Well, we had to be moved four times to different rooms first time.The room next to us was playing loud music.That was ridiculous.The second room we walked in dirty towels on the floor bed unmade, the third row, we go in everything looked fine.We started unpacking, and I went to the restroom.Just to pee and come out, get our suits on.And i'm like, is that toilet running?And there was water everywhere, all over the floor like just the whole floor is covered in water. The fourth room was ok. I will say you can hear the highway pretty good. I will say the pool was on the cool side dor being heated. I will not be staying there again. The guy at the front desk was super nice and lady bot as friendly

We have stayed in this hotel many years ago and weren't disappointed. This time we were not impressed. It is definitely showing it's age. The only update I could see was the flooring in the rooms. The elevators did not smell pleasant. The doors to the rooms had a 1.5 inch gap under them so you could hear everything in the hallway and definitely the adjoining rooms. The Marijuana smell was another down side. It was very strong and for non smoking hotel rooms. Some people don't like the smell and choose rooms based on that. The bathroom lighting was very dim and it was very old looking and did not feel clean. The room was spacious and the balcony was nice if you want to check out the city views. Even though the price was under the others in the area, I don't think we'll choose this location again. Also this location does not include breakfast.

The building was old. Elevators sounded like it would break down. Floor in lobby, hallway on 15th floor and elevator floors were dirty, and had uncleaned stains. Bedroom bedding had yellow stains. Air conditioner barely put out cool air. Very disappointed in this stay. The restaurant upstairs was wonderful! Great service, food hot and fresh!

It's a Radisson, it's been around awhile. But I was pretty content with my stay. Complimentary parking pass for the garage, walking distance to the start line for the Flying Pig, gorgeous view of downtown Cincinnati and wonderful staff. Thank you for the late checkout for us runners!

Noisy! The hotel itself is fine, but the location is terrible. It overlooks the highway (I-71) and has through-wall air conditioners that carry the road noise into the room. Chatting with another guest, I learned that it isn't just the rooms facing the highway that are noisy; the other side apparently catches noise from nearby railroad tracks.

Oh, and don't make the mistake I did, assuming that \"Radison Cincinnati\" is in Cincinnati. It's in Covington, KY.

Wonderful place to stay! I spent a full week there as a solo traveler and truly enjoyed everything. The front desk staff was very helpful with anything I needed, which made the stay even more comfortable. The rooms were very clean, and the view is absolutely gorgeous. You should definitely try it—especially the higher floors!

The hotel met the needs of the trip. The staff was accommodating in the ways that they could be— they ran out of blankets which was frustrating because the vents never cut off. And. The young lady from housekeeping took over two hours to clean the room next to mine and spent the entire time with her cousin on speaker phone talking extremely loud. I was also disappointed that the curtains did not close at all, so in the morning it was extremely bright and preventative of sleeping in.
Also. You can heat upstairs and outside. If you’re a light sleeper this may not be the facility for you.

The room was dirty. The carpet was well outdated stinky and brown.
There was some sort of bug on one of the beds so of course we checked all of the bedding and mattresses only to find nasty brown spots between both box springs and covers. No bugs thankfully. The tv was outdated as well.
The indoor pool was supposed to be the highlight of this stay but it was unbearably cold and far from relaxing. They could have possibly made up for that by having a hot tub to enjoy but they didn’t have one.
Check in/out wasn’t pleasant either. Checking in having questions seemed to be a bother to staff. At checkout there was one man who was part of the USS Rich group (Navy) in front of me trying to get his bill yet I was there 30 mins. Simply because the woman working the desk was extremely overwhelmed by an apparent dissatisfied customer on the phone, being distracted she handed the Veteran in front of me 4 different bills that were not his. She wasn’t talking to him at all or asking questions only handing him a bunch of bills that were not his. Speaking to him directly only to argue with the man telling him the bill she was giving him was correct. 3 different times he was told it was his bill when it clearly was not. She paid absolutely no attention to what he was saying to her or the fact that he had laid his room key down with his room number on it to help her out attempting to not interrupt her on the phone. It was disrespectful and disturbing to watch. A very unpleasant stay.

