El hotel es de muy buena calidad estuvimos muy bien pero a la misma vez muy intranquilos debido ha que nos tocó en la planta 5 eramos una familia de 4, padres, abuela e hijo de 6 añitos nos pusieron una habitación doble se comunicaban entre ellas algo que nos pareció excelente una cama para los padres y la otra habitación con dos camas individuales para la abuela y nuestro hijo de 6 añitos la angustia vino cuando vimos la altura del edificio y que las ventanas que salían al balcón no tenía cerrojo ni persianas es decir tenía cerrojo pero apretando un botón se habría fácilmente no había seguridad,mi miedo durante la noche fue que si a mí hijo le daba por abrir esa ventana y asomarse por curiosidad podría caer desde un 5 piso y si nosotros estamos dormidos nos no enteramos por lo tanto decidimos que nuestro hijo durmiera en medio de sus papás para tener seguridad y poder descansar, también afirmó que descansemos bien por qué la cama de matrimonio era muy grande y cabíamos los tres sin problema yo como mamá que soy igual que su papá pensamos que la seguridad para los clientes ya sean mayores o pequeños debe de ser fundamental para que no ocurran accidentes.

Bon séjour de 2 nuits : Bon accueil, chambre très correcte pour 3 adultes avec des oreillers au choix (du plus ferme au plus souple), salle de bains spacieuse, petit balcon sur rue calme. Petit déjeuner très correct, sucré ou salé, chacun à trouvé son compte. Garage sous l'hôtel avec accès direct à notre étage très appréciable. Dommage le wifi quasi inexistant.

Estancia corta, solo para dormir pero no acababa de estar comodo en la cama, además la unica ventana daba a un patio interior, sin vistas. Por lo demás, buen trato, todo muy limpio y el baño bastante nuevo. Al llegar noté que tenia bastante frio pero por la noche después de pasar el dia fuera si que se sentia confortable y a buena temperatura.

Não indico nem para uma noite, chegamos de carro e o senhor da recepção disse que não havia vagas no estacionamento. No momento da reserva não se diz que temos que reservar as vagas também. O Check in super demorado e o senhor da recepção ainda passou gente que faria checkout na nossa frente. Disse que poderia surgir vaga no estacionamento mais tarde mas quando chegou um casal depois de mim já havia uma funicionaria junto que disse que tinha uma vaga.
O Wi-Fi funcionava no saguão mas no quarto não funcionou. Para piorar o chuveiro só tinha uma ducha e não ficava presa na parede, estava relaxada, tivemos que tomar banho segurando.

The light in the bathroom did not work. The hair dryer did not work. The room did not have air conditioning. There was loud music in the neighborhood until 4 am. The door of the bathroom is made of glass with white stripes so yo can see everything and does not provide enough intimacy. The second day they did not leave toilet paper so we had to ask for it at the reception.

It is a basic hotel which has not been renovated for years. Good for a night for the asking price in comparison to other hotels in the country. Be aware that the wifi works in the reception area but having problems in the rooms. If you have a car, you will need to make an arrangement with the hotel and pay around 15 euros/night if you want a space in the hotel parking and do not want to leave it on the road or on the close public parking. All in all, I am giving 4 stars for the vfm and the friendly staff.

Registrarnos casi ultimo día, factura no la pudieron hacer puesto que estabais de intermediarios, cómo hoteles .cóm y os quedavais una comisión, no lo veo bien, puesto que en otras páginas de reservas, los hoteles si te hacen factura y no te estraen el dinero de la reserva a un mes vista. Y si pasa algo de fuerzas mayores, que se hace??, no lo veo del todo correcto, lo siento pero así lo creo. Me gustaría tener la factura de esta estancia.Gracias.

La habitacion muy amplia y muy tranquilos, lo único raro es la ducha que se salia el agua mientras te estabas duchando y calaba a la moqueta de fuera de la habitación, por lo demas todo muy correcto y tranquilo, no puedo valorar el comedor porque no hemos comido allí, esta muy bien comunicado y los chicos de recepción super atentos, y rapidos en todo gracias! La habitación y el hotel están muy bien relación calidad/precio, a 2 del hotel hay un supermercado, cajeros, bares para tomar algo y está a escasos 5 minutos del centro de Andorra la Vella; en relación a la habitación la cama es cómoda y tienen puesta todo el día la calefacción por lo que no pasas nada de frio, la limpieza excelente, la chica pasa todos los días por la mañana, lo único que cambiaría es el estado de la cortina del baño, por lo demás una estancia 10

No se respeta el descanso nocturno. Había una fiesta montada debajo de nuestra habitación y hasta que no fueron las 2 de la madrugada, no consiguieron que se callaran los adolescentes. Se les solicitó que hicieran algo, y hasta que no pasaron 2 horas no vino la policia. Se paga para poder descansar. Las camas y limpieza no son correctas. Lo único ok, la atención de los camareros de la cena. Parking muy justo y caro en comparación a los de fuera. El precio que nos dijo de fuera no era correcto. Seguro no volveré.

El hotel es justito, ya tiene sus años, está bien conservado. Tuvimos suerte y nos tocó una buena cama con un colchón cómodo y nuevo.

Un hotel sin lujos pero práctico
fuimos con mi pareja a última hora el lunes del puente del Pilar Y no quedaba nada que no subiera más de 60 € por pareja así que encontramos este que nos costó unos 40 € solo dormir. El hotel no tiene muchos lujos pero las chicas de la recepción han sido muy amables y simpáticas. Aparcar por allí en zona azul es imposible pero el gobierno de Andorra tiene habilitado un parking a dos minutos andando que la noche te cuesta un euro y algo. Cerca no hay nada pero la verdad es que es muy práctico y económico si te quieres quedar a Andorra un fin de semana

Reservé varias habitaciones y ninguna tenía ni pastilla se jabón ni nada. Todas las habitaciones que reservamos tenían colchones de muelles que no eran nada cómodos para descanso. Las TVs no estaba nítida, toda borrosa. Las sábanas con olor extraña..., El mobiliario de las habitaciónes muy antiguo, oscuro, daba sensación a sucio y poca higiene.

Por el precio esperaba otro tipo de hotel, estaba todo en general demasiado antiguo, habitación sin aire acondicionado lo cual te hace abrir el balcón y escuchar los ruidos de la calle, colchón de muelles almohadas demasiado usadas y blandas.
A su favor y agradecidos por el detalle al llegar a la habitación teníamos 2 sobres en los que ponía Covid Free y dentro tenían una mascarilla, un par de guantes y un par de geles hidroalcoholicos lo cual y reiteró me parece todo un detalle y más en los tiempos que corren.
Sinceramente creo que no volveremos a este hotel, creo que se le tendrían que revisar las estrellas pues están obsoletas, más que un hotel parece un hostal grande.

El autobus urbano cada 15 minutos y te deja en andorra centro, en la calle de las tiendas. Una cosa que no nos gusto del hotel fue que si no se pude fumar la gente porque fuma. En el baño cuando entramos olia mucho a tabaco.un olor super fuerte. Pero por lo demas todo super bien.
