning costs twenty five euros (this charge is communicated on a leaflet once you arrive into the room but not on the hotel's website or anywhere else where a customer would see it before booking).
-Limited towels: each guest is provided 1 hand and 1 bath towel only, as well as a shared bathmat. No washcloths. Must pay three euros for fresh towels.
- No 24/7 laundromat near the hotel: you must take the metro to Acropoli to find a 24/7 self-service laundry.

We had a deluxe double room with modern decor, sofa bed in a lounge area and a very large tv, balcony with a view of the Acropolis. The air con unit was easy to control and responsive. The reception was very responsive and helpful when our flight was delayed and when we had a minor issue which needed attention.
Not being a hotel, we did not have to worry about being disturbed by housekeeping. Complimentary bottles of water were provided in the mini fridge.

Although there was a kettle with some tea and coffee, this was not replenished so we had to buy our own when we ran out.

Without regular room cleaning, the property did become in need of a clean after 5 days, and we had to ask for the bin to be emptied.

But overall, the stay was very good and within a few minutes walk of the metro station and pick up point for day trips.

We would definitely recommend the property for a short stay.

We stayed for 4 nights. The apartment was renovated and very spacious. Need code to enter, so it is safe, Bus stop in front of the building. Subway 3 minutes walk. Close to central train station and many restaurants. The elevator is small and can only carry 2 persons.

A gem of a hotel!

Amazing little find. Apartment was huge, clean, cutlery, kettle provided (needed more coffee as 2 sachets between 2 of us over 4 days wasnt the best, however there’s a little stand that sells coffee a short walk away) and we had a great view of the Acropolis from our balcony. great communication from the owners. We needed a late check in (11pm) they sent us everything we needed via WhatsApp, easy to check in, easy to get room code and in constant communication all weekend. A short walk from where we needed to be (area is a bit rough but we encountered no issues and everyone was polite & friendly) but the metro is a 2 minute walk away if the 25 minute walk into the centre isn’t your thing. Theres also a tram trolley that stops right outside the hotel but we didn’t use this. Price was fantastic and worth staying here to avoid the high prices in the heart of Athens! The view alone is worth it.

Rooms were lovely and comfortable however even though we had a balcony could not be used as no furniture on there.
Check-in a nightmare for anyone who's not got what's app as everything has to be sent by that means. Number to get into apartment building and apartment plus other info.
Booked a 4 night stay no house keeping what so ever unless your stay is over 5 nights .
Good side just round the corner to metro and some amazing restaurants.

All staff were very courteous and communicated with us promptly when we needed help.
We'd only recommend to contact their administration in advance and ask them to turn the AC on before you get there. We arrived at 11:00pm and the apartment was very hot. It took the two AC units several hours to cool down the place...
Other than that everything was very nice.

Spent 4 nights! Clean, huge, 4 beds! washing machine, AC...hop on bus 1 min, 5 mins cab to Acropolis. Cheap taxi to Plaka/tourist shopping and restaurants. Or 12-15 mjn walk. 24 hour Bread factory bakery across street. Bathroom bigger than mine at home. Arrived at 2 a.m and had code to get in. Excellent communication before arrrived. Highly recommend, amazing for price we paid.

This is a great place to stay if you're on a budget, it's clean and comfortable, with a bus stop conveniently right outside the door. It's located in a convenient location, metro station within a short walk away, although the neighbourhood itself can be questionable. Bathroom is very large and comfortable, with towels and free toiletries, but no hair dryer (if this is what you need, you'll have to bring your own). Air conditioning in the room is great! Bed was very comfortable and eveb came with extra blanket and pillows. Room also came with complementary coffee, tea, and drinks. Overall, it's a great place to stay!

location is just 5 mins away from metro station. The reception is very nice and allow us to check in earlier. The place is very clean and big, exactly what was shown on the website. Only problem is the lift. It’s too small. Each time only fit 1 person with luggage. Most is 1 person with 2 luggage. Nonetheless, I’m satisfied with my stay.

Take everything into consideration before booking

Our stay at connect apartment was hard to define. On one hand, the service was great once we got there and the room was nice, modern,clean and quite large. The bed was comfy however the bed cover was too warm and there were no sheets besides said cover.
Tried to communicate via emails multiple times before the stay and got absolutely no reply, which caused unneeded stress.

The area of Metaxhoughio is also a mixed bag. It's in the middle of a gentrification process so the brand new and hip stores and restaurants can be right next door to disgusting old places and homeless people entrenched on the sidewalks.

The area is very noisy at all hours of the day or night, so if you are a light sleeper, do not come here.

The location is right next to a metro station, which makes it very practical if you want to explore Athens.

While Connect apartments is a nice value for the price, I would recommend splurging on something that is better located.

Marie at reception was very helpful and accommodating. She helped us with getting a sim in Greece and connecting us with a taxi in Athens. The room was spacious, well furnished and in a great location next to the train station. The beds and pillows were comfortable and allowed for a great sleep. highly recommend this place.

This is a great place to stay, location is perfect and the room is clean and comfortable.

The only problem we had was with the check in. We stayed here twice and the first time we had no response to my 3 emails about late check in instructions. Luckily we had my phone in service and called a few hours prior and got instructions. However we did not notice that the address on Expedia is for the office not the room location and there is similar lock boxes at the office so it all looks right. Thankfully the host answered their phone and was able to direct us to the right location down the street. Second time we had an email back from the host right away with directions and a link on google maps, if we had this to start it would be no issue.