Room: missing thermostat, A/C unit in the room smelled funny and made noised when it was running. The Smart TV wasn't a smart tv but only a hospitality TV. Because of the unsecured network, we could only watch live TV and couldn't even connect to our own hotspot to use the Smart options on the TV.

Food options: The Fifth restaurant was only open for breakfast and then sporadically for dinner even though it had a lunch and dinner menu. There were no options to eat there except for breakfast.
The Eighteen Rotating Restaurant was an option but was seemingly expensive and needed reservations.

Staff: Front desk took all of our concerns but didn't seem to work on the Thermostat and A/C issue we told them about. However, there were very good about switching our room when the door of the first room we had wouldn't close.

The staff were wonderful people and super easy to talk to and work with. Along with the staff working the revolving restaurant were great! The room however was unfortunately dirty. The main table/countertop along with parts of the bathroom were definitely not cleaned. The sliding glass door had a bunch of finger prints/hand prints and smudges all over the glass.

Staff were wonderful- above and beyond. Unfortunately, it smelled weird- like someone tried to spray to cover up pot smell. Room smell (cleaning products, I assume) was overpowering but room was very clean. W.C. light didn’t work. Elevator was a little scary- it’s obviously been around for a while. The first floor bar/restaurant was closed and that was our “dinner” plans for the two nights. By a highway, so pretty loud no matter where you are… but that’s not their fault- just a warning to pay for a premium city view unless you don’t mind the noise.

Shower floor was so slippery that we had to hang onto shower door handle, several bedside outlets didn’t work, which were needed for CPAP, and the light switch at the entrance to our room didn’t turn on lights, forcing us to walk around in the dark until we found other switches. When we talked to the manager, she was rude, passive aggressive, and blamed us for not reporting it at 1AM, when she could have given us a different room, which was not a useful solution.

They overbooked by 40 rooms and did not notify us our room was canceled until we arrived. No alternative accommodations were offered and we still haven’t been refunded. They ruined what was supposed to be memorable birthday experience. The room was ok. The heater in room had a whole in it and you could hear the cars on the freeway. Then the pool was terrible. The water was so cloudy and dirty, it did not smell like chlorine or any pool chemicals. The doors to the rooms were very heavy and they had a bunch of young teenagers running in and out of the rooms late at night which keeps you up.

Cons: some upper management person decided to allow a giant block of rooms that they did not have to be booked Friday morning. That evening I was not able to get into my room until 8pm, and only because I had prepaid earlier in the week. I watched dozens of travelers with reservations just get straight up turned away. Combining that with a giant block group showing up at once that even when my room was “ready” I stood in line for an hour to get checked in. Gigantic waste of money. The staff was apologetic and it’s not their fault but I’ll be registering a complaint with corporate.

The room was okay for an overnight stay. I wouldn't want to stay more than one night this hotel. It looks like it needs to be badly upgraded. The staff was superb during check in and check out. However, the carpet didn't feel very clean. The balcony was a nice touch to the room, however it just felt so old. The bathroom didn't look clean upon arrival. However there was more than enough face cloths and towels for the 3 of us that occupied the room.

I didn't get much of an opportunity to check out the amenities adequately, but the room was nice and the staff was wonderful! There were adequate trolleys to carry out luggage and the elevators seem to always be there when you needed one, even though it seemed there were a lot of people staying there. The best part for us, however, was the location as it was central to our specific needs and close to pretty much everything.

Our room that we had booked the door was unlocked when we went in which was already raising an eyebrow then upon further inspection there were crumbs alllll behind the head board what looked to be a blunt roach on the bed and the mattress was all torn to pieces. Luckily the front desk associate was very friendly and switched us rooms. The second one was better just still had a dingy feel the only thing I really liked about this hotel was the balcony view overall slightly disappointed but we made the best of the situation.
