Hotel was walking distance to the beach with cute shops to see along the way. The Breakfast was advertised as great hot breakfast… it was not. Breakfast was Very basic. No proteins- Waffles, coffee and juice, basic. The room was spacious, but very basic. The swimming pool is small and you should expected the pool to always be full of guest. The hotel Price was good considering the location.

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked great, which made our room very comfortable. We didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast, but it was nice that breakfast was offered. The staff was friendly, and overall it was a good experience. I would consider staying here again.

The rooms were very clean and the housekeepers were very friendly most of the front desk personnel. We're on top of things accept when I asked for coffee during the day. The front desk Personnel on that day was very rude about brewing fresh coffee that is served during day time for guest!!! The breakfast was simple but good, all in all it is a great place for the price..

Place was a nice location we got the family suite which was spacious and very convenient. Pool was nice, the jacuzzi was not warm at all the pool was warmer than the jacuzzi which was funny. Good overall. For a family of 7 great option.

So lets start with NO hot water the rooms blanket was dirty no towels anywhere the noise at night kept me and my wife up 175 pet deposit i had a 3 night stay we stayed a total of 8 hours and packed up for the 12 hour drive back home in sheer disappointment this made not to ever use expedia again. My wife left in tears i felt this was a complete waste of money time and never again will i return. They will not refund my stay but i think its bs HOT WATER is a need not and amenities okay towels i could have used my own beach towel the plug for the tub was broken the shower handel cut into my finger i have plenty of pictures i have posted reviews to back it up this trip has put a negitive feeling about the site i used because Expedia backs them and sponsor them on the site this makes Expedia look bad 👎 we spent 400 in gas just to spend 8 hours in a high priced dump. I tried to make a clam threw Expedia but was told they could only call and ask what a joke. Ill make sure to post how great it was to go I WILL END THIS WITH A SMILE JUST AS YOU ALL DID TAKING A HARD WORKING MANS MONEY FOR A JOKE OF A MOTEL/HOTEL EXPEDIA YOU ARE FIRED

Bedside lights no switches, light fixtures broken, rusted, missing switch. Ceiling fan dusty, cabinets dirty, big cabinet smells terrible like marijuana been stored in it. Coffee maker rusted. Water and sink smells moldy, sink no drain cover. Faucet spout weird high pressure splashes on you. Furniture dirty chairs with very obvious stains, wooden armrest with black dirt deposits needs to be thrown away, shower control needs to be replaced very hard to turn. All this complaints given to front desk upon check out. Didn’t asked for room transfer due to time constraints with space x rocket launch purpose of travel. Terrible hotel, needs upgrade and better maintenance. I can upload pictures if allowed in the this review. Ice machine not easily accessible.

Waited 45 mins to check in. After finally checking in. We pulled the sheets back and they was very stained, Telephone didn't work, tv didn't work and all the kids channels were only audio. Only 2 towels ,no towel for the the floor to step on when getting out the shower. When I asked for more towels she had an additude. Housekeeping only spoke Spanish and was very rude..wasn't given a wifi information. Very limited breakfast food. Noticed the food wasn't kept safe...the yogurt wasn't cold. The fruit was bruised up and old looking.
I don't recommend staying here.

Check in was easy, I asked for a area map and they didn't have one. You know things close. Opened the door to my room and it was that stale, mold Old school Mexico and the AC never shut off. Floor was like sand paper. Hardly any lighting, TV was small and not adjustable. Went looking for ice and they didn't have any ran out.
I was booked for three nights and I checked out at 6 am.

The staff was courteous and tried to be helpful. Unfortunately the accommodations were lacking. There was no faucet in the bathtub. There was only a non working shower head. The guests and their guests were loud and yelled obscenities for an hour with room door slamming for 2 hours. The outdoor hallway echoed so they were amplified. There needs to be security on the premises to handle these late night and early morning disturbances. I had a 5 year old with me and didn’t feel very safe. We finally left at 5am with only a few hours sleep.

The room had a very humid feel along with a mildew smell. The lampshades had mold and mildew on them. The hot water was so hard to manipulate to use and the lighting inside was absolutely terrible. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Clean room, staff ok but manager extremely rude. Phones don’t work in rooms which should be a code violation towards guest safety. Toilet was clogged and they left it all day and then tried to say it was my fault as I didn’t stay to let them in even when they acknowledged the maintenance man forgot to come back in 20 minutes as someone was in shower and said I should have gone to let them know I was leaving my room for the day. They didn’t stop people from smoking in outside corridors even though they are a “100% smoke free establishment.” Allowed loud music after 11 pm. They will treat you like a criminal and ask for a $100 deposit even when you pay before arrival. They will only give it back after walking to your room to ensure all is well. Probably my fault for wanting to have a more economical stay that was arranged last minute for the weekend. I won’t stray from the nicer hotels beachside ever again.

This hotel is in very bad shape. Furniture is 40+ years old. Stains on everything. Shower separated from wall in three spots. Can’t believe they (Wyndham). Allow this to happen. Half the lights in room aren’t even wired for electrical. Stay away!!!

