No complaints about property. It is an older resort but nothing wrong with it. The staff are what made our trip so memorable. Dining room staff, lobby staff, beach staff, bartenders, housekeeping, were all so friendly and helpful. We don't speak Spanish but staff did their best to speak with us and all our needs were met.

I had a great stay at Sol Caribe Campo! The main pool and the beach were both great with plenty of chairs and some shaded space. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was good and had plenty of variety. No stinginess with the alcohol either. And my room was well air-conditioned and clean, and the bed was comfy. However, there are a few things that I can see being dealbreakers for some people. WiFi is only available in the lobby. The resort is on a hill, which makes for great views, but also loooots of stairs. And the hotel plays fairly loud party music at the pool, the beach, during the nightly show--pretty much all day, everywhere until 11pm at night.

That hotel is terrible, we don't like it at all, everything is a complete disaster, we arrived on December 30, 2021, there was a crowd of people gathered in the shack, called the front desk, of about 30 people, all waiting for rooms, we arrived at the hotel at 3:45 p.m. It is horribly ugly old and useless. The employees can be seen to be tired and unhappy working in that pigsty. Like that, the restaurants are horrible. The food is the same every day. I don't understand why you have to make a reservation for a buffet? It does not make sense when it is buffet, we did not get to dinner in the Italian restaurant since there were no reservations available the snacks had the appearance of old food and overheated the drinks like the soft drinks you had to serve them yourself from the liter bottle in the bars the drinks Available were with cheap third-class liquor, the beer is not even that of Colombia like the eagle. December, which is in front of the activities area and the restaurant, that is stupid ... At the new year party the electricity went out 3 times during the show the orchestra that played was normal but nothing spectacular the decoration was a disaster the tables were not They had tablecloths and the chairs were plastic. Not to mention the beach, all ugly, dirty, full of garbage. The hotel service at the bar was horrible. In the end, this experience was horrible. My money to the trash I don't know how cheaptickets has that hotel on their page, they should give me my mone

The staff was excellent, very nice and helpful. The buffets were okay, nothing really special about them and the free drinks were just awful. The walls of the individual units are paper thin and you could hear everything from next door, from the poor exhausted baby screaming in the night to the man having many bodily functions. It felt like they were in the room with us. We just had to laugh as there was nothing else you could do. And, the rooster… every day by 6 am. One did not need an alarm clock!!
But, as I said before, the staff was excellent. The pools were nice and clean. The Italian restaurant that one had to reserve was the highlight. We went there 3 out of 4 nights as they served fresh pasta how you liked it. Well done.
Oh, and you better be in shape as you can’t get to the main buffet restaurant and pool without descending many, many stairs. Then, you have to climb back up. Older people, anyone that has issues better not book this property.
The private beach is not right there. You can take a shuttle which starts at 10 am or do as we did and walk it. It took between 10-15 minutes for an easy walk. They served warm snacks and had free drinks at the beach. The cabanas were first come which we were able to get the front row as we went early by walking. The hordes come by shuttle and then they all leave by 12:30 for the free lunch back up by the hotel. It’s a very nice white sand beach.

El hotel esta como a 12 minutos del centro y el taxi cobra mínimo 25,000 COP la carrera, la comida es regular y es muy variada, hay restaurantes en los que puedes reservar pero no ofrecen nada diferente a los de no reserva así que no tiene mucho sentido, algunos empleados no nos trataron bien, parece que nos hacían un favor de mala gana, difícilmente regreso.

Lengthy check in, no hot water the entire stay (minus 45-60 minutes worth of maybe 80 degree water ONE TIME, otherwise only cold water), found cockroaches in the room (two men cane at 9:30pm and “fumigated” the room while we were in it by spraying a can of Raid into the air like it was room deodorizer), got food poisoning from the buffet (which is pretty much all there is to chose to eat from), hotel employee cornered me (a single mom traveling with her kids) on the beach and asked me to marry him and take him back to the USA with me/us (this happened three times, same guy), when we felt well enough to get out of the room we signed up for a snorkeling trip (pre-paid and we were waiting in the bus queue) when I decided on a whim (maybe on intuition given the pattern of this stay?) to confirm the bus schedule and that’s when I learned that they had cancelled it but didn’t feel compelled to let us know. Worst “vacation” I have ever had. Sick, nervous, and stressed ... that’s apparently what I paid to experience.

