Close to both public transport and Schonbrun Palace, this hotel was beautiful to stay at. The hotel feels grand, great location, reception staff were very helpful. The room sized was great, depending on type of room, if you had balcony access, you could watch NYE fireworks from your room. The only negative thing is the floor is quite dusty, as it seems they don’t vacuum or mop.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay for Christmas 2025. The hotel was lovely and decorated beautifully for Christmas. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with lots of different options. The hotel is located opposite Schönbrunn Palace Gardens and is two minutes walk from Hietzing underground station where the U4 takes you into the centre of Vienna. We would highly recommend this hotel. We had a Superior Room and it was worth it for the extra space.

No shampoo or conditioner. When asked at the reception they told me they will send someone, only for the person to bring body cream and to tell me there is no shampoo or conditioner. The following day I put the card for the room to be cleaned up and even at that point the soap was not refilled and still no hair products and only the beds were made. Access cards stopped working and we had to wait for the engineer to fix it. The hotel needs a lot of tlc. The reality is that I would not stay here again. Breakfast was good-however you do have to pay for it.

I became violently ill the day before I was scheduled to travel from Budapest to Vienna and asked the hotel to either refund my stay or simply postpone it by a few days. While I understand if a refund wasn’t possible, there is absolutely no excuse for refusing a basic level of compassion and flexibility in postponing the reservation.

A simple act of kindness would have gone a long way. Instead, the hotel kept my payment, re-rented my room, and was effectively paid twice. They must be having financial problems to do this. Loved this elegant hotel! Very friendly helpful staff. Spotless room that was beyond spacious, it was huge with tall ceilings. Super close to public transportation so no car needed. The palace grounds right across the street are spectacular. The only critique is the tub shower is high off the floor and very sloped, so getting out of the shower seemed dangerous to me with hip issues. Seniors or mobility challenged people should be cautious or get a shower only option if that exists. Other than that, outstanding A+ property with outstanding value

The breakfast is really good loads off choice all you could eat. They had gluten free bread good start to the day . There is a bar and restaurant next door which was very nice too no complaints here. Only think checking out was the min fridge we didn't no we were being charge for it was not mentioned in the room . Was a great bed and shower apart from that all was very nice
