Clean place, easy check in/check out, good breakfast, fair price but could be cheaper. Close walk to touristy area but until you get there, lots of drug use nearby and feels sketchy at night. I’ve stayed here before years ago and they’ve added new cost saving measures that are a bit odd (reception controls the AC so have to go down for 50% of the changes to temp)

Room was like a little studio with a perfectly oranized space, everything you could need in a very compact room with a view on the main street while browsing on the computer. Also a little gym at the top really hard to find in these levels of hotel. Close to the metro station and omonia square. Last but not least, friendly staff, and breakfast included. Couldn't ask for a better place

Really liked our stay here for a weekend trip to Athens. Hotel room was clean and comfortable (although the outside bedroom windows could do with a wash). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money and would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice and clean hotel, the staff were really nice, the breakfast had a wide selection. The room was just really small, and did not have space between the twin beds. It was also really loud outside, even though we were on the 5th floor, we could hear all the cars and people speaking!

The hotel was in a great location for me only 15 mins walk from Syntagma square. I was concerned about the area and showed my concerns to the staff , but too be honest it was perfectly fine as the staff had told me, as in all cities just be careful and sensible.

It was short stay for us for a few hours. The room was nicely structured with a small kitchenette however the room was not very clean. We managed as we only had to stay for few hours however I would say it was a good deal for the price! The location of the hotel is about 20 mins walk to spots like syntagma square, plaka etc.

Close to a subway station and a 30 min walk from the acropolis however in a bad part of town with sketchy people roaming the streets. The window of our room was made from basically cardboard, could hear everything happening on the streets outside ; yelling from people under the influence, honking for hours without end. Some people tried to enter our room at midningt with banging and trying our door. Couldn’t sleep all night. The hotel is pretty nice and the staff is kind but really not worth the part of town it is situated in.

Hotel is located in a super central part of Athens. Metro is less then 10 minute walk, and the Plaka is also less then 20 mins walk. There is also a hop on hop off bus stop near the metro.
The area, like other reviews will mention, is a bit rough. It’s easy to navigate if you stick to the main streets. I wouldn’t recommend walking alone late into the night. We walked too and from the hotel in the evening and had no issues- it’s more just unsettling if you are not used to seeing such things.

A lovely little hotel in a great location. Rooms are modern and clean with superb facilities. But the best thing is staff. From Evengelos who checked me to the night manager and young lady who was at breakfast service. Truly wonderful people. Next time in Athens I will check this hotel first😊

2. The rooms were smaller than advertised with no kettle, no water no dishes as advertised. When we enquired hotel said they removed due fire hazard. Miss information.
3.The location had a lot of homeless persons and unsafe.

Either this is the same for the whole of Athens or just this area but there were always people on drugs in the streets making a mess and a scene with many areas smelling of wee and trash. The location in central Athens is perfect, just a short walk to the Omonia subway station, which connects you to everything. It's only one or two stops to the Acropolis, but you can walk there too. The hotel has a modern and appealing look. I was travelling solo, and my room was spacious enough. This hotel has very nice rooms and located near the metro. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The bathroom is big and has a rainfall shower. The breakfast is very good with bread, pancakes, spanakopita, eggs, cold cuts, cheese, nuts, dates, espresso etc. The rooms have well working and quiet are air conditioning which is important with summer hot temperatures.

Bathroom was a disaster - toilet was so small, wondering if it was made for kids. The shower wand leaked water. The toilet when flushed splashed water out. Cute hotel and great value in a super location. I would have given it 5 stars but there were a few things that didn’t work which need to be addressed. The shower head was broken, the blinds were a little broken, I asked several times for the instructions to the safe and they were never provided. If there was a little better maintenance this would be a gem for the price!!

The room was a large size with a little kitchenette, and even a seating area. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also a good size with a stand up shower and a lot of counter space.
A few considerations I would have found helpful knowing before staying, though not a big deal:
-Noise - the hotel faces a major street and there is A LOT of noise throughout the day. The walls are also pretty thin and you can hear people walking above you.
-Water pressure in the washroom was very strong. The sink and toilet would spray water everywhere.

