The staff here are very friendly, polite, and professional. Always helpful, and accommodating to the needs of their guests. Parking here is very easy, with a parking garage located at the rear of the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean, well worth the money paid. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn!

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean, parking garage was handy also. The staff were all super friendly, and the hotel had all the typical conveniences you might need. The breakfast was the typical buffet things, only ate it once but did take note that the scrambled eggs were made with love that day. The pool is really small, but it was warm for those who need to know! There was keurig in the room which I appreciated, my only negatives was the bed was pretty worn or old, and the tv is our room was either 720 hp quality or the directv was pirated LOL

I was disappointed the moment I entered the property. It looked old and there was a distinct smell to the carpet or something in the area.

My bedsheet in the room was not new, it obviously looked used. I called up the Front Desk for help at 4 PM. I was told the cleaners are gone for the day. However, the front desk guy was nice enough to give me new pair of sheets and pillow covers.

That certainly sounded fresh and new. The next day, I went for a complimentary breakfast. The strawberries were very old and out of shape. The eggs were gone and there was hardly anything good except the coffee.

The 3.5 or 4 stars I saw on review totally befooled me.

When one person reserves two rooms...it would be REASONABLE to expect both rooms to be close to each other. Not different floors. This should be common sense in the hotel industry. This hotel does not keep multiple room reservations together

We couldn't check into the room for 3 HOURS, because all Hilton system was down. The local staff did a fine job given what they had to work with. Michael comped two breakfast buffet to us. Kudos to Michael.
Hilton as a whole is a poorly run company.

There went options for a free breakfast and what was offered was expensed for the lack of choices provided.

Room was fairly clean and comforters were either stained or dirty.

There is nothing close in proximity to the hotel and the neighboring convention center is boarded up. There were several small groups of people standing around on the street corners. Def felt uncomfortable.

We went down to the front desk several times to request extra pillow and there was never anyone in sight.

Grossly overpriced. $207 gets you very little. Bad neighborhood, thin walls so you’ll listen to your neighbors all night, marginal cleanliness, toiletries empty in the shower. No free internet. 3 years ago, this would have cost you $98 and included a free breakfast.

The check in process is easy. Download the app and check in. Check in is at 3, we arrived at 5, and had to go to the desk because it said our room wasn't ready. You're supposed to have a digital key, but it is always \"on the way\" so we had to go to the desk and get a physical one. The app says parking is $10, but when you pay, it's $21. The hotel is clean. The room was nice. I wouldn't walk past the hotel property though.

The property had a nice facelift, but the common areas, ventilation system, and general feeling of the property did not live up to the usual experience at a Hilton Garden Inn. The bedframe was very noisy, the room seemed excessively humid despite using AC, the elevator needed some touch up. Nothing terrible, but just not quite up to expectations. The neighborhood is not conducive to walking at night.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was better, the room was in better condition. This time, the room smelled damp and the carpet was dirty. The room and bathroom were clean, but the carpet was sticky, and the comforter had a yellow stain on it, which didn't inspire confidence.

-The toilet handle would often not work and toilet would run until you removed the tank cover to adjust the tank components to allow the tank to stop running.
-The bed had two metal bracket's sticking out from the side of the bed which we scraped our legs on multiple times.
-We ate breakfast both days staying here and it was average at best. For paying $12/person for the breakfast buffet, you'd expect more options and better quality. Both days we ate over an hour before breakfast was over and the food was extremely low. An employee walked the buffet to check on food but then walked away without getting more food. Definitely learned our lesson not to eat breakfast here again. Most hotels that have basic continental breakfast included have a better selection and quality than what you had to pay premium prices for here.

The staff here were wonderful and helpful. Seemed like it may have been understaffed though. The surroundings were ok but didn’t seem like there were many places to go to like restaurants or parks but I could be wrong. Carpets seemed a bit older and musty and the chlorine smell from the pool was pretty strong in the lobby.

The property was advertised to sleep 4. We booked the hotel anticipating the king bed and either a couch fold out or something in addition. Our daughter had to sleep on the floor due to this issue. Then the only offering we were given was a few thin blankets for her to sleep on. This is unacceptable and I want a refund to compensate for the major inconvenience. We paid way too much money to drive several hours and have our child sleeping on the floor.

Professional and ready, I half expected them not to have my booking ready because I booked it so quickly third party and was happily surprised they were ready for me. Cheap, plentiful, secure parking. Close interstate/highesy access, within 10 min of downtown and Westport. Clean room. Quiet area. Pleasantly surprised! Check them out!

When I checked in, there was no one at the front desk. I walked around the lobby looking for someone for 15 minutes or so. Parking had to pay by your phone in advance - was separate billing from hotel. Advertised a buffet, but had to order off the menu instead. Won't be staying here again.

The hotel checked us out of one of our rooms for no reason. When I messaged to ask why, they said it looked like we were only using one of our rooms. I assured them we had been using both rooms so she said she would check me back in. They ended up double charging us for our rooms, so we had to spend time going back to the hotel after check out to get that issue fixed.
The rooms weren’t too bad. Beds looked clean, and bathroom was clean EXCEPT the bathroom vent had mold all over it.

Our room wasn't ready at check-in. However, the front desk staff were incredible kind. They sent someone to clean the room as soon as we arrived. We parked in the secure parking area and fifteen minutes later we were in our Junior Suite. The bedding was freshly laundered, the bathroom was clean and adequately stocked. It was quiet, comfortable, and less than a 10 minute Lyft to the T-Mobile Center. Great place to stay.

Nice but dont count on the restaurant or bar.

This was a nice hotel but, I called the day before to ask if they had a restaurant or bar and was told yes to both. I was told both would be open for the Chiefs game, not to mention its a Saturday night. Neither were open when we checked in at 5. That was extremely disappointing.

Basically, when you sit on the bed, it sounded like you were on an old school boxspring mattress that was 30 years old. Or you were sitting on some old metal chair when I sleep I’m a body flipper and I woke up every time flipping because of the loud bases, they switched me into two different rooms and it still didn’t make a difference. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Quite possible one of the worst hotel stays ever. Servers were down for over 12 hours, we were not able to check in! The room smelled like a decaying body. There was food and “medications” all over the carpet in the bedroom. The shower had not been cleaned. With that being said, the bed was comfortable and the Security Guard Melanie was fabulous. Would not recommend, a Hilton Hotel disgrace.

Floors were very dirty in the room especially under the bed (wrappers, bottle caps, dirt etc) 10 dollar breakfast buffet is expensive given the room was almost 200 a night. Water pressure in shower was okay but not great. Tv remote would barely change channels and buttons were not functional probably because it was a universal remote but still annoying. Sheets did at least appear clean and bed was comfortable. It worked for my business trip I was on but over all for the price they need to do better.

Mix up checking in. The hotel couldn’t find our reservation. Steven at the front desk, helped us get a hold of Hotel.com, since I couldn’t find their # on the WEB site. Steven worked with the help desk and they resolved the issue together. It appears the confirmation went to the wrong email address.
The hotel itself was very clean, and only 2 blocks away from the 7th street casino. I definitely would stay here again. The service is wonderful all around.

Great hotel, not in an overly nice area of town but not terrible. Had a homeless person ask for money outside the hotel doors. Rooms were nice, staff friendly. Perfect for an overnight stay. Bar & restaurant was closed on a Saturday night so that was a bummer.
