Very accommodating for travelers with children! The staff were helpful and made great recommendations for local restaurants. The wine and treats were a fun touch for our first night and the room cleaning staff made cute designs of the blankets for the kids. Breakfast was perfect for our family and the room was well appointed and large. We were sad to leave!

Room was modern, clean and spacious. Reception team was welcoming, dedicated and caring, especially for the lady on Christmas Eve night. They gave Christmas chocolate on the bed when we return (one for each one, not a lot, but feels sweet). There is a great ALDI nearby. I already recommended to my friends and would recommend to other people!

I enjoyed my stay here. The front desk staff could not have been nicer and kinder and that really is the most important element. I found the hotel room itself to be a little dark and drabby but a totally livable space. Also the rooftop is quaint and gorgeous, and it was pleasant to hang out up there. I like that they offer a breakfast that I did not take advantage of. And as for the location, even though I'm not big on the uppiry parts of town, which is where this hotel is located, it was away from the main busy Square, which I loved and close to my favorite part of town, which is Chiado. I walked everywhere from this hotel and was well taken care of. I would stay here again.

I loved my stay at the Altis Prime Hotel. The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. Every day we received small treats like chocolates or fruit, which was a nice touch. The little kitchenette was a huge plus—very useful when traveling with kids, especially with jet lag and late-night food requests. The hotel was quiet, with thick walls, and located in a peaceful area.

The location was also very convenient, within walking distance 15- 20 min to tourist areas like Baixa, Chiado, and Alfama. We even visited Sintra by train (about 40 minutes), but I would recommend taking an Uber for Sintra or Cascais beach, especially if you’re traveling as a family, since it was more comfortable and only about 30 minutes to the beach.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Area is quiet. Room was huge, clean and really comfortable for our family. Close to high end shopping. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Supermart and supermarket nearby. Good breakfast spread at the hotel. Front desk staff are very helpful with recommendations and any tour reservations. Train stop within walking distance.
Lisbon has a LOT OF HILLS. Keep this in mind during your walking explorations and wear flat comfortable shoes. Everywhere is within a 30 min walk up and down thise hills. I would definitely stay here again.

The food options were good. The wi-fi and chargers could be improved as it was a bit slow and not workong at times. Location is in a nice quiet neighbourhood and is within walking distance to Avenida de Liberade.

Great hotel in downtown Lisbon

Great hotel in downtown Lisbon. The reception staff were very friendly. Orlando at check-in made it easy, and at check-out, the gentleman who helped us get a taxi at 7am local time on the 12th of July was very helpful, helped with bags and spoke to the taxi on the phone and in person.

Breakfast was generous and good. The entire family enjoyed it. We got a spacious room over 65 square meters in size. Fridge was good to have, same for microwave, toaster and silverware.

All in all, my family and I enjoyed the stay, at a hotel that felt clean and safe, yet accessible from a good location near Principe Real

Loved our stay here as a family of 3 . Amazing spacious room. Good blackout curtains and AC. Close to everything though it's in top of a hill.
Never used the rooftop terrace or the restaurant but it was in a good location.

Would definitely return. Just be aware that the bathroom are very inaccessible. If you have a small child or an elderly parent it's a real struggle. We managed in the end but I imagine others may not. If I had a baby for example I would need a separate baby bath

Generally walkable to various happening parts of town though not in the middle of the action. Staff pretty nice and helpful. Minus points include no in house laundry facility though this is more of an apartment style hotel. If you have a very sensitive nose like me, some of the smells may slightly bother you. But maybe that's the case in most places like this.

Room was fine, tired but fine. No shampoo or conditioner, one bottle water provided on the first of 3 nights for 3. Hotel offered to do a cupcake or something with a candle for my daughter’s birthday and then backed out due to our celebration of her day was a few days early from her actual birthday. Seriously! When I asked gentleman at front desk he was extremely rude and unsympathetic to the hotel offering this on the first place.

Amazing experience

A perfect stay!
The apartments were absolutely fantastic. Great size, perfect equipment. Lots of pillows to choose from (which is a must).
The cleaning team were leaving flats in a pristine condition every day, and staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful.
Having hesitated between hotel and apartment, we have not regretted our choice. It’s very nice to have breakfast in the room and be able to walk back from dinner and chill in the living room. The location of the property is a short walking distance from avenida Liberdade, also 10 minutes walk from Bairro Alto, and less than five minutes to Aldi. Bear in mind the city is very hilly and pavements are all paved - good walking shoes in order, and forget heels!