The resort was pretty good. It wasn't on the beach but it did provide a shuttle bus every half hour to the beach. The food was ok, not great. The resort grounds were well maintained and the pools were nice. The staff was all friendly as well. The room we had did have an amazing view!

For the most part my stay at Sol Caribe Campo was a good one. Although there are a few improvements needed, the first would be the check in, I think the check in was terrible and a long wait, the second would be the room service, the towels were not changed and when you called they say they would send someone to your room and make you wait forever, when I asked the maid for a towel she said she would let the office know. The next is the dinner location, if you don't make reservations to one of the rooms near the main office you have to walk pretty far to eat dinner at the entrance of the facility and walk a million steps back up to your location. With this said and done, the rooms are clean and very, very comfortable and a nice environment. I recommend this place.

Ok for an all-inclusive hotel in San Andres

I don't like staying at all-inclusive hotels, but this one was ok (edible food, ok service, worn but usable rooms). Rooms all face the sea so great sunrise views. Room insulation not greatest (had to change room once since neighbor was coughing all night, could hear the couple in new room the next night and also loud disco music since it was near the restaurant/entertainment area).

Away from centro and other main hotels up north

This hotel is away (far south) from the centro and other major hotel at the northern shore. But, the island is small. Our room was small even with 2 beds. The deal included 3 meals although they were buffet style. Overall, a decent hotel for a family vacation. I liked that they had 3 swimming pools and a securely guarded front gate.

Sol Caribe Campo is a simple, but nice hotel. It has an amazing view and although it isn´t located directly at the beach, that didn´t oppose any incovenience at all.
Like in most all inclusive resorts the food isn´t spectaculair, but we had no complaints either and the wines were even nice.

Something we really liked was the possibility to switch a night in San Andres for a night in Sol Caribe Providencia, at no extra costs(except transportation ofcourse).

In the end it all comes down to your level of expectation and in our opinion Sol Caribe Campo lived up to the expectations.

comida pésima, habitaciones feas, ropa de cama barata, almohadas como piedras, te tratan como si te estuvieran regalando los snacks, que son gaseosa, mantecada mini perros,queda muy lejos y el transporte que brindan no es bueno, demorado y en temporada alta se llena y tienes que esperar mas, demasiado caro para lo que es, en el club de campo te hacen comer obligado al frente de donde entregan la comida, no puedes ni llevarte las bebidas o el agua a donde estas sentado en la playa, las toallas rotas, escaleras por todo lado, no apto para personas con movilidad reducida o para adultos mayores, las cortinas mal colocadas, quedan espacios te ven desde afuera, todo un desastre, si estas acostumbrado a la comodidad o a la buena comida no te hospedes aquí, si quieres una buena piscina, no necesitas venir a San Andres, aqui uno tiene el mar perfecto, lo que necesita es una buena habitación y buena comida. ademas llegar y encontrar la habitacion sin arreglar, o sin toallas no es para nada agradable.

la atención muy regular a excepción de las recepcionistas, restaurante sucio, en la noche en dos ocasiones me tocó recoger la mesa para poderme sentar . el Transporte a la playa es muy limitado dado que solo tenían un carro de 6 pasajeros para todo el hotel, por lo tanto tocaba hacer fila en medio del sol hasta de 30 minutos para los traslados. La chiva que nos llevo al centro demasiado vieja y el conductor muy mal educado , se refería a los huéspedes como cochinos , aduciendo que subían los vasos y nos los bajaban , llegó muy enojado al parecer porque le tocó hacer un turno que no le correspondía, por lo que, su enojo se reflejaba en su mala forma de conducir. En cuanto a las habitaciones en general estaba limpia , pero el baño no tiene ni un espacio para colocar lo necesario, además cuando realizaban el aseo del dia, solo se limitaban a tender las camas , no se veia una limpieza en general. No recomiendo ni regresaría a este hotel.

