Travelled with 19-month old and stayed for 7 nights. Hotel is conveniently located (near transportation, supermarkets), room is spacious with lots of closet space. Kitchenette makes it great for stays with kids. Check in/out was easy and accommodating. There were a few maintenance issues with the room - handles (literally) falling out of the doors, water accumulating on floors after rain, malfunctioning plugs, missing hooks etc. Interactions with housekeeping was less than ideal - staff were curt even when they made mistakes (e.g. ringing room bell by accident). Otherwise a very pleasant stay overall.

The suites are spacious and very comfortable. The location is great. If you like McDonald’s, there’s one down the street. And around the corner to the right, walk five minutes and you’ll be at a grocery store, where you can make your very own fresh orange juice.
For longer walks, in thirty minutes you can be in the historic area. Getting there, you walk down a beautiful tree lined avenue.
Forgot to mention how great the pool is. Absolutely wonderful.
Very easy to get an Uber or a taxi.
For a first time visitor to Lisbon, it checks all the boxes.

Great location and great service- gem of a hotel

This is a wonderful hotel with close access to metro and bus. Added bonus is free parking although it’s easier to use public transportation or uber.
Staff is helpful and friendly. Apt is roomy for the 2 bed and 2 bath. Bathrooms need updating but otherwise great kitchenette and fresh towels. Beds are very comfortable and terrace offers stunning views and sunsets.

The hotel is nice and in a good location. My only complaint was that I booked this hotel specifically for the pool (kids) and when we booked and arrived to check in they never mentioned the pool was closed. It was very disappointing to arrive and kids ready to swim and the pool is closed. Hotel manger did give us a discount which was nice and appreciated.

Our stay at the Legendary Lisboa Suites was a mixed experience. The first night, there was no hot water, and the next morning, there was no one available to fix it. The staff’s initial response was disappointing—one member simply said they couldn’t do anything. It took a second visit to reception before we were finally moved to a different room.

The new room was an upgrade, which was a nice gesture, but I wish they had done that in the first place. It was more spacious and had two TVs—though only one actually worked. If a suite has both a bedroom and a lounge TV, you’d expect both to function. The suite itself felt tired and in need of an update.

On the positive side, parking was great—free and hassle-free. However, the windows didn’t seal properly, so street noise was an issue. The beds were comfortable, particularly for those who prefer a firmer mattress. The location was convenient, with restaurants nearby and easy access to the metro and buses.

Overall, while there were positives, the service and room maintenance could definitely be improved

Hôtel bien pour le prix !

La chambre était au-delà de nos attentes concernant les accessoires fournis (notamment dans la cuisine). C’était propre. Toutefois c’est un peu vieillot, un peu d’amour serait nécessaire pour moderniser le tout. Nous avons adoré l’emplacement pour le prix, proche du parc eduardo VII et des transport en commun. Le stationnement inclus était grandement apprécié!

We booked 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms were refreshed. One room was not. The older room had a dated bathroom and deco. The bath had damped smell probably due to the shower curtain. We opened all the windows and the smell was gone after a day. Everything was functional. Kitchen was good with enough utensils and we prepared a couple meals there with ease. The beds were comfortable. Even the sofa bed was OK which was above our expectation. Staffs were polite and tried their best to meet our needs. Breakfast was good with generous selection. There could be some minor improvement i.e. Providing kitchen towels, rinse cups, tissue box etc. Location was good and close to supermarket and subway. The front entrance is a one way street which did confused some drivers when using Bolt. The pool was not heated so it was too cold for a swim in Oct. All in all I will recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this property for 1 night as a stop over to see a soccer match. The staff were very nice, room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very nice with a good selection of hot food, bread and pastries and fruit. The parking was in an enclosed garage. I would stay at this property again should the need arise.

We loved this property. All of the staff were all very warm and friendly.
The room we had, needed a bit of an upgrade, as furniture wasn’t the best but all else was fab. Bed was super comfortable and the €11 breakfast buffet, had a very good choice for all tastes. The pool area was bigger than expected and the free parking was also a bonus.
Would definitely stay here again.

Really good option for families. We booked the 2-bedroom suite. Good breakfast buffet in the morning and limited menu for the rest of the day. Small swimming pool provides entertainment to kids and adults alike. All floors are accessible by elevators but no gym or laundry facility. Location in good, away from the noise of the old town. Neighborhood living experience with many shops and restaurants are within short walking distance.

