The WI-FI is abysmal at this hotel. There is a lot of building work going on opposite the hotel. Another large apartment block or hotel is under construction. A lot of noise from 7-30am until 6pm.

Nice place

I was surprised by how spacious and nicely appointed the room was. The staff was great and the location was conveniently set back from the main beach road. I was happy with my stay and felt it was a good value. I would stay again. My only criticism is with regard to the scooter rental agency they use. Without going into details I would recommend using one of the many other options available within a short walk.

Great location and hotel for the price

Had a fantastic time in Lanta and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. With their help, we were able to rent a scooter for our stay on the island. Our room was clean and comfortable, and very well located to some great restaurants and a great spot to view the sunset.

Nice hotel across from the beach

I stay there for two nights Jan 12-14,2017. Check in was smoothly and staff are friendly. Special mention is Anee at the front desk is very helpful! Thanks. Room is comfortable and the king size bed is firm. It may be too firm for somebody. Lobby is open air and air conditioned. The ground keeping is nice! I will stay here again!

Hard bed, but great staff

My boyfriend and I got the superior room.

Pros: really nice staff, air conditioning <3 pool was really nice, close to some restuarants (favorite = kuau lung - 5 min walk) right beside a scooter place that you can rent scooters for 150 baht for 24 hours to drive around the island :) couple of english channels of the TV

Cons: hard bed/pillow, shower head needed cleaning and controller for shower was broken, hole by balcony door... so lots of little ants can get through - might just be our room that experienced this :(

Very enjoyable! Would recommend to friends.

The room was just as described, except for our surprise that we actually had an ocean view from our fourth floor balcony! Great location in Ko Lanta - just a bit tricky making it across the busy street (they should consider a pedestrian overpass). Tuk tuks always outside of the street for quick transport. It was very nice to be able to use the Andaman Lanta pool and have access to the ocean. Just a bit windy of the beach when we were there.

Should've Given Us Breakfast

Short stay - but the hotel was in a good location so we were able to make the most of it. It also had a really nice pool which was a big plus. The breakfast was disgusting and it ran out nearly 2 hours before the breakfast actually closed.

Good stay overall

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. 3mins away from the beach.

They could improve on the cleaniness of the bath tub, other things were fine. And my deluxe sea view room had no view other than the palm trees in front of the balcony.

But overall, very good value.

Fresh and quiet

Clean, big rooms with lots of space. New bathrooms. Small pool area. Calm and quiet. The beach is just 5-10 mins walk away. No wifi in the rooms, only in hotel lobby. Suitable if you're not spending much time at the hotel. If you're looking to spend time at the hotel I'd recommend a larger resort like Lanta Resort.

The hotel staf is extremely nice and to whatever it takes to make you feel at home. I spend three nights and have a great time. From airport transfers, day trip tours, breakfast, and the room itself, everything was at least good.

Awesome Location, Awesome Hotel Staff.

Pros:
-Great location! Near to Klong Dao, which was beautiful. Be sure to try Pad Thai Like across the street, it's the first food stall south of the Salad House restaurant, right next to the path to the beach. Best Thai food on the whole island at a bargain, run by a wonderful couple! (I've been in Thailand for 8 months, and it was some of the best curry I've had. Also, try the pineapple shake!)
-The rooms were clean, comfortable, and we somehow managed to get a wonderful sea view!
-The pool is wonderful.
-The hotel staff is top notch! They are so friendly and helpful. They even let me print my boarding pass in the office.
-This hotel rents motorbikes, and they don't hold your passport while you take the bike, which is almost unheard of in Thailand. Two thumbs up.

Cons:
-It would suck if we had gotten a room without a covered balcony, because it rained a bit during our stay.
-Breakfast was decent, but nothing to rave about.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Rooms were a good size and had a safety deposit in. Rooms were clean and provided a towel for the pool. Walking distance from the beach (5mins). Short tuk tuk ride away to restaurants. Would stay here again. Massive pool and nice pool area. Only down side was how many flies there were at breakfast

Our favourite hotel on this beach. There is a complementary breakfast served in the reception area until 11.30 AM (highly recommend the \"Chinese bread sticks/doughnuts\"). Only downside is all the Swedish people who leave their pool towels to \"reserve\" themselves sunbeds by the pool - for HOURS, resulting in irritation among guests.

Dåligt..

