This place is a dump! $240 a night for a $70 a night hotel. No ice machine! None! No work out room, no dishes in room, no conditioner, terrible service, I could go on forever. It is subsidized housing not a hotel. Do not stay here. Should not be listed as a hotel! Total joke. Was clean.

Staff was wonderful! Physically it was clean and nicely decorated. You have to ask for things like dishes, pots, coffee pot, toaster… So pretty bare bones. Breakfast is just a few muffins in a cupboard and bad coffee, so a few points off there. The price was right, I’d stay here again.

The kitchen was empty. You had to ask for anything you might need. Items were clean. The room was clean. The hall carpet had a lot of stains and it smelled. Staff was helpful. When going to the grab n go breakfast the only thing left to grab was packaged oatmeal. I'm sure we could have called the staff but we just went out for breakfast.

The staff member working at the front desk at the yellow building (55) on 8/19 in the afternoon was incredibly RUDE and oversold the rooms. He made it sound like I was SOL and pretty much refused to help me. I went to the other extended stay brick building (45) and the staff at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She helped me transfer the reservation and didn’t leave me stranded without a room like the staff at the other location did. Overall it was a good experience thanks to the kind staff in building 45.

I didn’t even get a decent soap or body lotion available in the room. When asked about it the staff said it is cost cutting hence can’t help on it. After spending 200 dollars for a hotel I doiosnt get a body lotion. There were no sheets on the bed and no room cleaning even available . They even asked me to thrown my own trash when existing the room

I’ve been coming to stay as a guest at his hotel for the last 6 months and have not been disappointed with management or staff each ,housekeeping does a great job . Front desk are absolutely fantastic in making I have everything I need for my stay and have even made excellent recommendations on certain local restaurants to visit while on my stay and I found the to be extraordinarily helpful as I’m not too familiar with area . The management and staff are very polite and courteous.

We had to wait roughly 10 minutes for a front desk worker to arrive. Check-in went smoothly afterwards. The hallway reeked of cat urine to the point you had to cover your nose while walking through, and the room was average in decent condition. The water pressure was abysmal; I would rate it a 1/5. The A/C and exhaust fan in the bathroom were filthy. We had to open the windows because the air conditioning smelled horrible and was triggering our allergies. The bathroom had no ventilation because the exhaust fan was clogged, and it steamed up instantly. I would rate the stay a 1.5/5.

The rooms are clean and the staff was friendly. The location and surrounding area are good. Its nice that they have a kitchen so you can bring your own food especially since breakfast offerings are sparce.

We've stayed here before when visiting family so we know \"what to expect\". If you're looking for a clean, reasonably priced hotel in a good location (that you're only going to be in the room to sleep) then this is a good choice. Hopefully the hotel will make some upgrades/general maintenance in the future.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past at either this location or the building next door. This hotel can use some updates. Even though it's a \"non smoking\" hotel, the halls smell like cigarette smoke and marijuana. The bathroom sink in our room sprayed the whole sink and counter (you got wet every time you turned the faucet on). The only plus with this building is that the breakfast and coffee is located here (vs in the other building) so this time we didn't have to walk from one building to the other in the morning. The location is nice near the highway, gas station and Panera.

The room I was initially put in, the tv and phone didn't work. The staff was helpful and I was switched to another room. The second room was carpeted which I preferred the wood laminated floors in the first room, due to pets being allowed in the hotel. Carpented rooms are kinda gross for that. The drawers need cleaned out better. otherwise, the room was clean.

1. There was no attendant at the front desk. They were habibating in a \"employee break room\" and another guest had to knock the break room door to alert them guests needed to be checked in!
2. The smell of weed was terrible. This caused our son to have some inflamtory....the stench of weed csrried all the way to the elevator and into 3rd floor

The first room smelled of smoke, the dead bolt didn't work and there were black bugs in the bed. I was given a different room, which smelled of Marijuana and judging by the make up, lipstick and condition of the sheets, I can only assume the room hadn't been cleaned.

After fixing it, the employee had to go because he was managing both buildings, so it looked kind of gross from the stuff that had been sitting in there before he plunged it. I had a dirty toilet for two days out of my stay.

Confusing Two Hotel Situation
There are two hotels with the same name on the property. So, we went to the wrong one first and brought our bags in with us. Then, we needed to reload and drive the 800 feet to the other one.
Otherwise, it's rather low-frills. Calling these rooms \"suites\" is a stretch. Our room had had a small kitchen within a rather normal hotel room.
