The whole resort is overall ok but our room (block 2 G) was awful 😞. Very run down and the bathroom was full of bugs. Didn’t enjoy our stay here glad it was only for 2 nights. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The layout of the hotel was set out well. The gardens were immaculate and well maintained as were the buildings. We would definitely return. Only problem was the additional €20 charge for checking in late as reception closed at either 8pm or 10 pm (not certain as on certain pieces of information states one and others another time)!

The world stops at 5:30 and so do their services. We had an issue with the AC Unit, one day at night only got the tech to come in almost 24hrs later. My daughter fell because of water on the floor due to AC unit, when tech came in there was ice falling, I asked the reception to send someone to clean it up, now I don't ant my daughter falling again, but because it was 5:30, they basically said \"too bad\" can't send anyone to clean.
I obviously complained and explained that if my daughter got hurt again it would be on them, and they finally send someone with towels, hand them to my husband and tell him to clean it, and walk away.

Good Hotel but Building 2 is for Sound Sleepers
The hotel is in a good location with clean, well equipped apartments and very friendly staff however if you happen to be placed in one of the apartments in Block/Building 2 that faces the road make sure you have earplugs. These rooms are very noisy as the road is busy throughout the night and has large recycling dumpsters that are emptied in the very early morning.

The apartment was OK and clean,we were there 10 days and never had the linen or towels changed dispite an email from them to say it would be changed mid stay.
The complex is very clean with the two pools and surrounding being the same.
Would we return Yes ,but perhaps not on the road side as it is VERY noisy with the general traffic day and night.

The perfect place to rewind and recharge
A great place to recharge - a free shuttle bus to Old Town or the beach (10/15 minutes walk) would be great for business & guests - I'm sure if they worked with other hotels apartments that they could combine the service & cost - I've seen that done in the last place I stayed out there - also one drawback I had was the tv only English speaking channels were sky news/BBC world news/eurosport - think with free view etc available that there could be more even a music channel - it's ok if you are with a group- I travel solo in order to rewind so would not be going out to bars etc - but Netflix on my phone solved that for an hour each evening - by then I had all read out and needed a change!! I have stayed here in total three times & that alone says a lot - each time out of season - would highly recommend it to be honest

Spent 10 very relaxing and enjoyable days at this hotel - The staff were very helpful and friendly - the pool area is easily accessible from all parts of the complex - At night it is a quiet area - there are bars and restaurants within walking distance, but you need a car to get to the beach and other amenities - The beach itself is lovely.

This was the first time we have been to these apartment/s which were very clean,with maid service six days out of the seven. The only disapointment was that there was no oven in the kitchen but that was no big issue. We had a hire car which meant you had to parked in the garage (below ground) to reach our Appt you had to clime 36 steps to reach the floor of the appartment ,there was no lift, no so good when you have difficulties walking with mobility issues. That said,a ground floor apartment would have suited us best rather than the first floor.

Toll das es in Strandnähe ist. Das Apartment war gross genug für eine.vierköpfige Familie. Der Pool ist sehr einladend. Die.Putzfrauen kamen alle zwei Tage. Zur Innenseite des Komplexes ist es schön ruhig. Das kann man von einem Appartement mit Balkon zur Straßenseite nicht behaupten.

O parqueamento é muito pequeno, tive de solicitar troca de lugar, pois era muito difícil estacionar, mas facultaram-me de imediato um lugar melhor.
Condomínio muito cuidado, com 3 piscinas, uma de água salgada e uma para crianças.
Apartamentos com boas instalações, mas esperava um pouco melhor do sofá cama, pois indica que poderão ir 4 pessoas, mas 2 delas têm dificuldades em ficar confortáveis.
Cozinha com todos os utensílios necessários. Varanda muito estreita, de facto estão mal aproveitadas, face à zona envolvente.
A 5 min. de carro da praia Manuel Lourenço, com óptimo estacionamento.
Com supermercado, mesmo ao lado, com pão quente a várias horas do dia, cafés e multibanco.
O parqueamento é muito pequeno, tive de solicitar troca de lugar, pois era muito difícil estacionar, mas facultaram-me de imediato um lugar melhor.