Rummen såg ut att vara i gott skick på bilderna men när man kom dit visade sig uppenbart att bilderna var tagna 10-15 år sedan och att hotellet brister i sitt underhåll. När vi förklarade vad vi tyckte till personalen blev vi skickade till ett annat systerhotell på andra sidan gatan där dem inte kunde hjälpa oss. Efter diskussion med chefen på Ananda valde vi att checka in på ett annat hotell i närheten och endast nyttja deras pool som var det enda som var bra.

Ett hotell med mycket apor på morgonen som springer på taken mm.

Jag hade ett fantastiskt fint och stort rum på fjärde våning med utsikt över pool! Nära till allt.

Om jag åker till Koh Lanta igen, så kommer jag garanterat boka in mig här i två veckor igen.

bon hotel

bon accueil, belle chambre grande et propre.
coffre fort un peu petit.
hotel calme , presque vide lors de ce sejour.
tres bon buffet de petit dejeuner compris mais devant etre pris dans le restaurant de l'hotel d'en face.
peut etre que c'est la basse saison ici , pourtant sur les autres iles autour c'est beaucoup plus animé.

Helt ok hotell

Inte jättebra och inte jättedåligt - det var ok helt enkelt!

Vi stannade 5 nätter och hade ett finare rum. Badrummet var jättefint. Bra wi-fi.

Vi hade kackerlackor i rummet som gav en unken doft mellanåt och vi sov med alla lampor tända samtliga nätter.

Frukosten är inget att hurra för.
Servicen är ok.

Svårt att specificera. Bodde bara fyra nätter, tre i ett rum och en natt i ett annat, och det var högst upp. Tre nätter på nedre botten. Samma typ av rum men utsikten är alltid ett plus. Minus och det är ett stort minus!!!! det var frukosten, det mesta fanns men det var smaklöst.

Huone siisti. Pyyhkeet kuluneita. Wifiä ei saatu kunnolla toimimaan vierailun aikana useista pyynnöistä huolimatta kun vastaanottoaulassa. Kiva uima-allas. Veden puhtaus hieman arvelutti. Alueella olevat apinat tulivat röyheästi altaalle ja huoneen parvekkeelle viemään tavaroita sekä ruokaa. Viereisen huoneet äänet kuuluivat selvästi ja häiritsevästi. Naapurin parvekkeelta näki suoraan huoneeseen. Huoneiden ovien lukot vanhaanaikaisia avaimella käännettäviä. Huoneesta hieno näköala. Keskustaan pääsi kätevästi 50 sivuvaunumopotaksilla.

Lugnt och bra hotell

Jättetrevlig personal, fint och rymligt rum med balkong. Frukosten var helt okej, likaså poolen. Det vi saknade lite var restaurang och bar på hotellet, en bar vid poolen med möjlighet att köpa lite snacks eller mat hade varit toppen. Hotellet ligger max 5 min från piren med tuktuk, stranden ligger rakt över gatan där det också finns många trevliga restauranger. På hotellet fanns det möjlighet att få hjälp med att hyra moppe vilket jag tycker borde göras en dag för att se mer av Koh lanta.

Ok hotelli lähellä rantaa.

Yövyimme tässä hotellissa kaksi yötä. Sijainti on ok, lähellä rantaa mutta ison tien toisella puolella. Vieressä myös 7 Eleven kauppa ja kadulla muutamia ravintoloita. Hotellin omassa ravintolassa emme syöneet kertaakaan.

Huoneemme turvalukko oli rikki ja lisäksi palovaroitin poistettu. Lisäksi reception on auki vain 11 asti illalla, mikä laski turvallisuuden tunnetta. Palvelu oli ihan hyvää, ei erityisten loistavaa.

Hyvä yöpyminen muutamaksi päiväksi, viikkoa en haluaisi kuitenkaan tässä yöpyä vaan mielummin rannan puolella olevissa hotelleissa.

Mukava edullinen hotelli

Mukava hotelli ja siistit huoneet. Hintatasoltaan edullinen ja sijainti aivan Klong Dao rannan lähellä. Allasalue mukava ja rauhallinen. Saimme käydä koko loman ajan aamiaisella rannalla n.250m päässä olevalla Andaman Lanta hotellilla ja sitä olikin kiva nauttia meren ääressä.... Ainoat miinukset että suihkusta vesi tulee huonolla paineella ja oma ravintola puuttuu hotellista... Kuitenkin jääkaappi löytyy huoneesta ja kauppa ihan vierestä.

