I got an attitude from the check-in employee as soon as I came into the room. And then I get up to my room after at 370 mile trip at almost 8:00 at night only to find that I have gotten the wrong room I attempted to talk to them and ask them why I have that room, but for some reason my phone wouldn't work inside the room. So I eventually got a hold of hotels.com, and told them and they told me that it was a glitch in their system and that there was nothing they could do about it I contacted motel 6 at the location and they told us that they had already reported it to the hotels.com people and they were waiting a month or so before they fixed the glitch. This was an absolutely horrific night. I'm disabled and I asked for an accessible room and was told that I would have one and then I got put on the third floor with double beds. And it was only me and my very service dog. Do yourself a huge favor, and don't stay here!

Elevator is all way round outside the back corner of the building, well out of sight of front office or any staff. Did not feel safe as women walking to access room. Kids screaming down hall early morning was unpleasant wake up. Room itself was fine. One bed covering had what looked like multiple cigarette burns & holes, for non smoking room & for policy that they say you’ll be charged for any stains on linens. Room was clean, water pressure & temp was good. Fine for one night where I stayed less than 10 hours.

This property seems to be home to many families. The numerous children play in the driveway in front of the several units they occupy. The screaming was constant from our arrival about 4 til about 8 pm. This sounds acceptable until the fact that travelers who’ve been on the road all day,and are PAYING for a room deserve peace and quiet not a playground below them. I wouldn’t stay here again plus, though a Motel 6 customer for years, am reconsidering staying at any of their properties.

I recently fell and got xrays on my ankle to verify no breaks or fractures due to the swelling the coloration. Thank goodness no breaks. We paid ahead of time for a single king room and i requested the ground floor because of my ankle and the boot i have to wear.
The girl at the front counter seemed to just hate her life and job. She acted like we were this HUGE inconvenient stop in her day. She then told us they have no more single king rooms. I just wanted to laydown and get some sleep before my red eye in the morning.
Room was clean and bed was confortable. The people upstairs sucked but not the hotels fault there. We get up at 2am to leave and ask for a recipt. New gal and this was also asking the world of her as she made comments about hownshe would try to get a recipt but no promises. LORD i get having a bad day but put it away for a few moments to help customers. I don't need any kind of crazy friendliness but a smile and have a good morning goes a LONG WAY.

I have stayed here several times and it has been consistently good. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are friendly, and you can't beat the price. Its also nice to have Ihop, Carl's Jr and Taco Bell all right net door.

The woman accused me of putting myweight in the washer door causing it to slide off the hinges and vraassh to the floor. I was in the room when the.front desk lady....sheds sounds.like.meg Tilly and the security guard told me everything was ok. Not my fault. 15 mins later she called.my room and told me I had to exit the property no refund. No returned deposit. I can tell my bank what's up or you can refund all my charges and .give me a credit to use at any other.motel or I can call the police.

I have stayed at numerous hotels in my life. This was easily, bar none, the worst stay I have ever had. First, the fire alarm malfunctioned, forcing everyone into the parking lot. That took about a half hour. Then, my room key would not work. They had unlock the room with the master key so I could not leave and go back in without the manager letting me in. That was a real hassle. I had already been on the road 15 hours with my son and all we wanted to do was sleep. We were not even offered another room. Finally, the shower barely had any pressure until I was finishing up and it magically went to full power. I mean, tge overall appearance was fine. But too many things went haywire. If given a choice, I would stay somewhere else in Sacramento if I am in town. Don't even get me started about the people staying on the next floor up that were having a party. Just a very negative experience all the way around.

The room was fine but there was only 2 small bars of soap. No shampoo or conditioner. No clear markings for the elevator or stairs. The air conditioner was not very strong. There was a coffee maker but no coffee? The woman who checked us in was very unfriendly and gave us no information about how to get to the room or where anything was.

The room was clean, with a fridge and microwave and TV, but no clock or shampoo. There is a little \"store\" in the lobby. The best thing was an IHOP was next door, so I could walk over for breakfast every day. There is free coffee in the morning in the lobby. There's a $20 fee to check in early, so I didn't. Because the price was so low I would stay there again.

When I arrived they said they had overbooked which was not good news having just drove over 7 hrs. So, I didnt have a room on the \"motel side\" but on the weekly rate side. It was pretty sketchy. I put as much furniture in front of the door as I could so I cpuld sleep. Not a family friendly place at all and I wont stay again!

Everything was great but on my checkout day the elevator was not working. Being as I am 64 & was on the third floor w) my 14 yr old dog. Well needless to say when I should've been rested after a stay at motel 6'Studio.I was exhausted from the 3 trips up/down 3flights of stairs,, I was also stressed out because the front desk said I had till noon and I would be charged another day,😱.. I wasn't charged but the pressure_ physical strain was not a good ending to a seemingly nice experience. Do what you will with my experience. I did really like the stay. I didn't want to leave. So that's my experience with you guys. I hope I didn't get charged a deposit _uf I did when will I get it back on my card.

Wow, so this hotel requires a $100 deposit to make sure you \"follow their rules\" which you will not get back for 5-7 days. For a family of 4 they gave us 2 towels and said \"we have to exchange the used ones for fresh towels\". We eventually got two more towels because that's simply unacceptable.

To start my trip off they gave me a different price than what was listed and tried to charge me close to $40 more than what’s posted (FRAUD) and then to round out the whole horrid experience… typically one doesn’t have enough time to really take in and look at a Motel 6 lobby but the racist front desk overly examining the gentleman in front of me form of payment did provide me this rare opportunity. . .
One doesn’t typically see LIVE BED BUGS in the lobby unless the place is SO HEAVILY INFESTED that you cannot escape it. I’d comment on the room but I didn’t have the opportunity but between the BED BUGS in the lobby and the RATS outside I can make a safe bet that the accommodations would have been equally disgusting.

Informed check in staff who was a male that our friend will be in room and we will be extending stay so if possible we would love for him to stay in same room since he is handicap. They said that was ok . On check out/ re up day we were called saying we needed to re up him, thats fine, they them refused to do so saying we violated a rule of having him there. They charge 100 for deposit when checking out they said they were keeping my deposit for damages to room when asked what they were they said that they found the lid to ice bucket under bed and their was a small black spot the size of a dime on sheets. They said sheets were ruined and they threw them in dumpsters I asked them to call the police they wouldn't. So I went to dumpster in which they told me sheets were in and they were not in there they also locked front door as soon as I walked out they are a rip off do not go there

We were told at checkout that housekeeping found stains on pillowcase and sheets, and we would be charged $20.00 against the $100 cash deposit. This was our first stay there. We did nothing but a simple sleepover. In contrast, we have stayed at another motel 6 in Sacramento 16 times in the past few months. No linen deductions. I was required to sign their receipt book for $100 even though we got only $80 back, so I added a \"-$20\" to my signature line.

Cleanest motel 6 I've ever seen. Front desk employee at time of check in was polite and friendly. The only downfall is that the place was really loud. Understandable it was a weekend and hotels can only control so much, but it was loud. Sirens, young guest partying, smoking outside the rooms and cars passing in the freeway. But still, it was the cleanest motel 6 I've stayed in, kudos to the cleaning staff.

Thr Jacuzzi was broken and really cloudy. Extremely early in the morning was a cacophony . We were near the maintenance cabinet and they started wheeling these really noisy trash barrels on what sounded like skateboards, but it was really some kind of weird dolly over the asphalt and cement. We had gaggles of people yelling and banging on things at all hours of the night. The people at the front desk were really good.
