This hotel has nothing, no coffee in room or in hotel. No ice. No hand towels no hair dryer. Has full refrigerator and 2 burner counter stove top but no kitchen supplies no paper towels no tissues. Hotel smells of weed. Only good thing was front desk young lady was very nice.

The front desk is not 24/7 staffed, which led to it taking over an hour and a half for the on call staff to get me checked in due to an evening arrival. And then a similar situation occurred during checkout where I had accidentally locked my keycard in my room. It took 2 hours for a staff member to finally assist me. This was at 745 in the morning as well, which is not an abnormal time to be doing check in/ check out.

Nice hotel. Definitely a long term friendly spot. It seems the longer you stay the better rate you get. Had an issue with the tv, when we first turned it on it was at max level-it was 10.40 pm, if took a few minutes to lower the volume due to a problem with the remote and in that short period of time someone contacted the front desk to make a noise complaint and someone knocked on our door. Price was good. Would have preferred a little closer to the city of Detroit, but the prices downtown were very high. It was close to the Ford museum which I would definitely recommend. We also played some Fowler, where you throw a football at bowling pins and the first person to knock them all down wins-it was a little drive to get there from the hotel, but I felt worth it. We saw a Tigers game, the stadium was nice. Used Spot Hero and got an underground garage spot near the stadium for $20.

This hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The air worked well in one room, but the other room had to be readjusted a few times. Shopping was close. We enjoyed our stay. Chelsea was great and was easy to talk to. Great atmosphere. Will stay again

I am requesting a refund from this stay, staff was never on site, housekeepers we’re lazy and never available. My girlfriend and i missed our flight home Monday because our room keys stopped working before we left Sunday afternoon @4:30 pm and front desk staff was already gone for the day even though the hours showed closing @6pm. We returned later that evening to get our keys fixed and nobody was there still then returned again @7am and nobody showed up until 12pm in the afternoon and then left immediately and closed the lobby window.

Very basic room with a kitchenette. No amenities like breakfast, etc. but the rate is very competitive and we like the location to visit our destinations in the Detroit area.
It would be nice to have a small coffee pot in the room.
We arrived while staff was at the desk. Note that front desk is only open for limited time.
When we arrived there was a problem with the first assigned room and we were glad that someone at the front desk fixed the issue. Not sure how this would have been handled if we were on the phone asking for help ?

Room was okay, everytime I come here they have terrible customer service. Or the just completely have the front closed with no one attending to the guests. They have an emergency phone in the lobby that just rings with no answer. If you book here just know that you might not have a room there also, they don’t reach out to customers to tell them they cancel their rooms before they get there, while still having rooms available online.. terrrrrrible customer service. Will never stay at another property of there’s.

Front desk staff were unavailable at any time outside of banker's hours. Signs at the front desk indicated they were available via phone, but often weren't. Even sometimes when they were supposed to be at the front desk, they weren't. I witness another customer raging at corporate headquarters over the phone because he couldn't check out. I simply stuffed by room card under the security shutter and walked out. Not my problem.

Booked this hotel for a last minute emergency. It was around 8pm, well after check in time. It accepted my booking and took the money from my account immediately. Upon arrival at the hotel, there was a sign on the door that read, \"we are booked for the night. I apologize for the inconvenience.\" There was no staff available to speak with. I tried calling the location and no one answered the phone. Let me add there were not a lot of cars in the parking lot. I tried getting a refund from Hotels.com and after several attempts of trying to contact the property, I was told a refund was not possible and the cancellation policy would apply. However, how was I supposed to follow the cancellation policy if I booked same day. As a result, I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company and was left scrambling to find a new hotel for the night with my two year old daughter. They should not have accepted the booking if they were full for the night.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I REPEAT — DO NOT STAY HERE.

This was genuinely one of the WORST hotel experiences my brother and I have ever had.

The problems started immediately when we arrived at 2:50 PM, only 10 minutes before check-in time. There was NO receptionist anywhere in sight. Just another couple sitting there who looked frustrated and had apparently already been waiting a long time themselves. We figured since we were slightly early it wouldn’t be a huge issue, so we sat and waited patiently.

