Large ants, sharp metal sticking up in the pull out, carpet coming up, tvs didn’t work, no place to hang your towels in the bathroom, vent cover coming off, rude children running up and down the hallways, shower not clean, blood (?) stained curtains, heavy drug activity both seen in the parking lot, and smelled in the hallways.

Everything was great except for breakfast. The breakfast was horrible the eggs where fake and not prepared properly. I got there at 7 am and nothing had been refilled milk was powder milk waffle maker wasn't working properly one side of the toaster didn't get hot. Fridge for yogurt didn't work

The hotel is in very poor condition; it smells bad, and the staff provides terrible service. On the day I checked in, the receptionist told me that since I was staying for only one night, I didn't need to pay a deposit. However, when I went up to the room, there was no electricity and there were holes in the walls. I went back downstairs immediately to report this and asked if I could get a refund for the room I had paid for. I made a few phone calls, and then I asked if they could assign me a different room. At that point, the receptionist became completely rude and told me that the new room required a $100 deposit. As for that new room—the water heater never, ever worked.

When I arrived the place looked clean and nice. When I went my room it was clean at the start till I started to notice roaches around the room and restroom. After a while I hung out in the lobby and pool area and noticed SEVERAL dozens of roaches. They were even in the bottom floor restroom as well. I had to ask several times for the staff to send someone to fix my light in the restroom. The light kept flickering and sometimes didn't turn on. They didnt fix the light for 2 days. Every staff member kept telling me different times of when breakfast started but never laid out when they said the food would be out. One day when I went down to the lobby breakfast was actually there and i went to get some cereal but the staff member that handled the food was really unprofessional, giving attitude telling me that breakfast was already over and arguing when i tried explaining the food is never out when they say it was. Half the outlets in my room also didn't work so i had to keep relocating the microwave to different outlets to be able to warm up some food. I didn't even stay there for my full reservation because of how bad the roaches and services was

checkin took forever. got into the room, there was water on the bathroom counter, the tv remote had no batteries, the towel set was not complete, there were notable holes in the floor under the dirty carpet, the couch in the room was torn, and bent in dramaticaly, the beds were sunk in, and old. the a/c did work good, but thats the only good thing i can say about the room and facility. the soap dispensers in the shower were empty, and no individual bottles in site.

Before we arrived at the hotel, they tried to cancel my reservation, stating my credit card was not declined when it wasn't; after calling them, they stated the hotel was full and they would not be able to honor our reservation and, after threatening them with legal action, they relented. When we arrived, the hotel was dirty (lobby had trash in the common areas and the carpet was old and dirty). The elevator also did not work and we had to haul our luggage up one flight of stairs. The side doors were not secured and there was trash all around the hotel's perimeter. Our room's furniture was damaged (the couch had a large hole in it and the floor was warped.) The 'breakfast' was sparse and disorganized and we skipped a few days because they kept running out of food. They rarely cleaned our room (housekeeping only showed up one day after 6pm to clean our room). This was the worst experience we have ever had, including our trips to the Middle East) and we will never stay here again.

Tried to get us to stay in a room with a broken lock the first night, then put us in a room with broken heavily stained couch that would not pull out into a bed. Heavy bad odors throughout the hotel, elevator did not work. Lights in workout room do not work. Breakfast was only waffles, no proteins. Dirty carpets throughout, has people living long term on property with animals.

Room was clean. However, the shower was very cold. And they did not give me towels as I requested. Their pool stunk really bad and staff was rude. Only one of the individuals that works there was very nice and I can’t remember her name at the time but all the other staff members were very rude and inconsiderate and treated me and my daughters like we were an inconvenience whenever we needed new towels or soap and shampoo. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Blood on the sheets, bloody clothes in the parking lot as well as a huge pile of poop in the parking lot. The light switch in the room has been burning for awhile apparently. It was not good at all. We ended up leaving shortly after checking in. No refund, they offered to change rooms after saying they had no other rooms available.

Cleanliness, everyone was pleasant, breakfast was nice and the pool and gym were why I went here in the 1st place but I didn't go in the pool because they had a camera. I didn't want to be watched the entire time I was swimming everyone in the lobby could see too. The bonus was on Sunday they had a church service in the conference room. I really enjoyed that and I was able to get good rest hardly any noises. Very peaceful 😁

It’s one of those things that just happened. It’s not their fault. The first night everything was fine check-in was great. But the following morning the alarm went off because of a fire now it was a small fire electrical or something. I’m not really sure and everything was taken care of just fine. I’ve made sure that I could either stay or I could go and I was able to stay, however… later that evening, the alarm started going off again for no reason I started down the hallway with my son twice this got very irritating because there was nothing wrong.