La animación es mínima o ninguna. Por las noches no hay sitio ambientado para tomar algo, solo hay boleros y mas boleros.....
Hay un desnivel enorme, entre la recepción y la piscina, muchas, muchas escaleras.
Solo hay un restaurante, para por las noches, aunque menos mal, que ese sí que está bien.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, pero la atención recibida por parte del hotel no fue la mas adecuada, cuando le preguntas a alguien del hotel por algún dato, es difícil que ellos coincidan en los comentarios, el tema de los buses para la playa no son puntuales y en ningún momento se toman el trabajo de explicarle a los huésped el motivo de las demoras. Lo otro que no estuvo bien es el tema del bufete, podría ser algo mas variado, pues en mi opinión uno busca alimentos algo mas interesantes de lo que ellos ofrecieron.

Resort, vende un producto que no posee, piezas sucias Ena mal estado , oscuras, baños con mal olor siempre , nos cambiaron 4 veces , duchas que no funcionan, sin agua caliente , nadie se hace responsable , La gerente de operaciones Alba , se negó siempre hablar con nosotros , comida regular , las instalaciones sujetas a horarios no de libre. Disponibilidad !! Lo que cobran no tiene relación a lo que en realidad dan en servicio , hablando con otros pasajeros las quejas eran las mismas .

Leider war das Essen eine Katastrophe, immer das gleiche, kalt, wenig Auswahl und schlechte Qualität. Ausgenommen des Salat/Früchte Buffets. Man wartet eigentlich fast immer auf irgendetwas. Entweder fehlen Teller, Besteck oder Gläser.

Hotel não fica próximo à praia como anunciado. Acesso à internet SOMENTE na recepção, mesmo assim sinal péssimo.
Quanto a limpeza, o ralo do box entupido , ao tomar banho virava uma banheira .

Opção de refeições bastante ruim .
Área da Piscina muito boa .
Eu estava com dificuldades de locomoção devido uma cirurgia e para descer para piscina tinha que aguardar o transfer devido à grande quantidade de degraus e passava pelo mesmo problema em alguns horários de refeições devido à localização do restaurante .
Funcionários totalmente sem treinamento.
Recomento os hotéis próximos ao Centro e ao contratarem os pacotes de passeios,carro elétrico, também fica bem mais em conta .
PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA , NÃO RECOMENDO

Para descansar y comer bien

Sitio ideal para descansar, por su tranquilidad, sus piscinas y por estar apartado del centro.
Muy buena y variada la comida bufett como así tambien el show nocturno.
Deberían mejorar el wifi e incorporarlo en las habitaciones.-
Si bien el transporte gratuito desde y hacia el centro y playa funcionó bien, deberían tener más horarios, sobre todo en horas del medio día, que es cuando lo suspenden
Un punto a mejorar las instalaciones de las habitaciones, pues la nuestra no tenía sillas, ni espejo y las cerraduras no funcionaban bien.-

Viel besser als erwartet!

Jeder war sehr bemüht! Die Anlage wird gepflegt und TOP sauber gehalten! Der Hotelstrand ebenso. Die Zimmer sind einfach und zweckmäßig. Wie erwartet. Das Essen ist- für Kolumbien- sehr gute Qualität. Es gibt genug von ALLEM. Essen, Liegen, Platz im Shuttlebus, Servicepersonal, Handtücher.
Das Einzige, was nicht unserem Standard genügte, war das Internet. Wifi hat man nur in der Lobby und online gehen per Handy ging fast nie ( ausser am Strand /3G).
Auf jeden Fall ein schöner Urlaub mit Kindern, der Pool ist SPITZE! Das Meer ist toll! Die Anlage liegt an einem Hang- alles ist per Treppen zu erreichen- dadurch hat man von fast überall Meerblick. Wir kommen gerne zurück! Aber von Europa würden wir nicht extra anreisen.

