The room was fine, we didn’t use the restaurant or gym, but the staff at the Starbucks was fantastic. Nice hotel for the price, we stayed for two nights, beds were very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.

Airport shuttle was at the airport ready to pick us up immediately and since we got in at midnight and were tired, this was much appreciated. When we got to the hotel it took just a few minutes check in and we were in the room and in bed!

This hotel is absolutely phenomenal room was beautifully cleaned. None of our belongings were messed with which is always a plus I usually stray away from having room service while I’m staying in a hotel but with them I was comfortable and trusting and I’m glad I was. The Staff is exceptional and very helpful and always kind. Will definitely stay here again for sure. Also, if you’re looking for great places to eat, ask the bartender Tommy at the Inn hotel restaurant he is very knowledgeable friendly and will definitely give you good restaurant recommendations.

I am a Hilton member, and the stay was fine, friendly staff. The small $2 water bottles left in the room for non Hilton members struck me as Hilton not having compassion for regular travelers, who of course are dehydrated from travel (the place is right by the airport). We bought large waters at a nearby gas station, just out of principle.

The shuttle drivers are not pleasant whatsoever. They made me feel like i was putting them out, both the drivers. The first one to pick me up at the airport never even offer to help me put all my luggage on so i made a comment to the receptionist at the front desk, who i have to say was very pleasant. The driver who had transported me back to the airport was even more unpleasant. He did put my suitcase on, but did not seem very happy and not friendly whatsoever. Would not stay here again because of this. DONT USE THEIR SHUTTLE, and you will have a better stay! Sorry to say it was not a good experience.

The staff was great. The dresser looked worn out the paint was peeling off. The shower tub was high i almost fell getting out. The knobs for the shower was at the back of the shower so i had to get sprayed with cold water before getting in. The gym smelled bad and the pool looked dated.

Expedia very explicitly said what you see is the price you pay. No indication that parking was mandatory extra fee. Arrived at Hotel only to get fleeced for an additional parking fee to park in their parking lot. Bait and switch false advertising gimmick. Do your homework at always call for diret pricing and ask questions.

The employee at the front desk was very abrupt and rude when answering my question. The room was unimpressive. The front door stuck, the carpet dingy, the USB charging ports on one of the lamps were busted and couldn't be used, the bathroom sink fixtures weren't affixed to the sink and felt like they were going to come out, the shower didn't drain properly so you stood in a bath of water while you showered, the heat in the room barely worked despite trying to use the thermostat controls, and paint was peeling from the ceiling.

The city was working on a water main near the hotel which shut down water to the hotel. There was no notification to the guests of this problem as far as I know. The water shut-off affected the fire alarm, setting it off several times throughout the evening, continuing until the next morning. The only explanation I got was after I called to complain about the lack of water pressure in the shower earlier that evening. The guests were forced to evacuate for a false alarm later that night. However subsequent alarms quickly shut off and were ignored. I found the lack of communication with guests from hotel management odd, puzzling and perhaps irresponsible. Other than that everything was fine and what one would expect from a Hilton. I was a little put off by the parking fee for guests however, even though it was somewhat modest ($12/night) compared to other places I have stayed, because I wasn’t aware of it when making the reservation.

There was a water main break - we weren't told about it until the end of the check out process. They said it would be fixed in 45 min but it was 1AM before it was fixed. Also, the pool was closed for maintenance and we were not notified. The worst part was that the fire alarm went off falsely 5 times from 10:30PM to 12AM. We had a baby who was woken up and a dog to carry down 4 flights of stairs. When we complained they said to \"write it in the comments\" with no solution. We left at midnight as we did not want to be woken up any more and at that point the water was still not working. This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had and I will never stay at a Hilton ever again.

The mattress needed to be replaced. They did not rotate the mattresses 180 degrees every few months to keep it even on top. Everyone sleeps on the same side and this makes a big dip you now have to sleep in. There were two queen beds in our room and they both had this issue.

I really liked the decor throughout the hotel, i absolutly loved being able to check in online using the Hilton app and was able to use my phone as the room key. I also got to pick the exact room we stayed in online, which was super cool. We really enjoyed our stay at this Hilton.

Decent hotel actually. Room was nice. The amenities are nice. But they make you pay for parking which feels like being nickeled and dimed. It's not like this hotel is downtown and in an area where parking is limited. The lot is huge with more than enough spaces. It does mention the added cost for parking in the fine print so my bad for not noticing it. But there are several other hotels in the area that I've stayed at that are just as nice that don't charge for parking. So I doubt I'll be back.

There was a blood stain on the bedding, water damage on the ceiling, parking was an additional $12, breakfast was an additional $18, even water was an additional $2. This felt like predatory pricing for a below average room. The shower opened into the toilet and it was a fall hazard, very badly designed. I have stayed at much better quality hotels than this is supposed to be at half the price. I am very disappointed at Hilton and will no longer be staying there.

I stayed 3 days/2 nights. There was trash on the hallway floor in the same spot each day.
Although I requested no service and had a DND sign on my door, a chair arrived while I was out. It seems that staff could have let me know.
And, I was very surprised to be charged to park. And no coffee for guests unless I purchased a watered down, not hot, Starbucks adjacent to the lobby.
I have been more pleased by lesser starred hotels.