Everything was fine except for that other than the stay was OK, but that really bothered me that the alarm went off two or three more times and there was nothing wrong

Room was not fully cleaned. Someone’s shoes were left on the side of the bed, the pull out couch had a dirty towel left in there so we decided not to use. 1 out of 2 of the beds were broken felt like we were going to tip over if it was uneven. Curtains had a huge black stain on them. The phone chargers seemed to have over heated/hot to the touch, thinking maybe they were old so I threw one away because it wasn’t charging my phone anymore and to top off we got woken up by the fire alarm at 7am getting rushed to leave the building finding out after that someone’s iPad had caught fire. So something electrical could be going on….Considering the price I guess you can say we got what we paid for but definitely not staying again.

We did not like this hotel, because it is pretty much run down hotel, this hotel has too many marjuna smokers in hall way. elevator has several patches

Our room Couch is dirty, room has vinyl flooring, flooring was so sticky, room has several holes made by previous frame hanging nails.

During morning break fast time, this hotel was conducting passport renewal for Bagladesh. There were more than 100 + people in the lobby. Actually there was no room sit down for breakfast.

Sorry to say this, I would never stay again here

The first suite the pull out bed was broken so I moved to a new one and it was broken as well. The furniture was dirty. The couches looked like they had been pulled out of a dumpster, the hallways were so dirty, the elevator had me scared to even use it, it smelled horribly of smoke and weed. It was me, my husband, and 3 children. We didn’t feel safe so we checked out after being there less than 30 minutes.

I checked in for three nights, so I made sure these weren't just single day issues before posting my review. The showers do not get hot, the fridge didn't work, I paid for a \"suite\" with a blow dryer that it didn't have, plus the pillows are not supportive at all. The breakfast options were scrambled eggs or waffle. That is it. To top off all of these issues, I also saw multiple roaches during each day of my stay. I burned my clothing and writing this entire chain of hotels off my list to potentially use. Please refrain from staying here because even at the prices you'll likely leave severely disappointed.

BEWARE: This place is awful! A kid was kidnapped in the parking lot and dozens of cops are there daily for many reasons. Lots of druggies and sketchy people. Hotel says no smoking but you can smell cigarettes, weed, and other sorts of burning all day, all night throughout the halls. Not a safe area for anyone with kids. Breakfast is a joke. The white guy working the breakfast line every day dumps too much water in the waffle mix that it's literally inedible. Bananas are old and rotten. Eggs are gross. If you're good with eating yogurt and coffee every morning for breakfast, that's about the only safe thing you'll get. The good stuff he hoards so that he can take it home. At 9:30 every morning he's loading his van with what you could have had for breakfast. There is only one staff member who is respectful and has common sense, it's the skinny Indian girl, she's wonderful. The rest of the staff, good luck communicating with. The floors are falling in throughout the entire hotel and they just ran cheap carpet over it to cover it up but you can feel the foundation crumbling and when you walk the halls, it sounds like bigfoot is coming. We moved rooms twice. First time my toddlers were running around the room being kids while I was remotely working and a big buff angry dude came banging on my door threatening me. Staff did nothing. There's dog poop EVERYWHERE, nobody cleans. Roach infestation that will make you question your entire existence. RUN!! Stay in your car if you have to!

DON'T DO IT. If you are traveling as single women, Do Not Stay Here. 1st off the photos they use are NOT a current representation of the condition this hotel is in as of this review. When you walk in the front desk is totally covered off by plexi glass. The smell of musk is undeniable. Water stains are visible on the ceiling of the lobby. The elevator was broken and we had to take the stairs. As we walked into room 224, the musty smell hit first. Then 1/2 the lights wouldn't turn on. I went to lock and door and the door lock was MISSING. I pulled the blankets back and a BIG GREEN BOOGER was on the sheets. I tried to call the front desk and the phone gave me the Disconnected Beep. So i walked down stairs, told the front desk guy and he assigned us to room 211. This room smelled clean, but was in worse shape than the first. Giant hole in the wall, missing lamp shades, a torn and stained sofa and a kitchenette that was falling apart. Not only was this place a wreck, but I did not feel safe. As we walked back out, we noticed the numerous holes in the other doors, the walls, the dirty carpet and old fixtures. We were given a full refund we moved down the street to the Marriott. I have photos to post to show the rooms I was given.
Orbitz needs to vet the photos being used by these properties.

The breakfast menu was fresh but very limited options. Eggs, cereal and waffles. We didn’t get to experience the pool since we were only in hotel to basically shower and sleep. When we checked in lady at the desk was very nice and helpful with our check in. The room was clean upon checking in. Hallways and basically whole hotel reek of marijuana and cigarettes. The last night we stayed there woke up to use restroom to find cockroaches in sinks and on floor in restroom. Also found couple on wall/carpet separating beds from couch. The price was very cheap. You do get what you pay for. It was a last minute trip but next time I will just pay the extra money to not have to stay there again.

