I’ve stayed here multiple times before but this will probably be the last time. The accessible room was confusing - at times I doubted it was an accessible room - there was no shower seat & the shower water pressure was a trickle. I booked a room with a fridge & microwave and got neither. The room was cleanish & ok, but nothing special.

Clean room but the popcorn ceiling was bubbling and peeling off, making it look grungy. AC good. Bed good. Desk good. Mini fridge worked. Microwave was questionable but worked. The door latch on the microwave was malfunctioning. Seemed dangerous. Bathroom/shower good. Things are obviously older but fairly well kept. Swimming pool nice but not heated. The first night the pool was closed at least a hour before advertised. Typical “meh” breakfast. Staff were welcoming, polite, professional and friendly. The cleaned and made up the room every day. Lots of restaurants nearby. Plenty of free parking available. Best feature is the price.

I had a great stay at The Addison. I originally booked 5 nights but ended up only needing 4, and management was very helpful in accommodating that change, which I really appreciated.

The breakfast offered a good variety each morning, and while the lobby shows some signs of the hotel’s age, it’s still very nice and welcoming. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful, and my room was cleaned daily.

I’m especially grateful to the front desk for accommodating my last-minute request for a room closer to the lobby due to an injury—it made a big difference during my stay.

Overall, I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Ceiling texture bubbling and falling inside the room. Seriously stained carpet. Hair in shower and bathroom floor. “Pet friendly”: $75 fee. Mattress has some sort of metal surround. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. I’m washing all my clothes in boiling water as other patrons on Google show bed bugs.

The room was clean and the staff was largely prompt. While the fitness center being under renovation was a bummer, the property was upfront about the fact.

On the flip side, the breakfast spread was fairly inspiring with the only hot veggie option being scrambled eggs. I also found it really odd that they didn't have moisturizer in the bathroom or as a toiletry to request.

The room for 2 adults with breakfast was $77 the pet fee $75, in the website they say we accept dogs and cats did not mention there is a fee until you check in or look for in the hotel rules, why not say \"dogs and cats accepted (fee)\". Watch out for fees at this hotel and at Best Western brand hotels.

Honestly the whole stay was unpleasant. The bed was extremely hard and both my partner and me had been struggling with back pain since staying here. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling in multiple spots. The breakfast was only open for a short period so we don’t even wake up in time to be able to get anything. Definitely recommend looking somewhere else.

Cockroach in our rooms. We moved 3 times to try to find a room without cockroaches. Tried to speak to a manager several times but was told that she was out and staff had NO way to contact her.
Staff was Indians tried to help but the hotel needs an overhaul. Continental breakfast was awful.

Room was very bud condition. Water leaking then change room at midnight without apologize. Next room also had problem that half of room lights are no working.
Water bowl didn’t have stopper on the drain pipe and I requested put it on. They put it on after I had three times requested that day was 5 or 6 days after I checked in. I am so tired stayed in this hotel this time.

2nd Floor King Bed is worn down. I could feel the springs when turning and squicks. The shower faucet water is slow, wall has stains and corners ripped off, WiFi was weak. Super slow. The breakfast was mediocre. Not much of a variety.

For the low nightly price, we were pleased with the clean comfortable bed, silky-feeling sheet and hot comfort breakfast. We just needed a place to rest and we found it. On other hand, room was outdated but it was fine with us because there were no bad odor in the room. Location is safe, plenty of free lighted parking space and many nearby restaurants in the area. Staff is easy to talk to.

I stayed at the Edison Hotel in Dallas, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The towels were in terrible condition — rough and uncomfortable to use. To make things worse, there were loud noises in the middle of the night (around 3 a.m.) that made it hard to sleep.

When I asked about checking out just 10 minutes past the 11 a.m. checkout time, I was told I’d be charged a late checkout fee. The front desk staff wasn’t welcoming at all, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Breakfast was another letdown — the scrambled eggs were soggy, overcooked, and tasted awful. Overall, this hotel needs major improvement in cleanliness, hospitality, and food quality. I would not recommend staying here.

Staying here literally gave me a headache and there was a lingering maybe wet odor. I had to buy some febreeze. This stay threw my sinuses out of whack and it was not the weather. I would not recommend unless they do some cleaning updates.

We found a big cockroach on the ceiling near the TV area. After calling the front desk to notify them. They said they didn’t have anyone that could help us to take it away. Luckily, we were visiting family and they brought some spray to kill it and take it away.

Comfortable room. Nice desk area. Sofa with ottomans. Bedside tables on each side of the bed. Nice clean bathroom. Overall, the room was in excellent condition.
The staff at the front desk was friendly.
I liked the extra touch of providing fresh popcorn and iced water with lemon.
Breakfasts were very good with lots of excellent choices and a varied cooked manu.
The hotel location is excellent, but conveniently situated off the main road. Easy parking.
This was a very nice hotel.

The hotel was old, and the bed was the worst part. It squeaked terribly - kept me up all night every time my husband would move. Did not eat breakfast, so cannot comment. There was some mold in the shower, not a ton. The room was not cleaned every day and there were not sufficient washcloths and soap to use for our 3-day stay. The people staying in the hotel were a bit scary. While we did not have any interactions, one lady was screaming at the top of her voice at 2 a.m. in the hallway. It went on for twenty minutes. Not our type of hotel we usually stay in.

Expedia booked the wrong night for me....I wasn't coming in until Monday....this was Expedias fault because of the default settings on your booking page
I contacted Expedia and was assured it would be handled and I even ok'd paying a higher rate to get the date changed....Never heard back after being assured I would get a phone call saying the issue had been corrected. So I booked 2 notes at another hotel

There was a girl at the front that was very rude from over the phone to checkin in., she wouldn’t give me her name and finally said Uvia which I think was a lie she was Not attentive at all and the rooms were dirty and smelly. Upside it’s in a decent area and breakfast was good. But the front staff definitely all look miserable and like they hate their jobs. Wouldn’t come back to this hotel. It’s a shame for it being my first time in Dallas. Very disappointed

We stayed in one of the unrenovated rooms.
Several bugs. Ceiling needed redone from leaks from room above. Carpet felt gross. Bed was an old motel bed. Not the worst, but definitely not the best.
Oh, someone missed out on their “party” because we found a bag of weed in the parking lot which we trashed.

The hallways smelled bad, like humidity and something stale. There was bad patch work on the walls of my room. The staff member that checked me in did not communicate or explained anything, just handed me a paper to sign, I had to ask what it was for. The person that checked me out was nicer but there was not much interaction.

Well the reservation was not what the description says I was Charged with a high deposit and I reserved With a card they did not accept. Without any notice of these issues I was Forced to have my someone else pay it. These things are important to mention like $100 deposit and no cash accepted along with all debit cards not accepted.

It was OK overall. If you’re not gonna spend a lot of time at the hotel, it’s fine for sleeping purposes. The bed was not that comfortable. I was disappointed that the pool was not in service, especially during the summer! The staff were friendly, however, when I asked for a slight change in my accommodation, they were unwilling to budge. I had asked for one night to be comped to me as I was checking out early and the third-party booking through hotels.com said I had to check with the hotel, the hotel was not willing to listen to any part of my reason for checking out early and did not offer any assistance. While I would probably stay there again in the future because it was mediocre comfortable I would have a hard time, not forgetting that they were so unreasonable.

I’ve now stayed here 3 times, again my room didn’t have a refridgerator, despite that being named in the room booking. My room this time was by the pool and felt damp. The hallway also seemed to have some damp issues - which could be due the the heavy rain we’ve had or humidity. I will most likely stay somewhere else next time I’m in the area.