Great 4 star hotel for relaxing

Exactly what I expected from a four star hotel on an island like this (expecting slightly lower standard than in a large city for example). Fairly clean. Extremely good air con (powered through this islands intense climate with no issues). Breakfast was decent and big but far from spectacular, some toast, fruit, yogurt, Asian warm food. Pool was not very clean but at least there was a pool side shower. Service is minimal, this is a place you come to to just stay at and relax. Book all other things, like bikes and tours, elsewhere. Good view of the ocean from balcony. The jungle is right at the back side of the hotel. The room door was not tight so some bugs got inside. Perfect location, far enough away from Saladan, close to both Klong Dao and Long Beach. There is a 7-11 right next door. Laundry service was great but expensive. Would stay again.

Værelset var i god stand og blev godt rengjort. Hvad angår morgenmaden og poolen kan jeg kun skrive at manglende hygiejne var gennemgående. Så slemt at vi til tider ikke gik i poolen. Morgenmaden blev prøvet den første morgen og denne gang blev også den sidste.

Perfekt!

Mycket prisvärt hotell med tanke på vad man får. Te, kaffe, vatten på rummet. Morgonrockar, poolbadlakan.

Frukostbuffén har \"allt\" man kan önska sig, äggröra, pannkakor, korv, rostat bröd, yoghurt, frukt m.m

Hotellet hjälper oxå till med bokningar av alla de slag (båtturer, taxi).

Ett minus dock: Klockan 10.45 ringer personal från receptionen och säger till oss: 'Ni vet väl att ni ska checka ut idag?!'

Givetvis vet vi att hotellet har utcheckning kl.11.00, vi var klara att gå ner 10.55 eftersom vi skulle bli upphämtade mellan 11.00-11.10 och körda till piren.
Om vederbörande gäster inte checkat ut när klockan är 11.15, då kan man ringa och kolla tycker jag, inte INNAN 11.00.

I övrigt ett mycket prisvärt och trevligt hotell nära till det mesta, stranden bara 3minuters promenad bort tvärsöver vägen. Personalen hjälpsamma och vänliga.

Väldigt fint hotell med fina rum och bra pool. Sängarna var hårda och wi-fi var väldigt dåligt. Personalen kunde dålig engelska, men man kunde få fram det man ville hyfsat. Men trots detta var vi väldigt nöjda och skulle utan tvekan boka där igen!

Bra mellanklass hotell

Ganska nytt mellanklass hotell, inredningen är enkel men allt känns nytt och frächt. Ligger en kort sträcka till stranden och longtailbåtarna. Finns pool men den är liten.

Det negativa är att det saknas hiss, pool området är litet och solstolarna är snabbt upptagna. Upplever även att det är ganska lyhört på hotellet, kanske beror på att vi hamnade i ett rum bredvid ett gäng festsugna engelska ungdomar.

Helt okej hotell!

Helt okej hotell! Bra pool och en kort bit till stranden. Ca 10 minuters promenad. Området är att rekommendera för de som vill ha lugn och ro. Många svenskar som bor och jobbar där, så det är lätt att hitta folk som kan ge tips och råd om det mesta. personalen på hotellet är också väldigt hjälpsamma.

Billigt och bra!

Bra hotell som hade stora och fräscha samt rena rum. Stor balkong som man kan koppla av på. Mycket bra pool med fin utsikt, samt många solstolar. Dock var det ingen bra frukost som var fattig med bara några toast. Dessutom upplevde vi att servicen inte var en höjdare, mer ett hotell där man skötte sig själv - typ som lägenheter.

Rauhallinen hotelli

Hotelli oli kaikin puolin perus siisti. Huonesiivous oli päivittäin, jolloin saimme uudet pyyhkeet sekä juomavettä. Lisämaksusta meille kuului aamiainen, joka oli hyvin suppea omaan makuuni. Aamupala myös tarjoiltiin eri rakennuksessa, joka sijaitsi n 300m päässä hotellistamme. Hotelli sijaitsi hyvällä paikalla lähellä rantaa sekä ruokapaikkoja. Hotellin uima-allas oli hyvän kokoinen ja aurinkotuoleja oli melko paljon. Allasalue sekä koko hotelli oli todella rauhallinen ja saimmekin olla altaalla aivan omalla porukalla kun muita hotellivieraita ei juurikaan näkynyt.
