The hotel is huge and is resting on an amazing land with lots of fruit trees and various flowers. It makes you feel like you are in paradise. I don’t usually prefer all inclusive resorts because of how crowded they feel and the quality of food is usually so so, but this place was pretty decent in terms of food and didnt feel crowded, likely due to its huge landmass.
The most outstanding part of the hotel experience is though is the staff. From reception to kitchen to housekeeping, the entire staff is so kind and helpful. I hope they get compensated fairly because they make the hotel what it is.

And being 20 mins from airport is an added bonus. Also Sarigerme is a great village with shops, bars and restaurants.

The gardens were stunning although the area outside the hotel was very much a building site with little to do.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The a la Carte restaurants were lovely but for me the main dining hall was so busy and had the brightest lights so felt like you were at school. The lunch area was nice and I felt the food was nicer there.

Amazing resort. Everywhere is so clean and the layout is perfect. Family room was spacious and lots of pools to choose from.
99% of sunbeds are \"reserved\" by 9.30am with some people not turning up until 11am/12pm so that wasn’t great. But is obviously more due to selfish human nature than the hotel itself.

Bring travel cups to fill up using the water and drinks machines. The bar will also serve your drinks in your travel cup.

There is an area next to reception where you can leave items that you no longer want. This is a good place to collect anything that you may have run out of as people leave suncream, toiletries, pool toys etc.

Entertainment and food was good and varied.

Suncream is expensive approx £40 for a normal Nivea factor 50 spray bottle. So bring lots with you!!

Taxi from/to airport was £20 each way. No need to book.
We only took £GBP with us as everyone accepts £

The only thing that this resort is lacking IMO is a beach bar. Other resorts we've been to we have enjoyed having a drink overlooking the beach in the evening but this is just a personal thing that we enjoy.

We stayed for 4nights with 2 kids in the standard room. The rooms are now dated and requires refurbishment specially the bathrooms. Overall, good facilities, food and staff. A la crate restaurants always busy and need to use the app. A lot facilities are chargeable such as tennis courts, indoor pool tables and bowling areas which could be inclusive. Simple things like an iron board are also chargeable which was a further let down.

It was as expected from the reviews I'd read. Amazing buffet, great staff and a well kept resort although the rooms slightly dated.
We travelled as a couple and it's very much a family with kids hotel.
The entertainment from the pool over the loud speaker could be heard from everywhere, unfortunately there wasn't a quiet spot and it seemed even louder down by the beach than the pool next to it. We weren't too bothered- thank goodness for headphones, but it would have been nice to have some child free pool area during the day.
Evening entertainment in the evening for the adults was good, even though we'd had an email saying not all activities were running due to it being end of season.
Weather was good, had a morning of it being overcast and a couple of evenings that were quite windy so need a hoody on to stay outside.
Staff really helpful and enjoyed a trip to the local town for a couple of drinks and some clothes shopping.

Rooms were big enough for 4 with partition doors Huge selection on delicious foods to suit even fussy eaters The grounds were immaculate well kept with lots of space to be away from the noise if it’s peace you need there are many pools some slides games arcade archery beach all on site the outside was stunning lots of stuff for kids & teens babies staff are friendly maids keep the place gleaming shops on site ny only negative is some of these shops rip you off big time so make sure you have toiletries suncream & lighters as it’s v expensive to buy in the shops but you don’t have much choice as local shops are 1 mile walk both ways down and up the mountain so this place provides everything apart from toothpaste shampoo & conditioner they just have a soap dispenser the entertainment every evening was a laugh I a was a solo traveller and I loved it next time I will bring my teens !