By 3:20 PM there was STILL no receptionist. I finally asked the other couple if they had spoken to anyone, and they told us the receptionist said there were no rooms ready and she had gone to “get them ready.”

At around 3:40 PM the receptionist finally came back out — except SHE STILL DID NOT HAVE ANY ROOMS AVAILABLE.

Since my brother and I were in town for a concert, I asked if we could go grab food and come back later. She told us yes and said to come back after 4:20 PM. We even left our information with her so we could supposedly be prioritized for a room.

We returned around 4:45 PM to a HUGE line of people waiting for rooms. At this point I was getting nervous, but figured we’d at least have a room because we had already spoken to her earlier and left our information.

Nope.

We finally got to the desk around 5:20 PM and SHE STILL DID NOT HAVE A ROOM FOR US. She even admitted she had one room available but “didn’t want to choose” between us and two girls who had JUST arrived no

Arrived at 2:30 was told we cannot check in until 3. Told to go shopping or eat, left and returned at 3 to find a shut down reception and two people waiting. We were finally being checked in just to be told our room isn't ready yet! It was now 3:25 and weren't called back up until 3:35 where it took them another 10 mins to check us in. Reception had ZERO care in the world and told me to complain to Expedia. Never going there again!

Don’t even bother to stay here. Waited an hour to check in for a room. Once we got access to our room there were no towels in sight only 2 washcloths. The bathroom countertop had big water stains, which means that the countertop wasn’t even wiped down. Called the receptionist for towels, never got them. There was no soap to even wash my hands. Luckily, I bring my own toiletries. My bf called the front desk for towels in the AM before check out, no answer. My bf then went to the front desk to ask for towels, and no one was there. My bf seen a cleaning lady in the hallway and got towels from her.

My daughter and I checked in late after traveling for her two-day volleyball tournament, expecting a basic and functional hotel stay. Unfortunately, the condition of our room and lack of available staff made this one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

Upon arrival, our room did not have basic necessities that should be standard in any hotel room. There were no towels, no hand soap, and the bed was made with only sheets and no blanket or comforter.

I immediately went to the front desk to request towels and a blanket, only to find that the front desk had already been closed and locked for the night. A note stated that staff would not return until the following morning. Since no one was available to assist, I emailed the address provided for issues and concerns that same evening and have still not received a response.

As a result, we were unable to shower after my daughter had spent the entire day competing in her volleyball tournament, and we had to use blankets from my car in order to sleep.

I understand that not all hotels offer the same amenities, but towels, hand soap, and adequate bedding are basic necessities that guests should reasonably expect with any reservation. At a minimum, a hotel stay should provide the ability to shower and sleep comfortably, and this stay did not meet even those most basic expectations.

I made a reservation for a room with 2 beds, first room had 1 bed. First room was not cleaned ahead of our check in.
Second room had no soap or shampoo - when I went to the front desk to get soap, they said they \"were out of soap\" and provided shampoo which we had to use in our showers.
The front desk gave another guest a key to our room and they attempted to enter our room at about 1115PM.

I would like my money back.

Was given wrong room or should I say someone else's room as I walked in on them. Got a different room with no bedding and two washclothes. I mean giving someone a bed in a hotel with no blanket is like going to a coffee shop and only getting the cup. The place reeked of weed. People trash in the hallways. And no one there to help u with linens because you got to room after 10 o'clock. Terrible place!!!

It took over a hour to check in. Front desk stated the house keeping staff only cleaned enough rooms for what they expected vs what they had reservations for. Rooms didnt have any toiletries. Rooms had items from previous guest. Foul smell in the hallways. Front desk staff was rarely at the front desk. Oh and they double charged me for my stay!

