You check in with kiosk not an actual person. Dirty towels hanging on back of bathroom door. Second floor smelled of weed. Bugs in kids room people fighting middle of night and nobody to report to. The pool was open but as we walked down the hall in a window says pool closed by health inspectors which should have been posted on door and door locked so nobody could go in. This place was a dump it was so late by the time we got in to change hotels.

Upon arrival, it appeared they are understaffed. There was a note at the counter stating they went to the airport, and would be back shortly. Each person we encountered behind the counter had no personality. There was a side door to go outside to take our dogs to go to the bathroom. The door would not work from the inside, so we had to go out through the lobby, then around to the side. The free breakfast was terrible coffee,, bananas, yogurt, and oatmeal packets, nothing else. We had two rooms, and found roaches in both rooms. There is a metal base around the bed that sounded like a gong everytime you get in and out of the bed. Water stains in the ceiling. I personally would not recommend this place.

The ONE housekeeper for our floor was still cleaning at 7pm. She did the best she could with what she had, but i always carry a blue light and things were DISGUSTING! Had to request clean blankets in both our rooms. The rooms were unsafe as when you locked the door (even with dead bolt) people could come in. One room my kids were put in had what looked to be AX holes in the door and walls. You could see where the sink had beem pulled off the wall and they gerry rigged it to put it back on the wall using a 2x4 and probably 6 things of calking. There was NO safety locks onthis door AT ALL!! The bathtub faucet came of and hit my son when he ATTEMPTED to shower. I went down and damanded a new room for them, which wasn't much better. The shower didn't drain and the blankets were not clean. Also, for a room that sleeps 4, you were only allowed 2 towels and there were no wash cloths. Had to ask the house keeper for more towels and wash cloths. We had an issue with our reservations where we were double booked for the first night with no rooms for the second night. We went to the front desk and asked for the manager. We were told he would be there in the morning and he wasn't. They took my phone number and promised he would call me. I asked for my rooms to be comped, which is why, i believe, he did not call me back. While we came in after a long day, there were two other guests DAMANDING something IMMEDIATELY be fixed...this hotel has false advertising!! All the rooms we were OLD

Linens were old and ratty. Hair dryer in the room didn’t work. Pay a little more and stay in one of the neighboring airport hotels. This was bad, bad, bad!

Quiet but filthy.

we stayed for two nights over a Friday to Sunday stay. The room was quiet and linens were clean. However, the amount of grime and filth in the bathroom was hard to take. Lots of mildew on the tiles and corners, the bathroom fan vent was completely cover in dust and dirt. The shower curtain had not been changed out from the last visitor and it had something funky on it. There were un-spackled holes in the wall from a previous toilet roll holder. The bottom inside of the bathroom door had a large hole in it. Dirt and grime in the corners of the bathroom. The shower rod could have used a new paint job where it attached to the wall.
No ice bucket. No ice bag. Beds were ok and the table and nightstand area seemed fine. We were in Room 205, July 25-27th.
There seems to be a trend that hotel chains are being managed by people who bring the standards of 3rd world cleanliness to the USA. This is not acceptable if you are then going to charge 1st world prices. We have clean water and disinfectants and expect them to be used. MUCH more thorough cleaning needs to be done at this hotel in order for me to return or reccommend.

This place was ok. The staff wasn’t very friendly or available most of the time. It’s like you had to hunt them down and they were not very welcoming.

The room overall was pretty good - clean, nice bed and quiet. We did have to ask for extra of everything since it was the bare minimum - blankets, pillows, toilet paper and towels. They didn’t provide any washcloths.

I’m used to a Comfort Inn but I think I will stay at Holiday Inn next time for a convention.

We just needed a place close to the airport for an early morning flight. Was only going to be there for sleep basically, so didn't want to spend much on a room. You get what you pay for, and we didn't expect much, but this hotel was fine. A little run down, the beds weren't very comfortable, and it just had an old hotel smell. Stayed 5/17/25 - 5/19/25. Room was dirty on arrival. Room was never cleaned by staff. I bought Lysol wipes my first night to clean. Will attach pics of bathroom light switch and shower curtain. Other hotel availability very limited due to graduation that weekend, and I couldn’t afford to move. Metal bed frame made loud clanking noise when you sat or lay down. the bed had a bar on the side of the bed where I hit my leg on. I had to go to desk to get towels. Room across the hall had a black garbage bag sitting in hallway for two days. The desk clerk left the desk a couple times that I know of to shuttle people to the airport. The entrance sliding door made a loud squealing noise every time it opened and closed. The parking lot was too small and parking spaces were really narrow. It was hard to park my wider vehicle. The coffee cup lids were too small for the coffee cups. Overall not a good experience at all.