We had a generally good experience at this resort. The kids absolutely loved the pool and water slides, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The food was also good, definitely better than what we've encountered at similar resorts. The room was clean, and we enjoyed the variety of pools—there were about 5-6 in total—and the quiet, well-maintained sandy beach.However, our experience at the reception was disappointing. The staff member we dealt with at reception was grumpy and unfriendly, showing little interest in helping guests. We paid for a late check-out the evening before our departure, but when our flight got rescheduled to an earlier time the next morning, they refused to refund the fee. At the time of payment, there was no mention that it was non-refundable, which left a sour taste on an otherwise pleasant stay.In summary, it's a great place for families with kids, but the reception service could definitely use some improvement.

Food was typical all inclusive Buffett, restaurants you booked was nice and worth a visit. Hotel was spotless and activity’s for the kids and adults was great, more towards 12 and under, our 14 year olds was bored after 10.30/11 of ampitheatre wasn’t really anything else for kids, and this was orientated to under 12 years.
Staff was polite. Sunbed situation was worst iv experienced, management don’t challenge or do anything about it, people putting down towels early hours around 2am and not removing them, people leaving them there all day then impossible to get a sunbed with and if get odd one which is not together with your family no shade from 30 heat.
Wouldn’t come back, to far out, in middle of nowhere, nearest town is serigerme 10mins in taxi and nothing there, we bought snacks from the supermarket MGRIS, rather then hotel as hotel wants to charge £6 for two packets of crisps and £30 for a bottle of Hawaiian tropic oil (£5 back home)
Buy your inflatables at home like lilo etc as the shop wants to charge you £15-20 , they was £5 in the MGRIS.

As a family of 4 (incl 2 young kids), we really enjoyed our experience here. First, everywhere was exceptionally clean. Also, we were highly impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Food was amazing. Normally it is not wise to expect super-tasty food in open buffet, but everything was great. Mediterranean alacarte restaurant was (wow!) unbelievable. All of us enjoyed the slides in the pool. Sandy beach was only 2 mins walk. Evening entertainment wasn’t great but okay. Kids clubs were offering lots of different activities. And the place was only 20 mins of drive from Dalaman Airport. All in all, we absolutely enjoyed our time here.

14 hour “All Inclusive”, 10 hour “Bring your cash”

Was met with disappointment from the first night when the bar closed their “all inclusive” and started charging guests for all drinks after 12am (without pre-warning). The associated costs weren’t cheap either.

When raising the point via email, was met with the following response:-

“As we are not a Luxury 5* Plus All-Inclusive Resort, we do not offer 24 hour a day food and drink to our guests in resort”.

They highlight this fact in their terms and conditions in a very subtle way:-

“This property is all-inclusive. On-site food and beverages are included in the
Room price (some restrictions may apply).”

Basically, from 12am-10am; you better bring your wallet as your “All inclusive” booking; doesn’t apply.

Food was average, same stuff in the buffet every other night. A La Carte (Mediterranean) was mediocre- the options are slim and the food doesn’t resemble any Mediterranean restaurant I’ve ever eaten at before.

Rooms are dated- could do with some updating. Gardens are beautiful and smell great. A lot of empty space throughout the hotel that is just filled with random items such as an empty library.

The staff and the beach are the high points. Staff are very approachable and the beach was very quiet and clean. No bar or snacks nearby the beach though, have to venture back onto the resort for 5 minutes.

Many elements of this place didn’t hit the mark for us and for an advertised “all inclusive”, extremely underwhelming experience.

Bathrooms are dated and need a refurb. Food is almost the same everyday. Most dishes are not seasoned!
Pools are not heated so very cold in October! A la carte restaurants are poor quality food and service.
Cleaners don't mop the floor so you get brown bits on the floor from the dust.
Staff are friendly. Do your shopping in Sarigerme and not any other towns such as in Resort, Ortega or Dalaman

I truly recommend for family with kids. The swimming Pool, Night Attractions, Beach, Food were just perfect.
Actually you do not need to leave the hotel. They provide everything. There is a small village 5 minutes away by taxi where you can shop much cheaper than those at the hotel. If you wish to buy a float for your kids, I recommend Migors Jet Supermarket located at this small village near the hotel. 10 x cheaper

Great value for the money!! Fun & family friendly!

