Room was clean and nice. The beds are incredibly comfortable. We arrived later in the evening. Lynette was the front desk person checking us in. She saw my daughter and I struggling with the dog and our stuff on our way to the room. She rode the elevator with us and pushed the cart into the room for us. She was AMAZING. We had a great stay!

There was plenty of food options near the Hotel. It was perfect for our visit to Worlds of Fun & Oceans of Fun we had a great view of the park right outside our window. We also just pulled right out the Hotel and had the option to go to the worlds of fun ramp. Bed Super comfortable had a great night's rest.

Valentine's weekend get away

Hotel is awesome. It is an extended stay, which has toaster ovens, coffee pots etc to loan out to those that are here for an extended time. Only complaint is the shower has no water pressure, but besides that everything is good. Even got upgraded when we arrived.

They will only clean your room every 7 days, and will get bothered if you ask for service. No food and their coffee is the worst in the planet. Windows are thin and noisy, too close to the freeway. Never again!

I had to request another room because the first room smelt like cigarettes even though it was non-smoking room. The second room had no ventilation and also had a smell. The was extremely outdated and room was not stocked with the essential like toilet. Overall, I would never stay here again.

Overall it was good. They put is in the only handicap room on the second floor. They could have saved that room for someone who actually needed it. Because of the type of room, there wasn’t any counter space in the bathroom, just a stand alone sink. There wasn’t a place to put your toiletries.

Loved that there were smoking rooms available, The room was very clean had everything we needed full size fridge microwave coffee pot even a dishwasher cabinets had dishes and utensils as well Loved every bit of it! Bed was super soft slept great! The only thing we didnt like was all the construction but doing a fantastic job and we will be back

They are in the process of remodeling although we wouldnt have known. No noise issues or things like that. Hotel was clean, but definitely was time for some updates. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with the air conditioning, but they brought us a fan to help until it was running properly again.
Easy access to interstate from hotel. Overall a good place to stay.

If you want quietness you won’t find it here.
If you’re looking for a party hub, this will definitely be the spot.
I stayed here 2 nights and both nights there was a party out in the back area (by the same people) with loud music. They had disco lights set up, 2 big speakers and a microphone. They started at 4pm and music lasted until I called and complained about it (10:30pm). It was definitely disappointing. I will never stay here again.

I had to change my own sheets and go to the front desk every night and get towels for the following morning. The room was hot and humid. I called the manager and she never got back to us or sent anyone to fix it. Overall for the price we paid for the room, the service and room condition were unexceptable by my standards.

When putting all our things away I had a few refrigerator items. I opened the refrigerator door and found a beer box and half a lime in the bottom. I was upset but don’t need the refrigerator. Next morning I climb in the shower to find the wall above the shower BLACK. I took a wash cloth and with one wipe it started to come off. I took the soiled cloth down on my way to work. Was promised that everything would be taken care of while I was gone. 12 hours later I arrive to nothing being done.

The location of the hotel was great but there were a few issues that clouded the stay. It took about a half hour to check in because the there was no one at the front desk for a very long time. Then there were extra fees attached to the booking. I have never had to pay an incidental fee before without having an incident but this hotel does; $10 per night. Didn't like that. We got a room with a suite for some privacy but the bedroom had a fan mounted in the shared wall with the main room that you could see through. This with the fact that the bedroom door was installed so crooked that it phsically couldn't latch really made the extra money we spent for some privacy a total waste. We also booked a non smoking room but the room smelled like cigarettes anyway. We'll definitely try a different hotel next time we go to Kansas City.

Couldn't enter my discount code online and when I asked if they could change the rate at check-in the manager made no effort to correct the issue. Nice, clean rooms, but the curtains are fixed in the open position. All there were over the windows are sheers, which caused a horrible night sleep being next to a busy highway and bright parking lot lights, not to mention lack of privacy! Otherwise nice front desk clerk, facility, and nice big gym.

Staff are well informed, well trained and seem to enjoy helping people. Free laundry, \"loaning rack\" filled with incidentals like take/markers, etc was handy. Rooms are only cleaned every four days, but the other pluses covered anything else. Enjoyed myself, would def stay again!

I chose the option to pay at the hotel vs paying through expedia, which seemed to bother the front desk at check in. We were advised of the pool hours at check in but not told they close it every monday morning for maintenance, and no one could give us a time frame for when it would be open again. When we mentioned it at check out, we were informed that we should have gone the night before because it was open till 10.

Our room had cigarette ashes all over the bed. We asked for a new room and that room had cigarette ashes on the bed too. Also we paid for 1 queen bed and got 2 full. There were hairs on almost every towel we had. They did comp us points to our account after our stay.

This hotel is great if you are traveling with a dog! They are super dog-friendly. It was wonderful to have the little kitchenette with microwave, fridge, stove, etc. They have a 24-hour person at the front desk, until many extended-stay hotels.

The downsides: The curtains are quite thin and are see through. Very awkward when staying on the first floor, since my window looked directly on the parking lot. Had to change in the bathroom. Next time, I will ask for a room on a higher floor. Seemed really weird. There were blackout curtains, but you couldn't pull them over most of the window.

The room was non-smoking but did still smell of smoke. Probably just from a different floor.

Overall it was a good, clean hotel.

Outstanding, especially for the price!

We were impressed from the first moment we walked in. Not often you see granite counter tops in a kitchenette suite. The only thing it didn't have was an oven. The room even had a garbage disposal. Ice maker worked great. Bathroom had plenty of room. In room coffee for the coffee maker was free and they had complimentary coffee downstairs 24/7.

The staff was friendly and always happy to answer any questions we had.

We walked to a near by bar & grill for dinner one night. There is also a Wendy's and Taco Bell within walking distance.

The only negative I can think of is that the TV does not have a guide to find something to watch on the tube but we didn't watch much TV anyways. They did offer free DVD rentals and had a DVD player in the room.

Card was to be charged upon arrival Indtead they charged me numerous times to the point of my card getting shut down. This caused 3 hours of phone calls while driving to destination. Only an upgrade to one bedroom suite was offered but not two beds like requested. Window screen broken, asked for bed to be changed due to dirt particles in bed which I have a picture of. Then told service on 4 th day. Nope never happened. Tv remote didn’t work. Staff except sales manager are all very nice and of service but sales manager needs some customer service skills. I stay at your hotel often never knew of reward program nor did they sign me up. This location has nice location nice staff except... not happy with the credit card situation