A super nice twelve hour stay at this great hotel

I walked through the squeaky door and was not sure what to expect. There were only 2 people in front of me waiting to check in. I looked around and the lobby seemed clean so I thought to myself, perhaps I should not have had the meatloaf for lunch. By that time the nice lady at the counter was only half way through her questions. The guy in front of me was explaining how he was working in the area for the last 10 days and how his buddy was going to drive all the way to Miami. I knew it was going to be a long check in. When I finally made it the 3 steps forward to the front desk while thinking to myself I just want to check in don’t worry it was only three minutes later the guy at the front counter was real nice. Check in went fast cuz I booked online. He was informing everyone that booking online made checking in so much faster. The part that took the most time was arranging transportation to the airport. Five bucks. Wow. I needed a ride so they had me right where they wanted me. Had I known that before things may have been way different. The room was nice and clean. The cleaning lady even left a nice note. So convenient not having to worry about turning on and off the lights the motion sensors make everything so easy. Just don’t toss and turn at night. Lights going on and off constantly. Over all a real nice stay. The guy that drove me to the airport was right on time. They asked me to be there ten minutes early I was. I did not expect the tips are welcome sigh in the car.

The facility smelled musty and of old smoke. Light switches were difficult to find in the room and some of the lamps had been unplugged, so it was difficult to get around to start.

There was only one towel in the room when we indicated there would be two people.

The breakfast buffet was extremely limited, with only oatmeal, cereal, and waffles. No protein available of any sort.

The elevator was making some severe jerking motions the one time we rode it and we were concerned we would get stuck in it. And by the next morning it was out of commission.

I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and when I arrived, it was shut down and had been shut down for a month. By the health department. The ceiling was falling down on the second floor. There was broken floor tile in the bathroom that someone had used caulking to Try and repair. There was a broken light switch just a few inches from the shower and the showerhead was unscrewed spraying water everywhere when I turned it on. One of the electrical receptacles next to the desk was loose and short-circuiting. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy behind the desk, claimed to be the manager, but then recanted and apologized for lying to me. This place is an utter disaster and needs to be shut down by the health department. They blamed the Expedia not their website about the pool closure. They failed to maintain their breakfast area so many other guests were unable to utilize the continental breakfast. There was little to no managerial oversight for this facility. It was a complete abomination and the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my 45 years on this planet.

Unsettling in cleanliness and apparent structural integrity. Pool was closed by the KC Health Department, unfortunate as it was the main reason we chose this hotel. Breakfast included extremely limited options, and the appliances and serving areas were dirty. Cheap pricing (ish). Far from everything. Shuttle service from airport was convenient albeit a tad suspicious. Random wrapper on top of the bed upon arrival. Bathroom ceiling caving in. No water or vending area. Key card regularly ceased to function, requiring help from front desk staff each time. Huge bed in the King Suite! Best part of our stay was the gas station in walking distance. They at least had water, tampons, and coffee. Serves just fine solely as a place to sleep. Don’t expect glamour or even general comfort. Spend your money elsewhere, probably. Best wishes to any employees who are trying to give guests an enjoyable experience.

Zero positive to report about this property or how it's been mngd/maintained aside from the fact they didn't argue about cancelling the room with full refund.
Arrived to a worn out looking entryway, sticky lobby floors (yup... sticky),ayupa dishevelled front desk. Add some foul chemical-flowery deodourizer smell like cheap potpourri to that mix. On the desk was a sign that did NOT look like it recently put out..... \"Pool Closed For Maintenance Sorry for Any Inconvenience, Mgmt\". When I suggested a rate reduction due to the amenity being unavailable, clerk snickered through a \"no, sorry we can't do that\". Same clerk then yammered and muttered in punjabi (yes, I'm loosely familiar with the language) on a personal call through his earbuds while he ran my card and checked us in.
Gave it a chance and took the key cards anyway given we'd been on the road all day and needed to crash.
Elevator was beat up and produced a noise that made me question whether or not it could even do the job, and hallways and room were dark and dingy and stank of the same fragranced deodourizer from the lobby. Not even CLOSE to the images presented online. Not even close.
Beds were so crooked out of level it was visible to the eye, carpet itself felt as if there was some sort of filthy residue all over it, furniture was mismatched and of garage-sale quality, and beds looked as if a disgruntled 9 yr old made them up.
Would rather have slept in my truck. We reeked of the place after 2 min in the room.

When we first arrived at property had to wait 10 mins to check in because they were at the airport, the room smelled musty and the bed was on a metal frame to squeaked everything time you moved. The security door on the side of the building did not even lock so you didn’t need to use your cars to open it. There was no where to park when we came back from dinner and had to park in the hotel lot next door. Would not recommend.

The clerk at the desk didn’t tell us where the elevator was to get to our room. He didn’t write down our room number. The bed in the room was saggy, and the pillowcases were extremely wrinkled. Stay.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It had an odor throughout that was strong. The photos shown on the website are very creatively staged. The elevator made very loud and frightening sounds when going up. And the one staff member was non-attentive. We asked to not have housekeeping services during our stay and he said he’d take care of it and they still came in our room.
