Clean property. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Swimming pool was very nice. The cheeseburger I had for dinner was delicious and reasonably priced. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. Only stayed 1 night but would consider a longer stay with appropriate transportation arrangements.

El hotel, como ocurre en varios hoteles de San Andrés, se encuentra sobrevalorado, esto debido a:
1. No tiene acceso a playa propia (aunque indican en comentarios anteriores que tienen acceso a un club de playa privado, vale aclarar que solo incluye gratis las actividades de Kayak y bicicleta acuática (no playa).
2. Queda retirado de los lugares turísticos como el centro, San Luis, Rocky Cay, otros.
3. No tiene tiendas cerca
La experiencia con el restaurante no fue posible ya que está en reapertura y cerraban temprano. Solo probamos el desayuno que estaba bien, pero para estadías largas falta variedad.
Tuvimos un inconveniente con nuestro check in a la llegada por ser primero de enero y ni una botella de agua nos brindaron mientras esperamos 3 horas a la entrega de la habitación. Mientras esperábamos en la piscina, nos percatamos que hay servicio de pasadía (hay otras personas además de los huéspedes) en las áreas comunes.
El personal es muy amable, pero aun siguen en aprendizaje de servicio al cliente. Para un hotel de este valor, aun falta...

A equipe do hotel sem dúvida são excepcionais! Todos muito amáveis! O quarto arrumadinho, todos os dias sendo bem limpos, o hotel e a piscina são uma graça, um ambiente bonito e agradável. Deve se levar em consideração que é uma ilha simples em toda sua extensão, então é natural não encontrar luxo ou um café da manhã gigante rs. Quanto a localização, o hotel está ha uns 3km do centro, sendo ideal alugar moto ou mule mas nada que atrapalhe, pois assim vc fica livre para conhecer toda a ilha e não fica limitado só onde possa ir a pé!

O hotel é muito bonito e os funcionários da recepção são excelentes e cordiais. O serviço de quarto deixa a desejar, pois sempre tínhamos que pedir para fazer a troca de toalhas de banho e papel higiene. O banheiro não foi limpo durante os 7 dias que ficamos. No quarto apenas varriam.