Great choice

Altis Prime was a great choice. It was easy to walk to the park and down to the wayer and restaurants but outside of the major tourist area. We enjoyed the space and having the kitchenette.

We arrived at 11:50 PM and we was two adults male.. and we made a reservation for two single band.. and the person on front desk gave was a roon with single bad.. we went back don’t. to ask to change the roon. he was very aggressive and very rude… he said that if we want a room with double bad we need to pay extra. 165 euro per night… and had no choice to sleep on the same bad.. we was two male friends and we want to sleep in different bads. they like forced was to stay in that room.. can you imagine 23:50 PM were can you go.. and we try to cancel the reservation and try to go somewhere else.. this person said no.. so we didn’t want to lose our money.. and we had to stay.. we was very disappointed.. i would never stay there again.

Spent three nights there. I unfortunately was sick and the staff was very thoughtful and checked on me while I recovered. They even delivered a get well fruit basket. My family went exploring Lisbon while I recovered from chills and a fever. The room service was was a bit slow and the choices limited but once in room very tasty. Breakfast each morning was very good. Overall, very nice and excellent customer care/service. I just wish I wasn’t sick. Oh…they also are great with kids. Let them do a pretend check-in while you really do yours.

Front desk staff were vey friendly and helpfull in providing information about local attractions and guidance in different areas. They also book tours and provide tickets to local attractions.

The location of the apartment was excellent. It felt safe. Ubers were easy to access . Walkable to most areas . The apartment was nice inside . Lots of closet space , beds were comfortable. Lots of towels. Kitchen supplies were available and clean . The one bathroom
Has a tub that is dangerous and slippery. Also hard to get into . The rub in the lobby going into the apartment smells terrible. There was also small pieces of shattered glass in our room when we first walked in but the staff was quick to clean it and very apologetic. The elevator was also not working properly.

Absolutely excellent. We arrived early with a very ill child; they were very kind to ensure she was comfortable and even expedited the cleaning of our room so that it was available 2 hours before check in. On top of the excellent service, the room was very well appointed and spacious. An actual apartment with 2 large bedrooms (with closets!), 2 full bathrooms, a large living room, and full kitchen with small dining table. The only small complaint is the refrigerator did not have a freezer, which I found out after I bought popsicles, but that’s my fault for not checking. Parking is limited and in a very compact garage but not too expensive

When we booked the hotel the pictures & reviews reflected nothing what we experienced. When we arrived the front desk was pleasant but when we got to our room we were terribly disappointed! The main eye sore was the bathroom. The shower was not only dirty but it was moldy. When we called to the front desk to tell them about it we were told that there was only one person at the front desk. The front desk told us that we could go shower in another room and come back to our room. I did not want to do that! He advised that he would bring bleach up as soon as he could which was only mentioned because I asked for it. My husband decided that he would go down and get it. He brought back a tiny amount of bleach with not spray nozzle. My husband was told that there was not any more bleach available nor was there a spray nozzle. I attempted to dab bleach on the molded areas with paper towel, it made a difference but I felt there was no way \"I\" should be cleaning a shower in the way as a guest! Since there was no way the small amount of bleach on the paper towel would be enough my husband left the hotel 8pm to go get bleach. He returned with a bottle of bleach & Windex. We emptied & cleaned the Windex bottle. \"I\" sprayed the shower down, we opened our window & waited. While the bleach did not clean it completely WHAT A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE it made! We also ran out of hot water on the first night! The microwave was extremely old, fridge didn't get cold. We will not return to this hotel!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in Lisbon. The Altis prime apartment was perfect, ample room for our family of 3, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and most probably the best apartment we've ever had on any city break. We possibly crammed too much into the 4 days that we were there, a day at Sintra, a day on the coast at Estoril, Lisbon Old and New with a couple of river cruises thrown in - coupled with the heat we'd return each evening after a walk up Liberty Ave exhaused but happy, Altis prime was the perfect place to recover. Best of all the staff are just so friendly, pleasant and amazingly helpful. A truly amazing stay.

Joao Miguel (sorry didn't catch his last name) who checked us in gave us a very good first impression of Lisbon and the whole hotel. He was courteous and insightful, he provided a city map, and gave us a detail summary of the city on where to visit, what part of town is old, new and where the landmarks were. he was very helpful. The apt style hotel was roomy and had everything we needed. The only thing we didn't like was that it's sitting on top of a very high hill. The climb proved to be very tiring if you are not used to climbing hills. But that's not something any of the hotel staff could help with. Overall it was a positive experience.
