Hot tub was nice and hot. The flooring around the pool and hot tub was so beyond slippery. My kids fell (while walking) multiple times. I slipped a few times and fell once. There is a slippery spot near the slide stairs thst goes at a slight down hill that I also slipped on. My kids got to a point where they chose to just crawl around the pool because they didn't want to slip. Pool itself was very cold. Which is a bit of a bummer with little kids who want to play wven if they're miserably cold and shivering.

The fridge in the accessible and hearing room had a limited storage capacity of 1-2 (12 ounce soda cans) Likewise, for the price per night, a upgraded fridge is recommended. In addition, the fitness center was very clean and convenient to use. Furthermore, the Courtyard is clean and is great location for all travelers exploring Wisconsin.

The room was great as was the service. Our primary reason for booking was the pictures of the pool area; the pool was cold and the hot tub was cool. We booked to enjoy some time with our grandson, and it was a disappointment only because the pool was so cold. As adults, we would have appreciated a hot tub experience that didn't feel the temperature of a normal pool.

Place was clean and nice but I had bad experience with service. After my stay I got charged on my credit card for $4.95. when I checked with hotel on this, the lady on the call mentioned that I used internet during my stay. Their website and Expedia both says that internet is free. I connected through my mobile to the wifi that was available. Strange thing is that the lady disconnected without entertaining my question.

The hotel in general was very nice and updated. Major issue with the pool, it was not very clean and seemed very outdated. I could feel debris on the bottom of the floor, paint was coming off, clumps of hair floating around.

During check-in, the individual talked very low, and I am hard of hearing. I kept looking to my wife to interpret what the clerk said. I told him at least three times I was very hard of hearing and he never raised his voice to accommodate me. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Would have been nice to have a microwave and a bit larger fridge. You couldn’t stand a bottle of water upright so the bottles kept rolling out of the mini fridge. Sufficient enough. The shower worked by pulling up on the tub spout, you had to pull on it very hard. But it still had water pouring out of the spout. So at the end of your shower, you were standing in 2 inches of water.

Great Pool for Toddlers

Can not speak highly enough about how awesome the pool was for our 4 year old. I don't really want to bring attention to this hidden gem because I appreciated how it wasn't overly crowded and we were there on the weekend during winter break!

The condition on this hotel is excellent, and the layout of the rooms is a step above others. My one quibble is that room walls and ceilings are less than sound-proof. I know it was a busy weekend, and it’s not my business to run the hotel, but if rooms can be assigned with empty rooms on either side, or otherwise improve sound proofing, it would make the stay most pleasant.

We had a terrific one night stay. The room was clean. The hotel in general was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub. Was told it wasnt as hot as it should have been but it was still very relaxing. Breakfast was good we ordered from the restaurant downstairs.
