Hotel on the way to Naturlandia Park

Hotel in a nice location in the forest, close to Naturlandia Park - a convenient place to go there, however, no other attractions nearby. A little far away from the village of Sant Julià de Lòria. There is free parking and an on-site dinner, you should consider this option when booking the hotel. Room amenities and breakfast are mediocre. Staff are friendly and speak English. During our stay in the middle of June, the pool did not work.

Underrated gem

I don't often give anything in life five stars, bur Hotel Coma Bella were fully deserving of this.

The location is a bit out of the way, 10 minutes to the closest town, Sant Julia de Loria, down some interesting hairpin roads. However, it’s perfect for peace and quiet and being so far up you get an AMAZING view from your room of the mountains.
The hotel is a bit dated but very clean with spacious, comfortable rooms, big beds and full amenities. There’s a bar and restaurant, and outside a heated pool as well as petanque and table tennis.

We ate at the restaurant as it was included in our rate (£54 for both of us to stay AND a 3 course meal, AND breakfast; unbelievable!). The food was amazing, especially the charcoal ribs.

The staff are some of the most helpful I have met. My Spanish skills are non-existent, and although the English amongst some of the staff could be described as similar they worked hard to make for us to make each other understood. The standout was Pedro in the bar and restaurant. He did everything he could to help and was so friendly. As mentioned, breakfast was included, though we had to leave early and wouldn't need it. Nonsense he said. He went away and came back with a mini picnic, with a ham and cheese baguette (SO good), fruit and water. Pedro went above and beyond and I hope the managers at the hotel recognise his hard work.

I would suggest it's THE place to stay in southern Andorra, and they really are very deserving of the business.

First time ever to Andorra and the country and people are amazing. The views around every corner are stunning of snow capped peaks and lovely green valleys. The hotel itself is set off from town and allows one to just kick back and relax. Breakfast is great. One can eat dinner at the hotel and it is also wonderful. More than anything, the staff is superb. During the summer there is a big swimming pool, hiking trails and it is only 1.8 km from Natureland. I would stay here again.

Fantastic views

Great location - in Andorra for one night. Wonderful scenery. We stayed on half board. Dinner was set menu with a choice of approx 4 for each course - just O.K. with right choice! However, I decided to pay an upgrade for T-bone steak and have to say it was the best I'd had in a long time - excellent! Breakfast was fine - continental - husband would have liked some eggs, but think that was picky! Staff helpful.

Me gusto el trato del personal, el lugar que es idílico y que el restaurante las ventanas no tengan cortinas para poder ver el paisaje .
La habitación que esta bien de tamaño,el baño grande, todo limpio, la tranquilidad, los gatos que por allí habían que les dan de comer.

No me gustó que no fuera de buffet las comidas ni que la tv no tenga smart TV,ni los colchones de muelles y el desayuno pobre

Hemos pasado una semana muy buena. La piscina es increíble con sol hasta ultima hora. Nosotros hicimos media pensión y el menu era muy agradable y te permitía no tener que salir a 15-20 minutos en coche. Seguro que volveremos

Sejour du 30 juin au 10 juillet. Excellent endroit parfais si vous recherchez du calme, bien etre, nature....chambre impeccable avec vue sur montagne ou foret + cabane en bois pour les enfants notre fils à adoré!!! Piscine exterieure vue montagne. Demie pension parfaite un pti dej avec jus de fruits, eau, lait, café, fruits frais, viennoiserie, pain.... le repas du soir très bien nous avions différend choix chaque soir très bonne cuisine!!!! Le gérant nous a indiqué quelques améliorations en cours de l'hôtel donc très bien!!!! Si nous revenons en Andorre nous referons le même choix car hôtel familial avec proprietaire et personnel super sympas!!!!! N'hesitez pas à y venir pour votre séjour

La puerta de la habitación no cerraba con firmeza, en un par de ocasiones cuando ya estábamos tumbados en la cama la puerta se abrió de golpe por la corriente de aire, pegándonos un buen susto. Era cuestión de cerrar con fuerza. Los muebles en general viejos, el colchón de la cama de matrimonio muy duro, el del niño muy blando y se notaba el bulto del centro del sillón ( Era un sillón convertible en cama ) el parque para niños estaba hecho trizas; La atención si, bastante buena, dependiendo de a quién encontrarás en la recepción.

Hotel bien ubicado si vas al parque de naturlandia, cena justita pero buena 14'50 el menú sin bebidas, nos atendió un camarero belga y su simpatía brillaba por su ausencia, el bufé del desayuno también justito. Las habitaciones están reformadas pero carecen de aire acondicionado y hacía mucha calor. Lo mejor el entono bonitas vistas. No repetiremos.

Very peaceful and a place to get away from stress

Very friendly service and very helpful on Information regarding Andorra. One of the best views in Andorra. Only the service at breakfast was a little disappointed as they couldn't speak english and we couldn't express our wishes, but the breakfast available was good. Free parking is a big advantage as in the town can be expensive. Last but least, you get a family feeling in this Hotel.

Ein älteres Hotel mit Charme und tollen Blick auf die Berge. Das Hotel hat schöne Spiel- / Beschäftigungsmöglichleiten für Kinder. Das Frühstück war i.O. - wir haben jedoch Tomaten, Gurken, Salat .. und Cornflakes/Müsli vermisst. Es sollte kein Problem sein, dies dazu zustellen. (Anmerkung: Obst, Yoghurt, Käse, Aufschnitt, Marmelade,...war i.O.)

En revanche petit-déjeuner très décevant et bof. Peu de choix. Le buffet est peu renouvellé, aussi n'avons nous eu que très peu de possibilités. Tables non dressées dans toute la salle, nous avons petit-déjeuné sur une nappe en plastique ... sans que ça ne dérange le personnel.

Hemos estado muy bien la verdad. habrian cosas a mejorar como en todos los hoteles pero calidad-precio es muy buena. Hemos estado a finales de agosto y no hemos tenido ningún problema. lo mejor de todo sin duda son las vistas, la comida y los trabajadores. Muy buen trato.

Bonito hotel de montaña

Por lo general, hemos acertado con la elección de este hotel, típico hotel de montaña por su confort, situación, vistas immejorables y tranquilo ya que está apartado de cualquier centro comercial. Escogimos media pensión, la cena un poco escasa en cantidad (ya que es el menú del día) aunque muy bien elaborado, el desayuno correcto en variedad. Aconsejo si tienen que ir a Naturlandia ya que está a escasos 3 Km. del parque. En referencia a las instalaciones, muy limpia la piscina aunque lógicamente el agua muy fría (aún siendo verano), zona de juegos (petanca, pin-pon, zona verde), en el interior sala de juegos y lectura, gimnasio (aunque no accedimos).
La habitación (en nuestro caso) escogimos una triple de gama superior, igual a la que refleja en la foto, toda de madera y para la niña una cama en la parte superior subiendo unas escaleras (todo un acierto). El trato del personal, correcto.
Por poner alguna nota negativa, sólo necesitaría pequeños arreglos, por el paso del tiempo y rozaduras en los pasillos por el carrito, pero que no nos han afectado en nuestra estancia.

Un hotel pequeño pero acogedor.
Un poco escasa la cantidad de comida, porque aunque sea en regimen de media pensión se agradecería un poco mas de cantidad la verdad.
Sugerir poner mosquiteras en las ventanas y aunque resten encanto, que sean enrollables para quien las quiera poner, ya que hace mucha calor por las noches y hay que dormir con las ventanas abiertas.