-Toiletries provided are a shampoo/shower gel combo, no conditioner or body lotion.

I'm torn about this place. I feel as though it has so much potential, but the noise level was insane. The walls were paper thin, and there was a pretty sizable gap below the door, so any time a door was opened on my floor, it was so loud I thought it was my own door opening. It was listed as a room with a kitchenette, and my room did not have that. The bathroom door is glass and does not seal closed, so it was quite uncomfortable when I had a friend in my room. The shower and toilet both leaked and there were ants in my room.
However-the staff was very, very friendly and the bed was quite comfortable.
A note about the part of town- no, it is not the safest or cleanest part of Athens, however it is a major city, so these areas are to be expected. If you are aware when you are walking around (particularly at night) you should not have any issues. I did not feel unsafe at any time.
Overall, I would recommend this room only to heavy sleepers, and because of lack of bathroom privacy, to solo travelers.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! All the staff members I spoke with were super welcoming and kind. They were professional with communication before my stay (arranging an airport pick up) and every time I spoke to them during my stay. The room was spacious for a European hotel, the bed was comfy, and the hotel overall felt very modern- it was definitely good value for the price!! Before booking, I read a lot of negative reviews about the area. Yes, it is not the most beautiful area of Greece; however, if you have any street smarts, you’ll be totally fine in the area. I did not wonder around alone at night, but I felt entirely safe during the day. Just be aware of your surroundings! Also check out the bakery down the street (Attitcus?) - super delicious and cheap! I would definitely stay here again!

I loved the staff. They were all very helpful and friendly. The room was small but had most things I needed. I loved the fact there was a system for you to indicate if you were ready for the room to be cleaned or not so you didn't get woken up in the mornings by maids. You could also easily adjust the temperature of the room (either hotter or colder) and the A/C was incredibly quiet. The bathroom was nice and clean and came with nice toiletries. The hotel also had a safe in the room, a tv and blinds that could be raised or lowered by the touch of a button. I didn't use them by the hotel also had a downstairs café, a gym and a spa.
On the negative side there wasn't much room for storing clothes and only the apartments come with cooking equipment. The general rooms only come with a fridge and kettle. Also my shower leaked a little but I could just place the towel mat in the right place to prevent the water going far.
On the negative side there wasn't much room for storing clothes and only the apartments come with cooking equipment. The general rooms only come with a fridge and kettle. Also my shower leaked a little but I could just place the towel mat in the right place to prevent the water going far.

We just needed a hotel for a few hours because we had a long layover in Athens & this fit the bill - reasonable price, clean & comfortable.
The only issue is the area it's in is not the best. The immediate surroundings (main road) are fine but the side streets not so nice.

The location is good, closed to metro station. The room is small but it has many USB sockets. Its WiFi and air conditioning are good. Staff are helpful. But its room service is not very good. When we first checked in, we found obvious coffee mark in the cups. The shower room had water overflow problem. The 7th floor, on where complimentary coffee and water to be served throughout the day as claimed was actually not in operation.

First the area where the hotel is located is very bad, its full of homeless and refugees. When we reached our taxi driver was robbed.
Second it is very noisy, the windows are not double glazed so you will hear all the noise outside we could not sleep, the noise was all day all night.

The hotel looked as though it had recently been renovated and looks really nice inside. Front desk are super helpful and willing to assist with every question. You can also do hour own laundry for free. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Omonia station. It is also in a sketchy neighborhood though, meaning there are people hanging out in the park next to the hotel at all times and there is graffiti on the businesses. I just felt unsafe walking back at night, like I was going to get robbed. If you don’t mind being in a sketchy neighborhood and having to take a train everywhere, this is the hotel for you. unfortunately I don’t think I would stay there again.

Sadly we were sold Blue Line hop on/hop off tickets at reception. The Blue Line is the worst in Athens and possibly all Europe! Drivers were rude, left Acropolis transfer station as people were getting off another blue bus! Red and Grey lines 100m down the street are far better!

The location of the hotel is very nice, but it was not clean at all in the rooms. The fare is way too high for the service and quality provided. If I go back to Athens again, this hotel will not be my first option.
