Hotel portion looks like nothing has been changed or updated since whenever it was built. Every door we passed had missing parts of trim. Our outlets were loose and almost impossible to plug anything into.

This was a good deal for the room. The bed was comfortable and it was a good sized room.

The staff was nice and helpful.

The restaurant had just ok food for the price. The Casino machines were pretty tight spent a wad and hardly played 15 minutes.

We had to move rooms three times. The carpet was pulling up in the middle and covered in stains, the wallpaper was peeling, the furniture had stains all over the arms, the wall behind the bed was cover in dust bunnies, there was blood on the door jam by the bathroom, and a incredibly concerning stain on the bedskirt by the headboard (where your head would be all night!).

There was noises that woke me up early in the morning. It kept me up from getting the proper rest I needed before I checked out. I didn’t have time to report to front desk. I looked and there was major construction or refurb going on 2 doors down from me. Not a good experience for that morning .

Our room had no soap in the bathroom, still had popcorn on the floor from previous customers and all the wlectric outlets had issues with working. My phone didn't charge over night and some of the outlets would spark blue when you plugged something in.

This hotel needs to do some serious upgrades to charge $250 a night. The bed was Rick hard. Neither myself or my wife got any sleep last night. The carpet in the room had ridges in it that you would catch your foot on. The lighting in bathroom was terrible. Way too dark for my wife to put her makeup on.

The hotel is showing it's age. The carpet in our room needed to be stretched and had a big raised area across the room that we tripped on several times.
All the doors had heavy dings and missing parts of the trim in the room and hallways. The food and staff were great.

The first non-smoking room they gave us smelled so strongly of smoke and spray to cover it. The carpet was torn, stained black in areas, very dirty. Second room they gave us , clearly was never cleaned same issues except there was specks of something all over the floor so had to have them come vacuum. and again, the floor was so dirty there were black in spots. also it was lifting and bunched up which was unsafe for walking. Front desk person could have cared less. I asked another person in the elevator about his room. he said he had the same issues in his room. I have never had to write a bad review before. I dont know how they got a 3.9

We woke around midnight to bad Oder in the room.we went down to front desk to report it and they had us leave our nice junior suit to a smaller room on a lower floor because apparently the had several complaints on that floor and above us, they had called the fire department to have them come see if it was a gas leak or what was going on and after being put in the smaller unit the smell began smell that room also so we got no sleep was just a terrible time won’t stay there again

Hotel room definitely needed an update, hallways needed a good cleaning as you could see the dust build up where the ‘trim’ met the floor. It was obvious that this was the old part as you could literally feel the temperature change in the hallway as you walked down it. Almost as if they didn’t use this section unless they had to. The staff was great - just hope next time I stay I have a better room.

Our stay would have been a lot better if our room didn’t reek so bad of cigarette smoke. We would never return to this hotel for this reason and because the food we ordered from the burger place was sooo bad, plus they only have the full menu until 5pm then it becomes a “late night” limited menu.

Hotel was just ok! Very old and outdated, felt like a funeral home by the decor and dim lighting. Food at the brews brother restaurant sucked. Decided to stay here because the room was discounted couldn’t imagine paying a dollar more. And don’t forget toiletries, nothing is offered unless you want to pay $6 for a stick of gum sized toothpaste

We reserved and paid for 2 queen beds checked in said all they had left was 1 king bed room. Finally they said they could add a roll a way bed. It was not very comfortable after a lone evening Chiefs game. Met 2 other friends at black jack table so 4 of us playing at least 90 minutes and pit boss shut 15$ table down and no other 15$ tables had room. We stay for all home games for past dozen years, but not impressed this weekend. did like new noodle chinese restaurant.

We had stayed here a while back we stayed in two different rooms. The first one was beautiful. The second one was even more beautiful wasn’t as impressed with this room. The Vegas room was the most beautiful, but we had the very first time at Kansas City deluxe suite I believe and we was expecting the same cause it was the same with what we booked this time and they were not the same, but it was still a good stay.

For a disabled person, it really sucks to have to go all the way to the lobby, every time I wanted to heat something up. No, microwaves in rooms that's a first for me. One chair either sit on the bed or stand with my wife. Ask for a chair desk chair even nobody responded?