We are a family of five so we got the suite set up like an apartment, You walk in and there’s a little kitchen and living room with a pullout couch, In the left, there’s a bathroom bedroom, further down is the master bathroom and bedroom. The room had everything we need. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were nice and fluffy. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to help us with information about restaurants, trains and more. We purchased the breakfast and I’m glad we did because there was a good selection. The only thing I will complain about is there wasn’t any outlets. We had to unplug the lamps next to our bed to plug in our phone charger. In our bathroom, I wasn’t able to plug in my hair straightener due to the fact they weren’t any outlets. Also, our three-year-old feet was very dirty almost black from the floor. The rest of us usually walk around in slippers so that didn’t bother us. The rest of the room was very clean. I did like the pool outside and a lot of shaded areas to sit. Very relaxing environment.

Pool area was very nice, we didn’t used it but did sit out. Water is not heated.

We were upgraded to a suite this was special. The Tv in the lounge didn’t work. I had to speak to the receptionist he couldn’t help. Parking was very convenient. The elderly lady forgot the name was very helpful. I highly recommend the location .

Good place to stay for our short trip to Lisbon, with free easy underground parking. Close to Metro, but also only 25mins walk from the main town centre. Room was spacious and clean, comfy beds, although our room looked a little tired. Unfortunately we seemed to be located in an area of the corridor where the staff lift is located, and it was quite noisy and woke us up around 7am. Apart from that, the stay was very good!

Underground parking is very good option, but there is one important should be mentioned.

After parking the car in the underground garage, in the morning we kept finding white spots on car, which appeared when some liquid dripped from the ceiling or pipes. If it dries, it is very difficult to clean.
The machine was parked twice in a different place in the garage, so it cannot be a coincidence.

The aparthotel is very conveniently located in major transport links to all tourists spot and reasonably priced too. However the property is so old and functioned well. For example bedroom had 0 power sockets or no switches were working. It is however so spacious. I stayed in 1 bed room apartment..

Free parking was extremely useful- very difficult to find the parking spot on the streets around.
Location is very good- several very good places to eat.
The property is very dated, not clean. Second bathroom light worked only for one day. Washer and dryer are advertised but they are not available. Definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised. 2.5-3 stars maximum.

The 1 bedroom we got was very spacious and we were very pleased with it.

The only issue with the property was that the pool was very cold, no way you could enjoy it. Also, because the pool is in between tall buildings, it's in the shade for a big part of the morning and the afternoon. It's a shame because we chose this hotel for the pool and we couldn't make use of it at all.

Was upgraded for free to one bedroom apartment from booked studio.
Best location ever very close to Metro and some restaurants and you could easily walk to the heart of Lisbon in 20 minutes where it's all happening.
Was in street facing apartment room 405 which was a bit noisy when the rubbish bins were collected very early morning ( anytime from 1am to 4am ) also you could easily hear all the traffic noise and planes which I would say is due to the thin double glazing. An upgrade of sound proofing would also help. Our room was next to some building work taking place on building next door which was noisy if your were in the room from 8am to 6pm would have asked to be moved to another room but as the weather was pleasant and we had places to visit we were out enjoying Lisbon and the surrounding area. All staff we came into contact with were polite and helpful but a special thank you goes to one of the friendliest and most helpful member of the reception team Ms K Gomes ( Krisra I think was the first name sorry if I got it wrong ) who helped print our boarding pass as guest computer was out of order and also stored our luggage while we went out exploring Lisbon on our last day.

This property was so perfect for our family of 5, we had a two bedroom, two bathroom, kitchen area and living area with pull out double sofa bed apartment. It was so clean we were delighted. The bedding was all white luxury bedding and the most comfortable beds, sofa obviously not great but fine for a small child. No bar on the premises would not suit everyone but we did nt mind as we were out all the time. Good enough pool for inner city, too cold for us to use in April. Overall very good experience. Breakfast not top class but certainly good enough for everyone to get something and staff were more than helpful both at the reception desk and in the dining area.

The property itself was lovely, the room was big and really clean...but, we checked in late on a Tuesday night around half 10 we got to our hotel room to find the sofa bed had no pillows, or a duvet, so we contacted reception and we eventually received sheets but no duvet we had to make contact a second time to which they finally arrived with a duvet but no duvet cover...the duvet was stink with the dirt!! We brought this to the staffs attention the next morning and all was resolved by the following night. We left our room on the Thursday morning around 11 and no cleaners had been in at this stage, when we arrived back to our room at 7pm that evening we realised our room door was left wide open,lights on and air con on full blast with someone else’s room key in the wall, we once again brought this to the staffs attention and we were automatically blamed but our beds were dressed which meant the cleaners had been in as before we left the room hadn’t been touched !! Luckily nothing was taken !! The bowels, cups and plates in the cafe are all chipped too...won’t be staying here again