Our stay was amazing! The room was very spacious, we had 2 baby cribs they provided for free and we still had plenty of space left. We had a balcony with pool view. All of the drinks are included in the price which is amazing, because some cruises and resorts don’t include that. I fell in love with the mojitos and iced coffees. The buffet is massive!! Tons of food options and desserts. Everything from the resort to your room was spotless clean.

Customer service and staff was very friendly.

The only thing we would recommend is an updated bathroom. Our tub/shower and the tile was kind of old and outdated, didn’t go with the rest of the room.

Beautiful resort and very well kept. Food is great and very large selection. Just didnt like that everything is in pounds and not turkish lira so they rip you off left and right. The drinks were way watered down. And most thing that annoyed me was the house cleaning. They dont change your sheets or pillow covers at all unless you ask or youll be sleeping in the same sheets your whole stay. Over all cleaning of the room is 3/10 its only the beds that get done you wouldn't know that they cleaned your room unless you saw the beds done. The staff are not the nicest and your not felt welcome or greeted properly for a 4 star resort, no one says hello and they hardly smile! But the resort is very clean and beautiful and we enjoyed our stay!

Viele englischsprachige, aber für uns war es völlig ok. Leider konnte unser 5 jähriger Sohn nicht an der Kinderbetreuung teilnehmen ( trotz so wunderbarem Angebot), da keine Englisch Kenntnisse. Das war sehr schade.

Sanırım otellerin genel özelliği bu. Denizi genellikle dalgalı ve hemen derinleşiyor. Şezlonglar denize uzak konumlanmış. Yine de yüzme bilenler için sabah erken saatlerde keyifli olabilir. Çocuklar için pek uygun değil.
Aqua park da dahil çok sayıda havuz bulunuyor, 3 tane de çocuk havuzu saydım. Havuzlar gayet temiz. Derinlikleri 140cm. 2 çocuk havuzu 40 cm 1 çocuk havuzu da 0dan 85cm kadar kademeli.
Otelin misafirleri genelde turist. Etkinlikler duyurular genelde ingilizce. Akşam eğlence kısıtlı, olanları da dil bilmiyorsanız anlamıyorsunuz.

Bu yıl ikinci gidişim idi. 2023'ten buyana değişen hiçbir şey yok. Her şey aynı güzellikte. Tek kötü tarafı var. Lezzetler arasında ayrım yapamadığım için her seferinde kilo alıyorum. Mutfak gerek kahvaltıda ve gerekse akşam yemeklerinde harika. Çeşit, kalite ve lezzet rakipsiz. Bu otele ikinci gidişimiz 3 yaşındaki kızlarım ve hanım ile aile odasında kaldık havuzlara ve bar’a yakın olan bölgede oda verildi,konsept olarak biliyoruz ama gece saat 11:30’a kadar bar’daki eğlence grubunun avazı çıktığı kadar bağırması sesi ne kadar çıkıyorsa nedir be kardeşim senin en uzağında oturan insan 10 metre kime sesini duyurmaya çalışıyorsun ayrıca bas sesi resmen camları inletiyor sesten çocuklar uyanıp duruyor sonra tekrar geç saatlere kadar uyutmaya çalış 3 gece kaldık ve her gece aynı sorun,otele dinlenmeye gittik yorgun geri döndük,yemekleri güzel diyecek birşey yok ama içkinin en kalitesizi içilmiyor maalesef plastik bardakta verilen içkinin tadını daha kötü yapıyor,odalar temiz

Das Abendprogramm war sehr schlecht bzw gleich null. Generell ist Abends kaum was los in der anlage.der Strand ist sehr schön aber keine Möglichkeit etwas zu trinken zu holen sodass man wieder etwas zurück zur Anlage laufen musste um sich was zu holen. Am Strand gab es eigentlich auch nichts wie WC oder bar oder sonstige. Potenzial wird nicht ausgenutzt.