Vi fick byta till sektion T där var standarden riktigt bra, stora rum och fina balkonger, de som vette mot poolen. andra lägen var mot en trafikerad väg. Sängans fruktansvärt hårda. Poolområdet och utemiljön mycket bra. Ett måste att ha bil för att kunna se sig om, inte ett område för promenader. Maten billig på restaurangerna. Nära till matvarubutik.

Prima appartementen. De locatie is goed voor uitstapjes(Albufeira) en het strand als je over een auto beschikt. Het complex ziet er zeer verzorgd uit. De appartementen zijn schoon,zijn wat gedateerd, de keuken is compleet met wasautomaat. De bedden zijn keihard en dus niet prettig om op te liggen. Geen BVN aanwezig.

La résidence est jolie surtout côté piscine (2 piscines avec bains de soleil et parasols + pataugeoire + petit bar ouvert la journée, 2 wc. Le stationnement extérieur est possible à l'intérieur de la résidence (pour un stationnement en sous-sol c'est payant). Il faut prendre une chambre côté piscine pour ne pas être gêner par la forte circulation même la nuit. Le balcon est agréable. Tous les appartements sont meublés à l'identique : mêmes meubles, canapés, rideaux... et malheureusement rien de change d'année en année. Nous sommes venus dans cette résidence en 2008 pour la 1ère fois et y sommes retournés 2 fois depuis. Seule la chambre offre des bons matelas pour un bon sommeil. Nous sommes un couple avec un enfant de 13 ans. Notre fils a dormi dans le salon mais il était impossible pour lui de dormir sur le canapé convertible qui est vieux et d'origine (la mousse est beaucoup trop fine et aplatie depuis des années, on sent les armatures même quand on s'assoit). Il a très mal dormi sur le lit pliant dont la mousse est aussi trop fine, même après que nous ayons demandé une mousse supplémentaire. Donc pour le confort de 3 personnes, il faut prendre un appartement avec 2 chambres. La cuisine a un lave-linge, mais il n'y a pas assez de vaisselle et les poêles sont usées, il n'y a qu'un micro-ondes et il n'y a pas de four. Le personnel à l'accueil est sympathique et renseigne bien sur toutes les activités possibles à proximité. La plage de Galé est à 2-3 kilomètres à pied.

Foi uma estadia de uma semana apenas, mas deixou vontade de lá voltar. Infra-estruturas muito boas, com o essencial para umas férias low-Cost (cozinhar em casa). Boa acessibilidade para praias quer a pé quer de carro. Fantásticas piscinas para desfrutar o dia todo ou apenas durante uma parte do dia, bem localizado com cafés dentro e nas proximidades do empreendimento assim como supermercados.

Nous avons déjà séjourné dans cette résidence en 2008 et nous l'avons trouvé aussi belle que la 1ère fois, bien entretenue, façades et extérieurs propres. Nous avons encore choisi vue sur piscine car l'environnement n'est pas exceptionnel. L'intérieur de la résidence autour des 2 piscines (dont 1 bien grande) est très agréable et joli. Les balcons sont assez grands pour y prendre tous les repas. L'appart est spacieux et lumineux, avec lave-linge, et les pièces sont climatisées. Des employées refont les lits et balaient lavent le sol tous les jours. Le personnel à l'accueil est agréable.

Hotel très sympathique, bon équipement.. Suffisant pour des vacances reposante en famille. Nous avons apprécié le personnel de la réception qui a tjrs répondu rapidement à nos demandes. Il y a 2 piscines + 1 piscine pour enfants. L'isolation de l'appartement est vraiment le point faible, nous entendons tout ce qui se passe à l'extérieur.. La plage est un peu éloigne mais pour le reste c'est vraiment bien, nous y retournerons.