The issue that I encountered on my visit was the fact that no were was it mentioned that they required $100 deposit at check-in. The breakfast is OK basic cereal, and waffles. The pool was nothing like the pictures a lot smaller in person. The room was clean I will say. Just there has to be advertisement of a refundable hundred dollar deposit somewhere I would rather have gone to a nicer place that did not require a deposit. My trip became 230 for the night versus the 130 including fees. At check out they said I would get the money back in 5 to 7 business days. It’s only $100 yes but the issue is the principal not the money nowhere was it advertised and why is it gonna take so long to get it back?

Classy hood shelter! A poorly remodeled ghetto if you will. No towels, wash clothes or anything in the room. The hot tub was cold and dirty. The shower shot all the way across the bathroom with the nozzle sticking out of a hole in the wall. It was remodeled but you can tell it was done by a cheap contractor with a complete lack of detail. A dirty place trying half ass to be clean. Decent for the price but I’d recommend paying a little more for a nicer place.

Best price on the Island and met all my expectations but definitely not high on amenities. Free breakfast was not bad. Coffee maker in the room didn’t have all the parts, but I can get a free Senior coffee at Whataburger that’s better anyway. I will come back here if I am not bringing my significant other. But for me for a weekend with buddies, two good beds, a TV, a hot shower, a swimming pool and free breakfast close to the beach and plenty of good places to eat and have fun works!

Got to the Super 8 and got into our room and it had such STRONG fumes in there and there was mold on ceilings. Immediately went and asked for a refund.. also good luck trying to get a refund with this place. You won’t see it. All the front desk workers we had talked to about our refund are not helpful at all. We are still bugging them about our refund and it’s over a week later.

Went to take the family for spring break. Huge mistake. My negative review has nothing to do with the spring breakers. They were a vibe. I read no where I had to make an additional purchase for bracelets for security purpose when their “security” was partying with the spring breakers as well. Also, no where was it stated their pool was closed for “remodeling”. Their policy of only 2 towels per room regardless of having a WHOLE family in a room was dumb. The rooms were not cleaned properly, the sheets had tiny stains that made me wonder if they even washed it. The breakfast was wack. WiFi sucked. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Not even during peak days. Save yourselves some trouble and book somewhere else.

DUE NOT BOOK HERE!!! if you can get past the moldy bathrooms, no working pool or hot tub, signs up in the breakfast area telling the long stay customers not to fill their personal cups up with juice. You still have their absolutely pretentious staff. Customer service is nonexistent. They care more about blaming second party vendors than doing anything to be helpful. had booked for three nights ended up staying one. Shower was taken with no hot water when the maintenance man and the front desk woman came to fix it. They basically came storming into the room, angry about our requests for repair, not at all concerned about our comfort. We were verbally attacked about no refunds.

Upon arriving, there’s a sign hanging on the front door that the pool is indefinitely closed which it’s not indicated on the website anywhere! This was one of the main things that we were looking for because we were on vacation with small children. The front desk staff also was preoccupied with their cell phone call and she was not really engaged with the clients. The room was atrocious smelled like mold. The floor was extremely dirty. I asked for the floor to be mopped three times. They never did come mop it. There were no towels in the room. I had to go to the front desk to get towels and then in order to get clean towels, you had to bring your dirty towels to the front desk to exchange them. The TV didn’t work 3 of 4 days that we were in the hotel room I had asked for them to fix it twice and then the third time I asked them to fix it, they finally came and fixed the TV. Another important amenity when you have small children! I had to call security am 2 am due to the loud party in the parking lot by our door. They woke my kids up. Overall poor customer service. They did not care about the fact that the pool was advertised when they have no working pool. I do not recommend this hotel at all!!!!!!! And they refused to let me cancel my reservation and make one where there was better conditions. They said I would have to pay full price for the hotel even if we didn’t stay there!!! Go somewhere they value the customer cuz this place isn’t it!!! Poor job WYNDHAM!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! The pool is under construction ( was not stated on the website). They have a sister hotel named SunChase ( please do not stay there either), I went to check out the pool and it was very dirty, full of hair, leaves, trash and hasn’t been maintenance in a very long time. Gross! The mattress or sheets smelled like urine. The pressure of the water in the sink was horrible. Overall, this hotel is disgusting and I would NOT recommend this hotel or SunChase. STAY AWAY! Save your coins and pay extra else where. I did call Hotels.com in attempt to get a refund and help get a reservation elsewhere. But after several attempts; nothing was done. The worst experience on both the hotel itself and Hotels.com.

There was nobody at the front desk when I arrived. I had to wait a long time for someone to show up, and then this person seemed put out that I would expect them to check me in when they had better things to do somewhere in the back room.
They advertised a pool, but they did not have a pool, they had a hole in the ground full of concrete dust.
They advertised a kitchenette, but they did not have a functional kitchenette.
The hotel is generally dirty.
The management seemed minimally interested in addressing my concerns. Expedia was unable to contact anyone at the hotel.
Spend an extra 20 bucks and stay out of this dump.
