You'll never end up staying at another motel, me we have a negative experience anywhere else. This motel met every need I had as a spying customer and I enjoyed how conveniently every store was placed throughout the nearby zona Rosa Mall. I highly recommend this motel to the next person and more(:

This is an older motel than desperately needs updating. The beds were good. The floors were dingy, the toilet flap leaked so the toilet flushed every 10-12 minutes, room lighting was limited. My first attempt at checking in was a no go since no one came to the desk for over five minutes. The bell sounded when I entered, I pressed the call button three times, and left after 6 minutes, we had somewhere else to be. Two hours later we were able to check in. This is an acceptable place to stay if you need to stop, but it wouldn’t be a place to add to your destination list.

Great place to stay.

Came in for Worlds of Fun and a Tigers game in KC. The front desk girl was so nice and professional. The room was clean and the king bed was so perfect. The tv worked and every channel worked. Will for sure be back. Price was reasonable. The only down side was the breakfast. The apple juice was bad and the milk was off. Lots of food near by and the gas stations have plenty of beverages to cool off with after a long day at the park.

Comfortable 2-star hotel

This is a comfortable place to shower and sleep. It's clean, well-kept, and convenient to the area. Don't expect much more or you will be disappointed.

The breakfast is minimal, with coffee, hot water and tea, milk, orange and apple juice, oatmeal, Raisin Bran, Frosted Flakes and bread/toast. No protein, muffins, or Danish. There's a Starbucks and a McDonalds within 200 feet of the hotel if you need more options.

The rooms carpet felt dirty, there were hairs on the “clean towels,” the the blankets were paper thin, the door to the room was made out of thin material and not safe feeling. Outside our window was garbage including a tampon. Outside of the room the hall was out dated and had some liquid damages in spots.

Breakfast is only continental breakfast cereal, toast, coffee. Location of property nice near restaurants and shopping.. I went to check in I had reserved a king bed, but was told only a double bed was available. I was disappointed but said OK I had traveled a long way with my husband and was tired.. the thing that bothers me the Front Desk Agent she said the room was on third floor. That alone was not alarming, but after I got my keys and grabbed my luggage with my husband we realized there was no elevator! No one informed me there was no elevator at check-in. I have a bad knee and trouble walking and had to go up all those stairs EVERYTIME I came in and out of the facility if it was not for my husband being there, I would not have been able to get my luggage to the room. No one ever offered to assist with the luggage, knowing they have no elevator! I had to find out on my own, which I would’ve appreciated the transparency from the lady at the front desk to make sure that that was OK, that alone made my stay very bad.. I just would appreciate it, someone telling me there was no elevator at the property instead of me finding out my own way. At least try to assist us with the bags my, husband even struggle with the luggage getting it up to the third floor, outside of that the room was clean. Hallway had a light odor of old cigarettes. Staff nice but I will not book there again.

When entering the hotel room,it had a smell of wet clothes that had later been to in the dryer.
Later I found out the air conditioner in the room was basically a window unit that leaked extremely bad on the carpet.
They have a laundry room on the property which is good but the washer and dryer are outdated.I had difficulty getting fresh towels, as I ask the front desk person for some. He gave me two towels and I didn’t realize it but I had to go back for washcloths. He told me after giving me two that those were the last two and next time I should try to catch the housekeeping in between rooms.
Also there was always someone standing by the front door of the hotel entrance smoking cigarettes.

The carpet in the room appeared to have been recently washed or cleaned but wasn’t fully dry, which made the room feel very humid. The staff was helpful and did their best to find an alternative room, but unfortunately, all the available rooms had the same issue. Given the time of day, we had no choice but to stay. Not sure if we’ll be returning in the future.

Hotel stFf un friendly. Didnt frel safe homeless ppl in out building door that stayed propped open. Im disabled reqstd such room. Refused wyndam rewards #, points etc. Very undafe hsd to cont come out check vehicle. Roo. Stunk had to go buy cleaner to sanitize. Woke with bumps behind hind legs and hips weren't there previously. Breakfast consisted of: low sugar hot cereal, apples tang. No bagels, biscuits nothing. O needed a roll of tissue that frustrated front dezk man. Left to eat Friday am returned couldn't get in bldg. Im disabled with torn pcl in knee on a brace had to wLk back downstairs out door to front desk. Key card disabled checkout not til Saturday 11am. Response was they dunno y. Welp no one has access to key cards but front desk. Very much of inconvenience for a lil trip out the city. That location is unfit to serve general public. I totally wasted my money.

The room and property were good in general. We had 2 issues. The first was that yhe sheets did not fit well and kept coming up from the corners. The second was that there was a bathtub, but no drain stopper of any kind, so to take a bath I had to cover the drain with the plastic tray for the hand soap and a washcloth. But the location was very nice, close to relatives and Zona Rosa.

Breakfast consisted only of coffee, hot water, and an instant oatmeal pack. We went to McDonald's.

Only one hand soap and one face towel were provided per night. My wife also had bug bites. The 3:30 AM knocking on the door was scary; there was noise all night from upstairs. I will never return to this property.

There was a gentleman staying across the hall from me. He had visitors that were repeatedly knocking and screening through the room door. From 8pm - after midnight the two people were in their room fighting causing a very loud ruckus making it very hard to sleep not knowing what was going to happen. No staff member intervened, other guests tried but were not successful.

Paid for a late check out which was never approved so had to leave at 11am instead of 3pm as planned. Free breakfast consisted of cereal, apples and oatmeal. Checked in online but they still asked me for credit card and ID in person even though I repeatedly told them I’d already filled all that out and uploaded my ID online to save time when checking in. The king size bed was comfortable, but the sheets do not fit and the mattress cover does not fit so it came off repeatedly and was very annoying. Tv got about 5 channels. Bathroom was filthy, we didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower in it.

When we first arrived, we were greeted with this strange unpleasant smell. It was all throughout the hallway. Our room was ok but the sheets were not as clean. The curtain had blood stains on it. Not a very pleasant stay, will be our first and last time here. Most of the channels on the TV were not available. The room was not properly dusted.

Stay was fine for what we needed and price. In walking distance to the shopping center, restaurants, and Funny Bone comedy club, where we saw a show. Check-in took a bit, and they asked if two beds were okay instead of having one king like I ordered. The room was very dark at night because one of the lamps didn't work. The room had a fridge and microwave, which was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. The area felt safe and secure.

Disgusting place.

This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. The shower is filled with mold and the sheets on the bed are ripped and don't stay on the bed so I woke up sleeping on the bare mattress, not even the mattress cover. I told the employee about this, he said he'd fix it, but nothing was changed.
