Room was clean, breakfast was filling and good enough to get your day started. Nice pool and hot tub. Easy access to the beach.
Two things I didn't like, the shower had no bottom wall separating from the rest of the bathroom floor, so no matter how hard you tried water would spill to the entire bathroom floor. The second, we were right next to the kitchen so early in the morning our room would smell like cooking oil and burning batter.

This place is great the location to get in not so much but the hotel over all was incredible from the pool to the hot tub the employees the family suite all of it and the ocean was less then a 5 minute walk you have your own private gate to go in and out of as well so only guest from this hotel can go and come from

I called and asked for a no pet room and was told yes they will make sure it was no pet allow room. Got there and said they were all pet friendly. Door never worked properly when trying to open. Room lamps etc were rusty. Phone didn’t work. Bed sheets were stained really bad. Pillo cases were nasty had to asked for them to change them. Breakfast was ok. Pool was warm( my kids and I loved that). The ladies were nice saying hi, welcome, have a nice day ect. Hotels should update room pictures and and have rooms where no pets are allowed. Elevator needs maintenance. Loved the view I had.

Pros: I've stayed here many times because it is reliably non-smoking (super important to me) and pet friendly with low pet/ESA animal fee. Also the location right off the beach is really great and the staff is friendly and helpful. I also appreciate the breakfast and the washing machines and dryers. Reasonably priced rooms Sunday to Thursday and also during the winter. Good sized room, great mini- fridge, also has microwave and coffee maker and TV with lots of channels. Black out curtains are great. It's been quiet every time I've been there but I've never been during spring break. Always felt safe. Little store for snacks near office. Adequate free parking. Medium sized outdoor pool.
Cons: Recent weekend prices are outrageous (3x other rate). Smoking allowed near entrance and pool. Very little grass for dogs. Worn and stained carpet, lamp shades and inner curtains. Damp. Dehumidifier is way too small for the room and needs cleaning. Wish I had brought my own dehumidifier from home (tip: bring yours). Had to empty their dehumidifier 3 to 4 times a day and the humidity never dropped below 69 and usually was in the 70s and 80s. So much so that you know the feeling when paper feels limp in your hands because it's so damp. AC works, but it can be musty and windows don't open. Coils or something need cleaning or replacing. Desk chair wheel broken, phone- no dial tone, keys constantly need re-authorization. I do recommend it. For Sun-Thursday staying here is a no brainer.

I wanted a balcony, paid extra for it and my view was a building. Who pays for balcony to look at a building? That shouldn't be considered an upgraded room. We had a leak in our room wet towels everywhere. I had to stand around and wait to get a table for breakfast. Not enough room for the size of hotel. The locals, large groups with coolets, came in the evenings to swim. Gates were never locked.I will not stay at this place again.

The breakfast was amazing 👏 whatever chef they have must get a raise. The staff was good with great etiquette. I will be returning to this hotel.

I want to start by saying we were very happy with our stay and experience at this property. We will be staying here again. BUT... I don't feel like a property can improve if the cons aren't mentioned along with the pros. So, here goes..

Pros:
- Location was awesome, I wouldn't call it technically beachfront but it's on the right side of the road and a very close walk with a private walkway to the beach. It's also ideal for accessing shopping and restaurants without the need to drive anywhere once you're checked in.
- Breakfast: THANK YOU! Awesome really in comparison to the garbage served at most hotels these days. Not a sprawling selection but, waffle makers, REAL eggs, breakfast meats, beans, biscuits depending on the day. They keep it stocked the entire time and everything is fresh. Fruits, yogurt, muffins, juice etc. A Win!
- Room was a good size and the beds were pretty comfy, even had a love seat.
- Staff was the best at the front desk and breakfast.

Cons:
- Toilet was a bit dirty which grossed me out
- Shower curtain rod was a mess which made it impossible to keep the shower curtain closed. It's not like it wasn't noticeable to the staff, it's bad. I reported it to the front desk on the way out. Just an annoyance, didn't ruin our trip.
- We stayed 3 nights and every morning our cards had to be re-activated which was annoying when tired and just want to get back in your room.

Great breakfast, but rub and pool were clean. Loved being able to grill next to the pool. I stayed for 2 nights. First room i went to had an old dish rag smell to it and the phone didn't work so I had to go to the front desk. But they switched room which was better but the TV mount had the TV crooked, which they promptly came to fix once I called. I would recommend a tile floor instead of the carpet. It absorbs so much water and dirt. Otherwise it really needs a shampoo everywhere. The hallways are noticeably black. Elevator made some concerning noises. Love that checkout was at 11. The beach access is a far walk which i thought was closer but there is a completely different apartment complex behind the hotel which has closer access to the beach.

