The gentlemen working desk at our check out was so kind and helpful when we were in a jam. Really went above and beyond to help. Breakfast was ok. Live the two flavors of waffles, but the breakfast potatoes were alittle crunchy yet

This location is in the middle of a business district, you will need a 10 minute drive to get to a variety of eateries and shopping.
Room was small but it had a 2 person bathtub in the living space so if your into that .....cool

The beds/pillows were very comfortable. The hot tub was big, as was the pool. The hot tub seemed dated though. The breakfast was good. The staff was very nice! We had no noise issues but we stayed on a Thursday night.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the lobby was filled with visibly intoxicated guests who were loud, belligerent, and approaching other guests. The breakfast area appeared to be operating as a bar, creating an atmosphere that felt more like a party than a family hotel.

The entire property was hot, musty, and dated, but the third-floor hallway was unbearable. It smelled strongly of body odor and rotten food. The odor was so overwhelming that I had to retrieve my wife’s Zofran from the car because it was making her nauseated.

We booked a jacuzzi room, but the tub had visible staining and did not appear to have been properly cleaned.

The biggest issue was the complete lack of peace and quiet. Adult guests spent hours yelling, arguing, stomping, running through the hallways, slamming doors, and a nearby dog barked for long periods. The noise continued until around 2 a.m., then resumed at 4 a.m. when the room next door repeatedly opened and slammed their door. We got virtually no sleep.

I didn’t leave the room to complain because I genuinely didn’t feel comfortable or safe opening the door with everything happening immediately outside my door.

Hotels.com contacted the property on my behalf, but the hotel declined any accommodation, apology, or refund. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay fell far below what I expect from a Comfort Inn. Do not stay here.

Decent hotel nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good. Only complain I have is I was traveling with a pet and online it says $40 pet fee and a couple days prior I called and they also said $40 pet fee. However when checking in they charged me a $50 pet fee. I told him it said less online and when I called and he said it changed and charged me a $50 pet fee!!

Very bad experience with front office and room assignment people. They were very rude even though they gave wrong rooms and not the one we booked. I will never ho back to this hotel again and wont recommend anyone. They keep on saying we cant do now because hotel is sold out and you booked through third party. It seems booking through Expedia was not the right decision. We always use Expedia for our bookings and no one can change that but i can make sure not booking that property ever again

It appears that their reservation software was not working. Took FOREVER to check in only to be given a room key to an occupied room. Clerk then had to go to the new room to confirm it was available before I could get a new room. Cleaning staff pounded on my door fairly early in the morning apparently not knowing that I was checking out later that morning.

Hot tub and pool area were filthy. The hot tub had a layer of grime and debris on the surface, and the pool had multiple used bandaids laying around the edge. Even inside the pool there was so much debris at the bottom it just felt disgusting walking around in it. Pillows in the room had stains on them, and air conditioner hardly worked. Did not enjoy my stay at all, booked this hotel because of the hot tub but couldn't use it because it was so gross.

My wife stayed at a Comfort Suites recently and had a very concerning experience. There was a strong smell of marijuana smoke entering my room, which she reported to the front desk during her stay. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved.

The exposure ended up affecting her breathing to the point that she had to seek medical attention and receive treatment at the hospital.

I booked this on specifically because it had s hot tub. But it was more like a warm tub. Was not hot at all. It was about the same temp as the regular pool.

I called the hotel and stated I was going to be late. We got to the hotel around midnight. The room smelled of pee. I asked for some febreze and sprayed the room. The desk offered to move us to the second floor but I just wanted to sleep. House keeping knocked at our door at 8 am and apologized said they would be back.

Everything was great. Suited for the needs i had. Staff was great, room was clean, and i really enjoyed the hot tub. The only complaint I have was the safe in the room didn't work but i think it just needed new batteries. It wasnt even important enough to report to the staff. I am very happy with the room and the hotel in general.

Good Stay - Room for Improvement

The breakfast was great. The walls were thin and we could hear the family next door as though they were in our room. The exercise room was tiny, no fan, missing weights, old equipment. Nice location near lots of restaurants, shopping and the UW.

We came for a Badger game. Unexpectedly the hotel had a shuttle, which was great. Parking was fine. The breakfast was just OK. The room wasn't dirty per se, but there were a fair number of hairs in the bathroom. They probably told us at some point there wouldn't be service while we were out (2 day stay), but it was still an ugh moment when we opened the door.

The biggest thing was the hotel just seemed beat run down. The bottom of the bathroom door was badly chipped, the toilet paper holder was broken, the sink aerator didn’t work and the water blasted out. The elevator walls were dented and scraped, and there were stains in the hallway carpet.

It wasn't horrible, but I ended regretting having prepaid, and wishing I could move somewhere else the second night.

The showers left a lot to be desired. It was a hand held on a slider rod. The force of the water was to much and could not be reduced. If you left the hand held on the rod the water hit you full force in the face or the gut. Because of the force of the water using the hand held sprayed water all over the bathroom.

Breakfast doesn't start until 7am which is not beneficial for anyone working and leaving by 7am. Pool was good but hit tub jets only partially worked. The TV remote was terrible and the lamp on the desk kept flickering when you bumped the desk or walked by and it was in the outlet securely (so likely an electrical issue with the cord.) Overall, it was decent but out dated. Fairly clean and good location.

Seems pretty shady business dealings. Tried using hospital discount. Housing department at UW Madison Hospital was not informed that I did not qualify sue to booking through this site. Also my card was charged 136.47 twice and then the final bill of 424.13 for my 3 nights. Which iverdrew my account. Front desk argued with me when I stated that when I asked there about the hospital discount I should have been notified but was not.