One work was great the man day of check in was so rude. TV volume was stuck wouldn't go down at all. Had a room with separate area to sleep but door didn't close it hit the bed. Metal sticking out from under bed. Couch bed looked like a toco when pulled out un useable. No drains in the tub or sink. Asks for pillows and bedding for the couch bed got one comforter and one pillow. Finally get moved the next morning after so many issues get all settled in with grandkids and the ac don't work they changed it out with one from another room. This room was infested with roaches... cut stay by three days and went home

The sofa bed was overused and my blanket I thankfully had in my car was thicker than the “thin mattress”. Very uncomfortable!

Room was pretty outdated but that wasn’t an issue for us. Elevator was a bit sketchy, it took the doors at least a minute every time to close and there was no inspection certificate on it. Breakfast was cereal, a few slices of bread, waffles and eggs. When we got down there there was no eggs and no staff around to fill it. There was no coffee. Granted we did go down for breakfast around 8, but breakfast on the weekends is from 6/7a to 10am so I feel like there still should’ve been items. Pool looked nice and many people were utilizing it, we didn’t ourselves. Felt safe and comfortable in our room regardless of everything else. I wouldn’t call it a “quality” suites though, more of “budget suites”

Arrived at 2:53pm check in was at 3pm and was told by front desk they were about to do shift change so I would need to wait 15-20min. That would be after my 3pm check in that so unprofessional why have me waiting. Front desk was speaking in Spanish thinking I didn’t know what they were saying and they were talking bad about people. Housekeeping cleaned up the room but did not put fresh towels when I got back I had to go downstairs to get fresh ones. There’s signs that says that property is 100% smoke free and people smoking outside and inside in the hallways. Stayed on 3rd floor and the entire floor smelled of weed. First and last time me and my family will stay at this hotel.

How the staff works in these conditions is unbelievable. The entire bldg & room smells like a mix of Ajax and weed. Old decapitated furniture in the halls, parking lot, and the room. As far as the tables that were still in good condition, they were fine. Elevator is out of order. Trash in the parking lot. I hope this bldg can be fixed and cleaned up considering the great location.

Get to the room old everything looks nothing like pictures online molded ceilings jacuzzi outdated mold around it as well bathroom had no light fixtures in it water pressure low on shower went to change out dirty towels for fresh towels they acted as if we wanted to steal the towels when we are literally bringing you all the towels that were in the room me and my husband stayed here and was only given 1 bath towel & 1 face towel like tf it’s 2 of us in the room the hotel is horrible hotel smells like mold & wetness do not waste your time booking here dogs were all over the hotel barking at guests etc straight bull will never use 3rd party booking ever again we tryed booking other hotels they were sold out I was so ready to get the hell away from this property traveling from Tennessee & this the welcome we get a horrible stay oh last but not least roaches & housekeepers seem as if they were not happy working here with the attitudes that were giving for asking for fresh towels & trash bags 😡😡 never stay at this property you will be disappointed trust

This place is terrible! Don't stay here! I have stayed in some pretty bad motels but never none as bad as this one! They have roaches badly! The rooms are nasty! The weed smell is so strong it burns your nostrils as soon as you walk through the front store! There's people strung out on drugs walking around all hours causing all kinds of noise and rukus in the hallways! There's prostitution going on everytime you walk in or out of the facility! The police are always up there for something and it gets no better! I booked through Expedia and as soon as getting there I asked for a refund and to leave and they told me I had to take it up with Expedia! Then when Expedia tried contacting the facility they wouldn't answer the call! This place needs to be shut down!

When I got there the tv didn't work and the windows didn't lock. It was roaches and the room the floor was wet the elevator you had to wait 5 mins before the door closed. The carpet was dirty the breakfast the didn't have any breakfast meat the tub was peeling it need more work and friendly staff

So everyone there was very nice the room was okay I mean the bed was comfortable but the cleanliness of it was not the greatest I saw a couple cockroaches but other than that I was okay there honestly I would probably go somewhere else but if it's your last Choice definitely it's comfortable

Tv didn’t work, couch pull out was a disgusting mess of a “mattress”. It was basically a curtain stuffed with a mattress topper and a thin one at that. The lobby and hallway reeked of “that drug”. Elevator was broken. Rooms are old and outdated which usually is ok but these were gross. Sink cracked, shower stained and gross, toilet broken. Just really needs some love. My back is not feeling it today after the pull out couch. And the lack of tv made me bored to tears. Just don’t. Then, the herd of elephants showed up around midnight, stomping until 3 am so loudly the walls were vibrating. Shower leaked constantly. And woah what about that surprise $100 deposit. They didn’t even check the room upon departure. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Was cheap, but wouldn't stay there again. Toilet made a terrible squeaking noise every time it was flushed. The couch bed looked like it was barely hanging on, it had a huge sag/dip.so I had to put my smallest children on it. Only had 2 towels in the room when it was a room for 6 people. Pool was alright. Wasn't able to eat breakfast Saturday morning because the food ran out an hour before closing. Elevator was sketchy and would jerk hard every time it stopped going up. Room had a mini fridge and microwave, blackout curtains.
