Gallery host at checkin desk lied to me about early checkin $50 policy not written then she showed it on paper. I was told on the phone only room availability determined if I could get early checkin - nothing about a charge. The host waved me off multiple times while she checked people out etc., making me wait a half hour to checkin despite charging me for early checkin. Unclear shuttle time = I was told at the top of the hour when I called for airport pickup time but the shuttle was scheduled to leave the hotel then, arriving at airport 15 minutes later instead. The manager wasn't there and hasn't called me back to discuss. Maid staff in the hall was rude when I asked which way to the elevator. Room was fine but showerhead could've been better.

Everything was great but the pool is not HEATED, were from Florida and it was 60 my grandsons were disappointed they were unable to swim in a pool. That's one of the reasons we chose this suite, extra room double Q bed with extra sofa bed livingroom, breakfast included ( it was yummy)

The room was dirty. There was a booger stuck to the bedsheet. The other bed had crumbs when you pulled back the sheets. The bathroom had a clump of someone’s hair on the floor and the hallway by the door had fuzz and crumbs. It was not a clean room by any means. When I told the front desk staff..she offered me some free waters from the snack area. I even showed her the video of how dirty my room was. What a joke! I should’ve been refunded for my stay. Will never stay here again.

Floors, elevator, hallways were all so dirty. Luckily the room was ok, except our window shade was off track and I had to fix it in the middle of the night (it fell off its hinge). Staff were nice enough, but I can’t stress how dirty the floors and walls were.

Overall the stay was good, clean room, good breakfast, but you need to work on the shuttle service. I landed about 8:05pm, called in to get a shuttle and was told to wait an hour for the shuttle. I ended up calling uber. The uber driver told me he picks up a lot of your guests, because the shuttle service doesn't run after 5pm. If this is true, we should be told ahead of time. If I had waited an hour and still did not get a shuttle, I would have been upset. It worked out this time, but it would have been nice to actually use the shuttle service instead of calling uber.

Property was clean but noisy parking lot. People partying and drinking.
Our room had a single cockroach - wonder if there were more?

This was a very nice hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. It was also quiet and I got a good night's sleep. I needed an early ( like 4 am) shuttle to the airport and everything was arranged and went smoothly. I would definitely recommend to others and I would come again.

The reservation was in my name so they insisted on asking for a credit card in my name, they wouldn’t allow my husband who was right there next to me to use his card. Absurd. We travel a lot and this has never happened to us before.

When I got to the hotel and inquired about the airport shuttle, I was told I had to reserve a spot. Then I was informed the time I needed was full. There was no help offered beyond that, i.e. an UBER voucher. I was told to call earlier in the day of my stay - which would probably mean someone else would not get a ride. In short, I am very disappointed that I had to pay $35 for an UBER when the free airport shuttle was the main reason I booked the hotel.

The staff was not very helpful. I initially got a complementary water bottle when checking in, I stayed for 3 nights and requested a water bottle the staff said that I had to pay for it. I had a lot of issues because I requested clean sheets and they ignored my request. It took more that 5 visits to the lobby to resolve this matter. It was very frustrating to say the least.

Our stay was great. My sister and I stayed here fter a long drive south. Check in was easy. It was wonderful to have parking on site (for free). The lobby and room were clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was good with varied hot and cold items (both food and drink).

My only peeve (and it's a small one) is the room floor was a little sticky. Likely mopped with a cleaner and not rinsed. But, again, not a serious problem.

This hotel had excellent value in that they do not charge for overnight parking. This was the main reason I chose this hotel. It also featured a full buffet breakfast for no additional charge. The rooms are nice. My room did not have a microwave oven. The mini fridge didn’t keep my food cold so that was unfortunate. My only problem with my room was the bed. I had a room with 2 queen beds and both beds had zero support. For someone with back problems like me, it was difficult to sleep and I ended up moving to the couch that had better and more firm support than the beds. I’d stay here again if I could get a better mattress.

Handing over a card for incidentals was problematic. Since Hotels.com does not leave a space for a 2nd name on room booking, this property was very difficult to deal with when we wanted to use the 2nd occupant CC for incidentals. Since that 2nd occupant name was not on the reservation, this property was extremely difficult about accepting his CC. The original named occupant had a Chime card which the property would not accept. Both occupants were at the counter, but for some reason the property refused to accept the CC of the 2nd occupant citing they can't add 2nd occupant name to reservation since it was booked through Hotels.com. This was a much more difficult experience than it needed to be. When we asked to speak to a manager, the front desk person said there was no manager available WHICH IS NEVER TRUE. There is always someone either on site or available via phone. We are seasoned travelers and know this well. Her lie only made us more angry. Eventually a manager happened to appear at the front desk, but not because she was summoned at any point. It was happenstance, and that manager very easily solved the problem. I hope the original front desk person gets more training and learns better customer service. There is always a way to find a yes with customers, but this employee was dead set on sticking with a no.