Oda temizliği uygun değil sürekli eksik malzame koyuluyor ama isteyince hemen getirildi. Restoranda yemekler gayet güzel çok fazla garson personel var her köşe başında desikodu yapmaktan misfirlere bakamıyorlar.

Keyifli bir tatil

Bir hafta konakladım. Şahane havuzlar, ferah ve geniş odalar, çok güzel çok çeşitli yemekler, güler yüzlü personel, çok geniş bir plaj… sorunsuz bir tatil. Animasyonlar ingilizce ancak animasyonla ilgim olmadığı için benim için bir sorun olmadı. Otel müşterileri ağırlıklı olarak yabancılar. Tüm personel işini güzel yapıyor ancak restoran kısmını ayrıca tebrik ederim çok başarılılar.

İlk girdiğimiz andan itibaren bütün personelin güleryüzlü olması ve saygıyla karşılaması takdire şayan.. Temizlik ise tek kelime ile Harika.. Tesisin Çevre düzenlemesi ve yüzlerce çeşit Çiçek sizi Botanik bahçesinde geziyormuş gibi hissettiriyor... Havuzların bol ve çeşitli olması inanılmaz derecede artı bir olay ve havuz güvenliğinin olması İSE çocuklu aileler için büyük avantaj.. Yemekler Kusursuz odalar temiz..Kediler bile bu düzende yerli yerinde duruyor yani kesinlikle yemek yediğiniz alanlarda yoklar, sanki birileri eğitmiş onları...Teşekkürler Holiday Village...

Tek günlük güzel bir deneyim

Genel deneyimimiz güzeldi.
Havuzlar...Deniz genelde dalgalı ama havuzların çeşitliliği kesinlikle denizi aratmıyor.
Yemekler...otel müşterilerinin yüzde doksan beşinin İngiliz olduğu göz önünde bulundurulunca onların damak zevkine hitab ettiği anlaşılır bir durum. Sonuçta çeşit çok yiyecek bir şeyler bulunuyor. Karnıyarık ya da mantı beklemek mantıklı değil.
Odalar...Sağolsun Resepsiyondaki Başak hanım havuz yakınındaki villalardan 5135 Bolu odayı verdi. Balkonun önünde havuz vardı. Yeşillikler içinde harika bir ortam. Çıkış günü sabah orada sakin bir ortamda vakit geçirdik, yüzdük. Oda geniş ve ferah ,çok kullanışlı. Dekorasyon güzel.
Çocuklar açısından...çocuklar için uygun bir otel. Fakat sadece çocuklara özel su kaydırağı olan bir havuz olsa iyi olurdu. Tek eksik bunu gördüm. Yetişkinlerle aynı yerde olmamalı çocuklar kaydıraklar anlamında.
Sonuç olarak gözümüz odamızda, Vakit geçirmeye zaman bulamadığımız balkon manzaramızda ve balkondan atlayış mesafesindeki havuzumuzda kaldı.

Nice hotel

During our stay, the fire alarm went off 3 times at night. They were told that some guests caused it, but still, we had to wake up and check each time, which was not pleasant. We also wanted to buy swimming lessons for our child, but it was required that the child speak English very well, which was disappointing. Most of the hotel guests were English tourists, and the evening shows and animations were only in English, very loud, and continued until midnight. It was even possible to hear the noise from the rooms, so it was not easy to rest. The animation team was a bit too loud and always in the foreground.

On the positive side, the cleaning was very good, the rooms were nicely designed, and the resort atmosphere with lots of greenery was wonderful. The food was very delicious, and the service staff were kind and sufficient in number. However, we did not like that ice cream was charged extra, even though this is an all-inclusive hotel. Since the kitchen was excellent and offered so much variety, we believe they could also include ice cream without extra charge.