Pros: Lots of kudos for being a pet friendly 100% non-smoking hotel on the island. Staff is friendly. Maids are good. Breakfast is standard fare. But I ate it everyday and appreciated it being there. Washing machine and dryer are a plus. Elevators work fine. There's a little store beside the office which is handy for a late night snack. My room had the best little refrigerator I've had in any hotel ever. The Beach access is great. Good water pressure in bath. Blackout curtain is good.
Cons: Way overpriced on the weekends which is 3x the weekday rate. The room dehumidifier is too small. I had to dump it three or four times a day. And it never got below 69% humidity in my room. The tray in the dehumidifier needs to be cleaned out. The AC coils need to be cleaned out. It's a little musty. Some of the lampshades had multiple stains on them and should be replaced! The thin curtain over the window had several stains including one bigger than a quarter. The Chair for the Desk - one of the rollers just came right off. There was a place on the carpet by the door that apparently was a patch. It was a square that was about a foot by foot that just looked tacky. There's a place on the Hall where it looks like someone took a saw and sawed a rectangle into it. There is not enough grass for the dogs around the area. When I was there, what little grass they did have was roped off. The pool is small. People are allowed to smoke in the pool and right outside the front door. I give it a B.

I would have given 5 stars, but some of the room furnishings need updated. The breakfast was good and well stocked and maintained. The heated pool and spa were clean and nice in size. The walk to the beach goes through a narrow walk with walls on both sides, not bad just not what we expected. Staff was friendly. Just keep in mind beachside doesn't mean on the beach, it indicates which side of the main road the hotel is on. The halls and eating area seemed really cold.

For the price we paid for our room I wasn't expecting to find rust encrusted lamp shades, soap scum build up in the shower, grimy dust on the air conditioner and certainly not what I'm guessing to be blood on the curtains. This hotel could indeed invest in a better cleaning staff.

Room had a moldy smell. There were multiple areas in the room that looked poorly maintained and worn. And the main cause for my cancelation of the second night was due to my door malfunctioning not once but twice. The first time it happened, I was assured it was due to a dying battery and that it would not happen again. Following day, around noon time, and after a 4 mile walk of the island, it happened again. The manager made it seem as if it was my fault somehow for not sliding the card in right. As if I didnt frustratingly try everything to get it work. That was the final straw.

Given my experience. I will be avoiding any future bookings at this location.

Decent room availability during spring break window, receptionist was very unwelcoming and unapproachable. The room was maintained well, ac unit made a lot of noise throughout the night and it hard to fall asleep. There was evidence of cockroach infestation ifentified by multiple stages of cockroach maturity. 4 or 5 different cockroaches were seen in different parts of the room. I wouldn't recommend staying here if other options are available.

The staff is amazing. The hotel is less than 5 min from the beach. There’s a candy store and McDonalds nearby and it’s close to pretty much everything. The pool and hot tub were great. The gym has some dumbells and a treadmill so you can get a quick little workout in. There’s a shower to rinse off when coming back from the beach. There was no hassle getting checked in. They also have tons of stuff for sale if you forgot snacks or any other necessities.. the rooms were spacious and clean. The shower pressure is also great! Would definitely stay again

We were 5 people to stay in a suite room...which had a broken toilet that couldnt be flushed cus it would overfill...when i notified staffed she shrugged her shoulders and said there is nothing that can be done...the lights kept turning on and off they had electrical issues...and our tv did not work either...i really was expecting a different experience

We reserved a handicap-accessible room because it was the only option available at the time. Unfortunately, it ended up causing several issues during our stay. When we used the handicap shower, water escaped from the back corner of the shower base and flooded the entire bathroom floor. We had to use every towel available just to clean up the water, and my kids refused to shower afterward because of the mess. The bathroom overall felt dirty, to the point that you definitely needed to wear shoes while walking in it. Even the toilet paper dispenser was broken.
There were three guests in our room—myself and my two kids—but when we asked for pool towels, we were told we could only have two at a time and would have to return them before getting another. That policy felt inconvenient considering the number of guests.
Breakfast was also disappointing. The main thing I used it for was the coffee, since the in-room coffee setup only makes one cup plus you have to purchase water. On our last morning, however, the coffee machine was apparently out of coffee and was dispensing what looked like light brown water. I informed the front desk and asked if someone could check it. When I came back about 20 minutes later, the desk clerk noticed me and said something to the kitchen staff, but the machine was still not fixed by the time we checked out around 8:00 a.m. I had first gone down for breakfast at about 7:02 a.m.

This was our first time staying there and unfortunately we won’t be back. Cruz checked us in and he was welcoming. We stayed in room 102 and the room had a great AC and the beds were very comfortable. However we saw small roaches in the restroom. The breakfast was decent and the coffee was good. The pool was heated and the hot tub was too hot for me. The hotel is conveniently located and close to all the places we usually go too. But the place needs some love.