All in all we would recommend this hotel and stay here again, the host was very friendly.

I had 2 different stay experiences in this hotel. The first: we stayed one night. Check in was good, friendly, accommodating. Everything was fine except the A/C unit. The drip hose was connected to a water bottle. We went to dinner and when we returned the bottle had overflowed and water was all over the floor and my daughter’s suitcase. It was after hours, office was closed, so we just cleaned it up, and monitored the bottle through the night. Had me a little worried about our next scheduled stay.
They were very accommodating, though! We had booked the weekend in Santorini and checked out of our room. However, we were checking back in upon return from Santorini. They graciously stored our luggage and had it in our room when we arrived after hours for our second stay. This was a huge relief to us and I was really grateful!

The room itself was really nice and we were provided with a view of the acropolis, free drinks, and a large room with two patios. The stay was overall nice. However the place is a bit confusing to find, and the room is even harder to find as it’s not exactly in the same building. Elevator is a bit old and spooky but an elevator none the less. There was tons of transportation near by, and if you stay here I recommend eating at Alexander the Great, the food was delicious and close to the hotel. :). Georgia was really sweet and funny and helped us check in efficiently and we were lucky enough to check in 2 hours early. Overall was a good experience

a nice hotel close to attractions

the hotel front has a sign for “connect phone”. we arrived by car. When I steped out of the car and looking for the checkin, a hotel staff showed up. she was very friendly and helpful. the room is big and clean. it has a fridge and a kettle. we got 2 litters of bottled water, a small bottle of wine as welcome gifts. it is close to acropolis and other attractions. there is a bakery 50 meters away.

Despite internet not working, the staff was super nice and responsive and tried to get us connected. But if the 4 of us, no one could ever connect.
The beds are very comfortable.
The room is super spacious.
The noise from the street is awful (large windows allows for brightness but also crazy noisy at night).
The area is a bit sketchy.

The apartment showed availability on Expedia Sat the last minute, so we booked. In reality, it wasn't available for all 5 days we booked it for.
So, he apartment asked us via Expedia to cancel (at no cost) and rebook for the days room was available.We trusted their word and rebooked it. This was a BIG mistake as we were charged for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice.
We spent hours on the phone with unhelpful Expedia agents (everyone had a different solution and excuse to not help) and with the apartment staff to get our refund. The apartment staff said they didn't THINK cancelling would be an issue, but iwas and in the end, it was our money so we were left to sort it out.
The apartment promised some compensation for the frustration, but reneged on it. They said, \"When you stay with us again, we will try and do something for you.\" They must be dreaming if they think we will ever return!
Lastly, on the final day of our stay, the power went out which shut heating down in the middle of the night. We were freezing as the temperature outside was 4-5C. We contacted the management by what'sapp (there is no on-site management at night) who took two hours to respond and then finally said, since you are checking out, we will fix the issue after you leave!
Overall, a horrible person experience.

Good hotel, but beware of pickpockets in Athens

The room and staff were very good and would recommend. The problem was elsewhere -- our pockets were picked, twice, in the metro/metro-elevator -- travel id's, wallets, credit cards, mobile, all stolen. Hindsight is 20/20, but I wish people have it in bold...it's semi-impossible to be not be targeted by a swarm of desperate and professional pickpockets in Athens if you are taking the metro, especially if you are traveling with a baby (or elderly). They shove the stroller to distract you and then do their job. We found lots of good advice on the internet after the incidents. This can completely ruin your vacation, so please take it seriously.

From the few items we could cover, Greece/Athens is a super nice place to visit, but we were completely traumatized by the incidents. We've traveled extensively in the US, plus Rome/Paris/Naples/Venice...so we're not quite newbies.

Other than this, yes, I'd recommend the hotel.

Comfortable bed and nice place to stay for 2 person. Very close to metro with only 3 min walking distance. The only down side is the safety at the nearest metro, my friend and I were being attacked by pick pockets for 3 times at different occasion, same station but they failed. Anyway, this is happening everywhere at Athens (not only at this station) so do take care of your belongings especially when you are carrying your baggage. Other than that, all good!

Spacious, clean, tidy, modern, fully equipped to detail, excellent location, good value for money.
The only issue is that I have had to request two times for the instructions to get in to the property. Finally, the staff have been quite helpful and polite.

it was great! spacious, balcony, close to the center and subway. With the noise of cars it would have been. a problem, if one evening I would not have wanted deeply!

We had a great time. Our room was fantastic except there was no light in the kitchen area. I know they are doing some upgrades so I suspect this is why. Comfy bed, great shower, coffee and tea supplied. Area looks iffy but had no problem. Great staff. Would totally recommend it.

Fantastic modern and large apartment, A+ location

This place exceeded our pretty high expectations. It was beyond perfect, great value for the price, excellent location just 2 minutes from the metro, walking distance to many attractions, the customer service was fabulous as well. Metro station is right next to it.
Being two stations away from Monstriaki square and three station from the centre of Athens (Sintagma square) makes it perfect for moving around.
Special thanks to Dana as she was very helpful, generous and professional.
There is a very nice/tasty and fair price restaurant 24x7 (Bread factory) just across the road.