Loved the hotel. The only issue was housekeeping. I asked for housekeeping on Monday 5.18.26 left early returned at 2 p.m. the room wasn't touched. Housekeeping came at 2:30 pm i asked to give me 10 minutes since i was charging to go to the pool. After 2 hours at the pool and returning to my room still no housekeeping.

The amenities at the hotel were nice and clean. But, the ice machine which is one per floor while convenient in many ways. You had to take a hike with a water bottle just to get to the ice machine. Hotels and motels might be better served if they had an ice machine by the elevators and one at the end of the halls. The restaurant bar was clean convenient. But, I had a Caesar salad that was almost as small as a happy meal. I recommend that they do better when it comes to portions.

The reservation process was quick and easy through Expedia. Considering is was making a same-day reservation, the price point was reasonable. Parking was a bit tight, but I finally found a spot for my full sized 4-door Ram pickup. Check-in was fast and efficient. My room was very clean. I truly enjoyed the layout. The room had everything I needed. I wasn't very close to the ice machine, but I needed to get in additional steps anyway. The only issue I had was locating the ironing board. The iron was in the small closet, but no board. I called the front desk who informed me that it was in the bathroom. Sure enough, on the bottom open shelf of the vanity. Okay, now I know. The breakfast was very tasty. I found it to be enjoyable. Plenty of room in the eating area. I also ate dinner at the bar the night of my stay. Fish and chips and I enjoyed that as well. The price was quite reasonable. So, overall I enjoyed a great stay here. I typically stay somewhere else in Sacramento, but I am going to rethink that. The Hyatt Place Sacramento impressed me.

This property was very nice and the only reason I am not giving it a better rating was because we needed to drop a rental car at the airport after check in and the shuttle runs on the hour. I told them I would be at terminal B for pick up after dropping the car in time for the 7 pm shuttle, which they confirmed and they asked for my phone number. The shuttle never came. When I called, I got an apology that something was wrong with the shuttle and it did not run and they forgot to call me. I had my 87 year old mother with me waiting outside for 40 minutes. We did get on the 8 pm shuttle which arrived around 8:25, getting us back to the property around 8:45. I wanted to e-mail the hotel when I got home, but I cannot find an e-mail address. I thought the whole incident was very unprofessional.

We chose Hyatt because it was close to the airport. We had an extremely early flight to catch. I hadn’t noticed on the list of amenities they offered shuttle service to the airport. The charge was only $15 per night which was reasonable. They dropped us at the airport door. We called when we landed and they picked us in a timely manner. We highly recommend and will stay again.

Not a real restaurant as they would like to make it seem. took about 30 minutes for a BLT and only a couple of people in the bar area.
As for the property and the room, it was just OK. Very noisy with it sounding like the people above us were going to come through the roof.
The pillows I don’t believe were cleaned as the smelled of woman’s perfume and the bed felt like it had sand or dirt in it.
We will not repeat.

The staff was fantastic, very helpful with everything. Having the shuttle service as well as an onsite restaurant opened until 10pm, makes the stay so much more pleasant. It removed the additional headache of calling for Uber and trying to figure out where to go for food, as there is nothing nearby. The room was very clean, shower pressure was excellent and the bed/pillows were so comfy.

Our plane was canceled because of weather and we missed our flight. I called the hotel eight hours before and said we are stuck in Chicago. Can I please cancel my hotel reservation. The staff person was snarky, rude and told me that I was going to be charged 100% even though there was no way for me to get to Sacramento as I was stuck in Chicago. I travel a fair amount and so does my family. I was appalled by how this was handled. hard pass on this Hotel.

I did not use the laundry service, and the airport shuttle had just left when we landed. I would definitely suggest that they have airport shuttles more often than once an hour. The room was nice and the facilities were cleaned, my biggest complaint would be the day shift staff were barely understandable.

I was left stranded at the airport for an hour. They state on their page that the shuttle runs every half hour, that is a LIE, it runs once an hour, at exactly the top of the hour. I called three minutes after 8pm and was told they could not pick me up until 9, because that is when the shuttle would run again. The checkin staff were rude and unhelpful, they tried to refuse my credit card until I got angry and insisted that they do so. The rooms are noisy, the walls are paper thin you can hear everything going on in the rooms around you. The property was just ok, definitely not like the Hyatt hotels I've stay in before. This stay left a bad taste in my mouth, to the point that I will make a point of not staying in a Hyatt owned property again.