Very dirty, bedsheets/comforters were stained. We called the 500 number and the night agent was very friendly and nice. We liked him a lot. But on Friday checking in we wanted towels but she didn’t have any they were in the dryer and we asked them to bring it up to the room. They didn’t. We couldn’t shower Friday. Friday we checked in we didn’t even have a comforter on the bed. For the price we paid it wasn’t worth it besides the location being a good place.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. We booked a 4-day stay for a family Easter trip and it was a disaster from the start.
Highlights of the nightmare:
No Room at Check-in: Despite a confirmed booking for two queen beds, we were told no rooms were available. We were forced into a filthy, single-bed room where my daughter had to sleep on a small, uncomfortable decorative couch.
Unsanitary Conditions: The floors were sticky from spills and the room wasn’t even stocked with basic toiletries like toilet paper.
The Runaround: We spent two days being told \"just a few more hours\" for our actual room. This lack of organization made us late for family holiday plans multiple times. We didn't get the correct room until our final night.
Management Dishonesty: The Manager, Chelsey, explicitly promised a two-night refund for the massive inconvenience. However, when I followed up, she pretended the conversation never happened and repeatedly hung up on me.
Verdict: Extremely unprofessional staff (except for Mike) and dishonest management. The hotel is poorly cleaned and they do not honor their commitments. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

This place is nice, I've been here for 3 week. It's not totally budget friendly but it clean, quiet and the staff are super professional. The signs says $420 and up, its more like $495 $500 and up a week. The amenities are on site, a few restaurants in the area as well. Nice place to stay, but if your looking for a more budget friendly, this is not the place for you. If your looking for a nice, quiet with convenience, it a nice place.

There is no staff. You check in at a kiosk, virtually. It took 45 mins to check in because the kiosk camera would not scan my card and then the interior doors were malfunctioning. The woman on the virtual screen made me 4 different key cards even though I explained the issue was not the card, but the door itself. No staff on site so I had to wait until a Door Dasher came to the hotel with a delivery. Thankfully I was able to access the interior hall and ultimately my room that way. The room directly across from mine had yellow caution tape across it and a busted out lock/handle covered with wood. My bedsheets were stained in several places and had a hole. No staff, so could not get a new set. 1 towel. No coffee pot. No bath mat. All of the outlets were non functional except the one for the tv so I had to dry/curl hair using tv reflection as a mirror. The whole place smelled like pot. Just a terrible experience start to finish.

I got in late around 12:30am so I wasn't able to check out the gym or anything. I was very shocked that they didn't have any staff on duty at night. They had a kiosk machine that you pressed a button to connect to someone. Most likely overseas. I understand they're trying to save money but this is taking away from American jobs!!! Room was clean & nice. The bed and pillows were AWFUL! The bed was so stiff. Pillows were so flat, they only give you two pillows. I woke up and my back was killing me. I couldn't wait to get home and put some heat on my back and take a Tylenol. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Walls are super thin. Can hear your neighbours talking and other noises through out the night. Do not bring your kids to this hotel.
Smells like weed everywhere.
When we arrived we had to check in using the kiosk which was very impersonal.
We didn’t have any towels in our room. Virtual assistant says to wait till morning, which was unreasonable as we have to check out the next day at 11 then we also found out that there are no overnight staff, front desk closes around 8 PM and reopen next day around 10 or 11 AM.
There was no tissue boxes.
Bathroom floor was dirty, had crumbs, hair on the floor. And hair in the bed. Sheet had some stains.
I would not recommend this one. Sorry.

Very, very unprofessional when I got there, the digital staff was more courteous than the actual staff. I walked in. No one came to the front counter at 3 PM after waiting a whole hour for someone was understandable but then I went to the and someone came immediately. I got my it was very disgusting room. I paid for it was supposed to have a sofa. This one did not then the lady came of being a liar and put us out the room with the police in front of my two children and I have a whole medical condition with my eyes. We only can see half in one eye

This has been the worst stay I’ve had since traveling for my work (last 6 years). There are no live humans working on site. I had to check in with a kiosk. Each night, I got in late due to work and each night, my key card stopped working. I had to get a new card….using the kiosk. So I was trapped in the “hotel” vestibule, each night….a single female in an unknown neighborhood with men looming in the parking lot. There are no amenities in the room (no hair dryer, to, hangers, not enough towels, etc.). The tv menu pages do not work. They were all linked to the “transportation page.” My “free” wifi did not work my 2nd night and I didn’t meet a work deadline because I could not connect. My room was never cleaned while I was there and I wonder if it was before. The filter in the bathroom is fuzzy, my bedspread had stains and there was a bag from a previous client under my bed. The hopping spider I had to kill was the highlight.
