Well there was cops on the neighboring abandoned a property also the cops were in the parking lot of the hotel that we are at there was screws in the windows of our room and I could tell others it was a further drive to what our original destination. It seemed like they were doing a stakeout for our hotel at any point in time the hallway floors were not clean neither was our room the room was decent but I would expect any type of a refund because of the inconvenience of where it was rated also where it said it was always supposed to be like 14.66 mi away it was further than that I wouldn't recommend the room or the hotel or a property for anything there was also construction going on within the facility itself which was never advertised

Me and my family stayed here for the weekend while we attended Planet comic con getting 2 rooms. The hotel was great place to rest and stay with clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The walls were a little thin being able hear loud but muffled talking and laughter through them, family had a minor issue with the temperature control in their mini fridge but overall it's a good place. It also is in walking distance from a few restaurants which is a good bonus.

Hotel is decent— problem is that you get a good rate from Hotels.com but when you go to check in, the management hits you for a whopping $100 deposit which you have to pay or you’ll lose your $70 that you paid for the room! It’s a rip off-I won’t stay there again.

This hotel is NOT as it seems. We arrived pretty early, around noon and check in isn’t until 3 which is fine we just went and toured the city until we could check in but there were two police officers that had arrived and we jokingly said maybe we should stay somewhere else, giving the hotel the benefit of the doubt. We came back around 5pm, checked in and went to our room. When we opened the door, the lights didn’t work, the floors were sticky and there was an awful odor. We went back to the front desk and told the gal working, and she got us a new room on the 3rd floor. We took the elevator up, and found our room. The lights worked, so that was a plus and the floors were still sticky but not nearly as bad as the first room. There was a handful of people in the room next to us playing music, which is fine. Then we started thinking maybe we should stay somewhere else because we started to feel unsafe from the noises the building was making. As we were looking at other options we noticed a bug on the wall. Joking we said it better not be a cockroach. And sure enough it was a cockroach. At that point we said absolutely no to staying. So we took a picture of the roach, grabbed our things and booked it out of the room. We took the elevator back down, and the elevator started shaking like it was about to break. We told the front desk that we were not staying because of all the loud noises, dirty room, and the last straw was seeing the cockroach. Front desk didn’t apologize.

We chose this property based on proximity to the highway and price. We arrived late at night and it was clear why the price was lower. There were many people hanging out in cars in the parking lot, out front, and roaming in and out of the lobby. I was not concerned with my physical safety, but about my car packed for moving. The front desk staff was efficient, but cheerless. The worst issue was that the room had greasy floors, wall-to-wall (we had to wipe with a towel and found a black residue) and there were used wash clothes left in the bathroom. Ick! The bathroom area was very small. It was too late to find another room and the reservation was non-refundable so we stayed.

NEVER STAY HERE. DON'T DO IT.
This is not a hotel, it is a drug-infested, homeless, unsafe, bug riddled, half way house. I guess most of the rooms are permanent stay residents?! Only lasted 30 minutes and had to leave. Bugs everywhere. I've never felt less safe at any place in my life. Staff was useless, untrained and unable to do anything. Just people hanging out inside, outside, hallways. The worst place imaginable. STAY AWAY.

Probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed at for several reasons: 1.) safety and 2.) cleanliness.

There were several homeless people outside of the hotel. Fortunately, I was traveling with someone else so I wasn't alone. However, if I was traveling by myself I would not have felt comfortable staying here.

Furthermore, neither rooms' windows locked. It was a major safety issue and they moved us into a room on the second floor.

The rooms smelt awful, like smoke, as others had mentioned. And, there was still garbage on the floor, as well as dirt and other grime.

I was cheated to book this hotel, just be careful what you see on ads because it is not real.
This place is so dirty and cheap, plus the elevator was broken for awhile, they should at least let customers know when they book the room so there is no surprise and I dont like this surprise. If there is someone working on the elevator so you know it's broken recently and it also shows that they care. But here in this case the front desk just told me it is broken, that is it.
Just like \"it is broken, take care of yourself😀\"
Thanks God I m not too old and I can manage.

The room they gave us wasn't cleaned. We realized that our bedding was dirty when we found hair in our sheets. I called the front desk about this, and the lady was very rude, and just told us all we can just check out and leave. This was 11pm so we would have no where to go. She gave us no real solution, so I asked for fresh sheets and changed them myself. When we woke up in the morning the floor was really wet, worse than when we came in. We saw the floors were damp when we checked in, but assumed that was from being just cleaned. But the morning made it clear there was some other problem going on for the floors to become that wet.

The TV and internet have been out all day. The hotel is sold out and the staff didn’t tell anyone until I just turned my tv on 5 hours after checking in to find it was out after going to the front desk. When I asked to speak to a manager they refused to give me his name and said he wasn’t here. I asked about a discount on the room and they said that I would have to ask the manager about that.

Booked a night stay, arrived at check in time. Rooms are sparse and dated, no carpeting so very echoey, bed/pillows uncomfortable, did not use bath/shower, walls are thin so listened to other occupants swearing & coughing. 3rd floor room, was not advised that elevator was out of order, few vending machines appeared empty.

Freeway close but noisy with truck traffic, train station/yard close and also loud.

Granted, staff can't do much about noise or loud occupants, appeared to be minimally staffed to keep costs down.

The toilet seat was up as if it had been cleaned. But, there was dried pee on it. Only a tiny bottle of shampoo which was ok. But, no soap like most hotels have. Thank goodness that I bring my own. The lighting was very dim even with three lamps on. I wasn't impressed with ANYTHING. The lounge was blocked off & closed with a huge raggedy sign. Vending machines were either empty or almost empty. This hotel needs lots of updates/attention.

The appliances , tv, lights were no plugged in. Lamp broken shade, said non smoking but room smelled of smoke, no shower curtain, had to get towels and hang up shower curtain up our self, no cleaning, making bed, picking up and changing out the towels for the three days for Pitt stay. Hard to find help, desk person gone for long period of time. The fridg was med and still had tape inside. Savory people hanging around anytime of day. No ytelivisoon instructions. We’re gonna leave but no time we had family activity. We will never be back.

Updating your Site

I understand hotels make updates to their services and amenities for their guests. However, this was ridiculous. The room was for 4 guests, but there were only 2 towels. When asked if we could have 2 more towels, we were told they did not have any! The front desk was rude and dismissive about the question—almost as if we shouldn't have asked. Here's what else:
- We were on the 3rd floor-the elevator was broken
- There was absolutely no continental breakfast - room was \"being remodeled\".
-No washroom - none were working
- No full roll of toilet paper or extra roll. They never came when asked.

This place looked nothing like the photos. The elevator was broken. The vending machine was super old and not in proper working order. There was no shampoo or soap for the shower. Only one set of towels. The bed sheet had like blood like stains on it. The pillows if you can even call them that were so old and flat. Three outlets in the room didn’t work. This wasn’t worth the money I paid to stay here. I will never stay there again. This place needs serious updating and work done.

This is basically a homeless whelter it can not be even called a hotel, there is no clenning lady, my sheets were dirty, there was a lot of people outside doing weed and smoking cigarrets, noicy around 10 pm with all the people out side that apparently lived there or stayed long term, super smelly place i want a refound or at least a comensation its not like the pictures. And they also ask for a deposit that its not mention on the add nor the reservation.

It was a surprise when they asked for a 100 usd deposit for the room, i mean what hotel does that ?
