The staff was really nice and courteous, the stay was comfortable, the only thing that I see for an upgrade is the bathroom as to the fact the sink was attached to the wall out side the bathroom and very small inside where toilet and tub were, not much space to dry off and because tub and toilet in close proximity it makes it difficult to get in the shower, everything else was great!

The building was really old and run down. My ground floor room had a sliding glass door out to the parking lot and no bar in place for security so as a woman travelling alone I hated that.

However the staff were great, the breakfast was decent, the rooms were clean.

The hotel was ok for a budget hotel. The room needs some updates. The hallways smell musty and a little smokey. Our tv didn’t work which was frustrating. They did fix it but it took time.

The hotel was okay. Nothing special about it. It is outdated, needs a remodel. Very old TV, furniture etc but it was the cheapest I found on a short notice trip and the AC was great, the room was clean, the breakfast was decent.

Check-in was fine.
Room not extemely clean (hair everwhere and some stains)
Couch had holes and stains.
Water was usually lukewarm.
AC worked well.
A bright, blinking light that was very annoying all night from the carbon monoxide monitor.
Police presence just down the hall almost all day on Saturday.
Breakfast was mid. The coffee machine is very dangerous (spits hot coffee).
Bed comfy. Pillows small and lumpy.
Lots of staff, but the stairway and outside were always dirty.
Toilet bowl handle needed constant shaking. Toilet seat was loose.

So, I'm not going to say you get what you pay for because I've stayed in cleaner, more updated, and well-taken care of places that cost even less than this. Not sure I would stay here again, as cleanliness is number one for me. I also didn't feel safe seeing a man with an ankle monitor, and the number of police that were there on one of the days. This place is more like a 2.5 out of 5.

Very run down, everything from the landscaping around the property all grown up, too the room amenities. I understand it’s a budget hotel, but this is a terrible place to stay. Way better budget hotels available in the area. Stains on bed skirting, and couch’s in rooms. Broken shower curtain rods. Also moldy muffins in the continental breakfast offered. While I sat there, another guest brought it up to the employee working. I stayed at this location in 2024, thought it was great then. Come back in 2026, they must have changed ownership. And it’s for the worse… next trip, will be staying somewhere else.

The bed was comfortable but the room itself could have been better maintained. The wallpaper was peeling, water marks on the ceiling in the bathroom, a hole next to the faucet in the shower. For the location, the price was good.

The only thing I requested was a water- fill spout for my bottle. There was a springwater tap in the gym and the staff readily gave me the key. I've found most places have it in or near the breakfast room, someplace public. It was a great hotel, not top-of-the-line but neat and clean and friendly.

Dated hotel - old carpets in the hallways and run down elevators. However, our room was renovated and was fairly large.
Parking is $50 for that hotel which is ridiculously high!

It was a lovely place to stay. Nice and clean. The breakfast was good too. Loved the soft omelettes. The room has everything covered. Microwave, coffee, iron with the ironing table, mini fridge. Air cond is old but very good.

Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was fine. Outside grounds were terrible with tall grass and weeds in garden areas. There was an old mattress on the ground by the garbage container which was at the exit of the parking lot. Entry door windows need a good cleaning WITHOUT streaks. They were cleaned one day but were very streaky. It seemed that someone didn't care to do a thorough job. Bathroom light fixtures was very rusty. Bathroom fan was not inserted well and I wondered if it might fall but it didn't. I took pictures. TV worked on one channel but there was no volume. The fridge worked well the first night but the second night it froze my apples and yogurt. I had not changed the setting. Bed and towels were clean. Hotel was quiet. I appreciated being given a first floor room so I didn't have to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs. Curtains were dirty and dragging on the floor.

Room was clean but the carpets are old and dirty. Need a good shampoo . Edges all around the carpet dark and dirty. Bathroom tub had nicks in it. Two small thin complimentary bars of soap that barely kept the soapyness to them. Front desk staff pleasant but speak with thick accents and so fast we couldn't understand most of what they said. Did not get down in time for breakfast so assume it's your usual continental breakfast. No worries about parking . Plenty of spaces. From the outside the building looked old and run down. The grounds are right by the expressway so you can hear the traffic . The grounds need trimming and work as well. Bed is not that comfortable. Pillows old and lumpy. Had difficulty sleeping .

Early checkin was possible, friendly staff. One thing that could be better: when a family beside me dropped a glass of something on the floor, it was promptly cleaned up but Mr Clean was so strong, I couldnt finish my breakfast as I was inhaling it, choking me. Mop up yes, but wait 10 min before you disinfect the whole place so we can enjoy our breakfast.

The prices charged to stay here are exorbitant especially when the rooms are so worn out. The shower hasn’t seen a renovation since the early 80s and was barf-worthy, the carpet had pulls everywhere, a light didn’t work, the sofa was well-worn and stained, there was a hole in the window screen. Everything is old AF. $200/night + tax is ludicrous for the hole that this place is.

I had to leave each day of my stay before the breakfast was open (after 7:00 AM), so I cannot comment on the breakfast. The location and access to the motel is excellent and easy to get to. Parking was adequate and close to my suite. The different attendants at the front counter were cheerful and helpful. The exercise room was adequate, and the operator did not mind my going past the closing time.

Breakfast was pretty poor quality. I wouldn't even consider it a feature for the hotel. The pillows were the lumpiest bricks I've ever had the displeasure of using. The rooms alarms had a bright flashing silver light you couldn't turn off. Sheets were minimal, it was pretty cold. All in all definitely the worst hotel stay I've had in a long time. Won't be coming back

Parking on the main level could be right outside your room with multiple entrances around the building made bringing in our stuff so easy. Breakfast was delicious and fresh everyday, staff were friendly and helpful, and most important it was quiet at night!

Definitely an older building and needs some upgrades. Beds were comfortable. The room was clean, but fixtures are old and the air conditioning is loud. One major downfall if you’re looking to take a hot shower, the shower water was barely warm.