NOS ROUBARAM 2 MILHÕES DE PESOS DENTRO DO QUARTO

Viajamos em família, eu, minha mãe e irmã! O que deveria ser uma viagem de descanso e divertimento em família virou um pesadelo pois, NOS ROUBARAM 2 milhões de pesos colombianos (mais que 2000 reais) de dentro do quarto! No 4º dia da viagem, por descuido esqueci minha carteira, com todo o nosso dinheiro, em cima da mesa no quarto. Fomos a praia e ficamos lá até a tarde, quando fui pagar o almoço vi que havia esquecido minha carteira no quarto. Neste mesmo minuto voltei ao hotel para pegá-la, entrei no quarto e a carteira estava no exato lugar no qual deixei. Desci para a praia novamente e quando abri a carteira para pagar vi que estava faltando 2 milhões de pesos (exatamente esta quantia pois, havia contato na noite anterior o dinheiro todo). Voltei para o hotel para conversar com o gerente, que me disse que iriam iniciar uma investigação interna. Como não utilizei o cofre e como o hotel não tinha câmeras no corredores dos quartos, ele já me avisou que seria muito dificil solucionar a situação. Fomos a policia, fizemos uma denuncia, e a \"investigação\" continuou nos outros dias. Sempre que questionado, o gerente, levantava suspeitas sobre mim, me dizendo que eles não tinham como provar que eu tinha o dinheiro e que nunca havia acontecido isso no hotel. Em resumo, voltamos ao Brasil sem o dinheiro e assim que cheguei recebi um email dizendo que não encontraram nenhum suspeito nem o dinheiro.
Foi a pior experiência da vida!

Llegue y me cobraron toda la estadía por adelantado me lo cargaron de inmediato a mi tarjeta apenas llegue y un día antes de retirarme me quitaron las toallas y nunca me las repusieron

El check in es demasiado tardado (2hrs después para asignar habitación) sin embargo te dejan disfrutar de los servicios (alberca y restaurantes) mientras tanto, la habitacion que nos dieron se veia un poco vieja y descuida, el todo incluido esta basico, y la distancia entre la recepción y la lberca principal es mucha hay q bajar muchas escaleras, pero esta alberca principal es muy bonita,lo realmente rescatable del hotel

Bien, en general es acogedor. Buena habitación. Piscina excelente. Comida súper , transporte a la ciudad y playa bien, personal en las diferentes áreas MUY atento y servicial, excepto personal del counter al hacer checking muy duro con la información..
Area de la playa sucia. Shows bien, falta más música caribeña en los diferentes bares .

De destacar, la gente es maravillosa, San Andrés es maravilloso, un destino único que al final arregla cualquier inconveniente.
Muy bonita la piscina
Pésimo el aseo de las habitaciones y muy regular la alimentación.
No vale la pena pagar este tipo de hoteles con tan regular alimentación y tan dejado en el aseo.

Opção honesta

Aparentemente voltado pros turistas da própria Colômbia, O resort não é tão próximo à praia, oferecendo serviço de transporte até seu clube de praia.
A alimentação oferecida no sistema all inclusive é simples, com comidas locais, não deixando a desejar na quantidade.
Ponto negativo é o frigobar, que é pago mesmo no all inclusive.
O quarto é relativamente confortável, mas possui água quente só depois das 19:00. Não tinha sinal de wifi.
O pessoal do hotel foi extremamente cortês e animado. Check in e check out eficientes. Recepção e cozinha atenciosas.
Levando-se em consideração que a ilha é paupérrima e sem infraestrutura , acredito ser uma boa opção pra quem quer conhecê-la.
